Shella, the lady at the reception desk.. is one of a kind. Instead of waiting for someone to load my semi.. she went out to the dock and completed it her self. I hope that she is recognized for going above and beyond. Thats what good customer service is about. In and out quickly. I appreciate her hard work and determination when all the dock doors were full.
