First off when I first purchased these pallets of stand up flagstone they ordered and tried to charged me for 4 more pallets than I was expecting. When I said something about it at the time of purchase they took two of them off and then told me that if I didnt use any of them that they would buy them back but it was a fraction of the cost. I said thats fine and paid $350 for delivery and another $350 for the dirt to get delivered as well. I have never ordered dirt before and so the yard wasnt prepped prior to the driver showing up. When he got there he literally dumped all the dirt on the rocks in my yard. There is still a patch that is not covered and dirt that I cant remove that is exposed. My front lawn looks disgusting, but if I want to cover it up. I have to pay another $350 for delivery of rocks. On top of that when I called back to return the one un-used pallet of flagstone she was like are you going to come and drop them off? Unfortunately I do not own a forklift to pickup these flagstones. Her response was well I dont just run around town picking up returns. Well I would of hoped that you would of told me the return would be damn near impossible if thats the case. I took the additional pallet because I didnt want to pay the additional $350 for the second delivery in case I needed one more pallet. I figured when I returned them that they would just take that out of the fractional cost I would receive back. Wrong!!! Dont get lured into this sales game. They said what they needed to say in order to complete the purchase, because they dont charge your card until the product is delivered. Its probably their fail safe. I feel like I was lied too and that this is a normal practice for them as they had an immediate rebuttal for everything I was saying. BEWARE BUYERS!!!! BEWARE!!!

These guys are GREAT at what they do! We called and have a load of rock the same day! Even way out in Munds Park! I have also had the opportunity to meet Clint, the owner, and hes a super guy.Ive asked all employees of his when I get the chance, and each and every employee said, Hands down Clint is the best boss they ever had.Now you know when the employees say this, its a great company!

Purchased 5 yards of supposedly composted steer manure, for my raised beds.as I was filling my wheelbarrow with it I began to notice a lot of stuff that I am sure steers don’t eat. Plastic, wood and rocks. Least wise not the cattle we raised in Oklahoma on our farm. Once I filled the beds I started watering them down and the supposedly compost wouldn’t even take water, it had an oily sheen and just run off. I’m sure I am not the first person to complete about this. I am very displeased with what they sell as steer compost. I know I will never bother to buy from them again and let everyone I know and talk gardening with about their sorry product.

The Landscape Connection is awesome! The staff are friendly & helpful and I can always pick up what I need for our yard. The selection & quality of their products is excellent.

I have been impressed that the staff treats me as an important person in spite of the fact that, as a homeowner, I am purchasing just a few yards of material. Great selection of landscape rocks and mulch, are accommodating regarding delivery. I do have one complaint, the Topsoil that they sell has way to many small pebbles and rocks. Once the soil is watered all you see are the small rocks.

Super helpful. Reasonably priced. Ordered one truck load of ciders for my driveway. After spreading, I realized that I would need 2 more loads. Joy went out of her way to get them to me even though they were busy and it was a Friday. The drivers were very helpful and were able to do a lot of the spreading with the truck. I would highly recommend them.

We recently had construction done, leaving our park looking like a mud pit. The construction company should have cleared away some of the clay or put gravel down but they didnt. Cars were getting stuck and there was mud everywhere and a snow storm on the way! I called to get a quote on cinder and I was told that they would be closed and couldnt deliver for the next 5 days due to the holiday but the owner decided he would deliver one last load himself. He was kind and spread the 14 tons of cinder out over my property so that I wouldnt have to work as hard shoveling it. He then had customers from the park coming up to him and asking him about prices and even though he was supposed to be done for the day he delivered two more loads to people in the park and more loads the next day even though they were supposed to be closed on the day before Thanksgiving. Landscape Connection is an amazing company! I will always be grateful for their kindness and would recommend them to everyone!!!🤗

Needed dirt and landscape gravel delivered before Memorial Day weekend, they said they were booked until the following Tuesday. I asked to be squeezed in so that I could surprise my wife while she was out of town with new landscaping and they made it happen the same day. Extremely thankful!

I would probably never use these guys again. They are not the only game in town. We bought several yards of their Premium Planting Mix the most expensive and highest quality garden soil. We found out several months later after all of our plantings did not grow and kept dying that all of the delivered dirt was COMPLETELY infested with Grubs, Japanese beetle grubs. we have sifted through the dirt many times over and have gathered literally GALLONS of grubs from this soil mix.. They have probably contaminated Flagstaff with untold amount of grubs and Japanese beetles. Stay away. Find other sources for your garden dirt.As a follow up, I talked to Clint, the owner, and he had an excuse for every possible scenario, constantly blaming me and our existing soil for the contamination. (even though all of our beds with soil from other sources have no infestation) His own answers contradicted his earlier answers and he took absolutely no responsibility. He never offered to help resolve the issue. Kept blaming me. One of the worst business owners in Flagstaff. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Terrible service, was told she would call back within a couple hrs. with a quote. Never got a call, by the time I called back the delivery schedule was full. Offered no apology, said it wasnt her fault because she was busy. Didnt know what the delivery charges were, or how many tons the trucks held. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere, I did.

Rude female when talking to her on the phone. Sounded like she’s in a hurry and did not want to answer questions.
