I hope you know exactly what you need before you go in, because the neanderthals working there will not be able to help you. I spent about 20 minutes of them having NO IDEA what I was talking about when I said I needed something with a 5/8-18 thread. I know thats not a very common thread, but they thought I was speaking another language. They tried their hardest to convince me it was metric... Wow... We wonder why jobs are being lost to computers...

These guys know their stuff. If you dont act like a jackass, then you will be treated just fine. Its a hydraulic store, so dont expect miracles with your car problems. If Kenny says they cant get the part, just shut up and leave. The guy with the beard is real good too.
