Knowledgeable employees/ friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure that you have a great experience with their service.

Their customer service is beyond awesome! The truck was ready before I got there, the gentleman did a walk around with me and showed me the operator procedures! I will use Penske again no problem!

Totally forgot to leave a review about two months ago and am just now remembering to, I feel so bad for being this late because this place was honestly amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us out after we got a flat on our trailer for our car. We were traveling cross country from Georgia to Cali with no issues up till this point. We had stayed the night a town over from flagstaff and when we woke up we realized the tire was almost flat so we had to put air in to get us a little farther to flagstaff. Honestly we were lucky where we were when it happened and I’m happy that it did because I would not have had the pleasure of stoping in flagstaff and at this location. I feel even worse because I forgot the gentleman that helped us names but they were all awesome and super easy to talk to and even gave me some super helpful tips about the truck and trailer and how to properly use it and to be safer. Massively appreciate the help and thank you once again form myself, my GF & my Dad 🙌!!

So easy working with this company. Much better experience than U-know who. Truck was new and ran well. Service was fast and efficient.

The staff was helpful and attentive. We rented from UHaul for our last move and it was the worst experience ever (we broke down between Tucson and Phoenix and were stuck on the road for hours in the middle of summer) and were willing to pay extra for a better experience. This ended up not being that much more expensive for the same move (going to Tucson this time). There was an oil stain in the back that was there when we got the truck and the attendant gave us mats so our stuff didnt get damaged. Great service!

These guys are great. I have an ongoing weekly reservation and they always have a clean reliable truck for me. They even try to keep the trucks that I prefer available for me.

These guys are the Best!! Scott always takes care of me and my guys. Forget UHaul! Penske is now my only choice for Renting Trucks.

Truck was nice. Not the friendliest service though.

I wish their trucks were as low as U-Hauls, but I drove two and a half hours each way to rent Penske because Penske is great.There is no competition.

Great service, I used the other big company that rents trucks twice before, but this was the first long drive I was doing, so I did some research int he internet. Penske is way better, the truck was pretty new, only 30K miles, comfortable and doesnt lie with the cargo size.

This place rocks. Got us right in and fixed.

Dropped off 26 truck, place was packed with trucks. Short and basic visit.

Penske was great for our cross country move.
