The Best!!! They always have what you need, no wandering around a big box store and if on a rare occasion they do not have what you need, they tell you where to get it.

My mother goes in with an allen key bolt and asks for the tool to tighten it with and it sold a star drill bit set and not an allen key set. Be careful who you ask for help from.

They tried to help me with repairing the faucet in my kitchen but told me in advance to go to Christ plumbing who had what I needed. I bought a tool from them and in advance they told me it wouldn’t work but they were professional and the 5 bucks if the tool worked would’ve been great.

There people skills stink,you feel like you are bothering them, I think charm school is needed, will only go there in a pinch,

Rude and expensive. No one in this place wears masks and they are hostile to those who do. At the height of the pandemic they mocked a customer for wearing a mask. They are older and not the healthiest so it makes it bizarre. I’ll never go there again.

They have a lot of inventory and still have the mom and pop service.

They are real racist so bad. I don’t know what makes them annoying??? Something is wrong. Please don’t ask anything in this store. If you have any questions, go to the Home depot.. Also they don’t have a good product at all.

I found this store because it was close. I kept coming back because the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I usually go to this store for most of my hardware needs. I would defintely recommend. Plus thier pets are so cute and well behaved!

Guys behind the counter could be a little more friendly

I called and asked for a particular part. The manufacturer of the part gave me this exact stores phone number. The person did not know how to use the computer and find the model number I provided him. When I asked to speak to someone else who could possibly help, he got extremely nasty and screamed at me.

I went to the store for copy keys. Reached there at 5:23. The owner said normally he yells at people if they come to store in this time as they close at 5:30. But he is not in mood to yell today. How freaking rude... i m not at all recommending anyone this store

I just walked into the store which was practically empty except for 1 lady at the register and another man...so I politely said Excuse me, where can I find spray paint? So one of the guys behind the register says Well, theyre behind me but would you want someone interrupting you while checking out and possibly screw up your order? I looked at him incredulously and said Oh my goodness, I had no idea you were even ringing someone up, this is too much, so now Im leaving and heading to Home Depot where I dont have to deal with this. Additionally I told them that my husband comes here all the time but that I was leaving so I dont have to deal with their nonsense!! DISGRACEFUL....SHAME ON YOU.HAVE YOU HEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE???? IF I WAS A MAN OR WHITE YOU wouldnt have said one word except.....the spray paint is behind me, just a moment please. Shame on you!!!

Walked into the store, said hello and watched as two men working behind the counter went back to reading their news paper. After about a minute of just standing there, one of them finally said, how can I help you?. I needed a copy of a key and when I went home to try it it didnt even work. Horrible service.
