Was in there today to get presents and I am so happy I chose them. Both of the ladies that were working this morning were very nice and helpful!! Will definitely be going back and recommending that store!!

The staff was really nice and knowledgable and answered every question I had regarding the throw and scents of each candle. I love the product and love their policy on exchanging candles. I love Yankee Candle ♡

A visit turned nightmare!! Upon my arrival to this store I was greeted and helped by a lovely associate Shannon she was very helpful informative and in jolly spirits. I was able to come across some really great deals and use my coupon for my purchase with no problem. The turn for the worse started when she needed change for the $100 bill I received from the ATM as it was a bit early on in the day so the store hadnt received much cash. She asked for assistance from Julie, who was located in the back of the store at the time, to make change of the bill. Shannon had followed protocol by pre checking the bill prior to asking Julie to make change. Julie rechecked it before she went back into the back to make change. I was given my change back by Shannon and as she was walking my merchandise over to me from around the counter Julie blurted out while looking down at my bill... THIS ISNT REAL! In a rush she turned around to the machine behind her and rescanned my bill and then says well it says its real smh I was beyond humiliated and shocked I asked her several times out of shock and embarrassment Are you serious?! She then began to switch her motive around for questioning my bill saying she thought I was a victim of receiving a fake bill and after being called out on how unprofessional she had been she threaten the police and security for me being irate. She then walked from behind the counter after Im walking away and followed behind me while still being argumentive I have never in my life experience such behavior. Im a lover of yankee candle but after this experience wont be back However I will make sure this incident will not happen to anyone else or be overlooked.
