The quality of the drinks has gone down. Today, I asked for a 24 oz. Strawberry Shortcake frozen drink. I received a 20 oz, not frozen with no lemonade mixed in. The last time I visited, I ordered a frozen Pumpkin Spice drink. It was absolutely awful- bitter and little pumpkin flavor. When you spend $25 for drinks and breakfast, you expect quality.

First time visiting an establishment in this chain. Theres plenty of variety and they have Freeshot Fridays where you can get an extra shot of espresso for free.The coffee is a bit stronger. You can get any flavor on offer in hot, iced, or frozen variants.The staff were friendly and helpful.Overall, Im satisfied with the product and the service.

Enjoyable, small but efficient coffee shop. Seems pretty local but there are a few around so not sure how big it is. Staff is friendly. Options are plentiful and are quality. Location is friendly and comfortable. Have games and free wifi for patrons to use as desired. Has a drive thru. Takes Apple Pay. Has a loyalty program. Wednesday is $3 16oz lattes of any kind. Has vegan options for dairy substitutes including almond, soy, coconut, and oat milks.What more could you want? I would recommend and will be back.

It was okay. I ordered a mint mocha breve. It was kind of watery. Light on the espresso. Wasnt too awfully busy but it took 10 minutes just to get our drinks. My husband had a hot chocolate. The staff were friendly enough, but super, super slow.

Taste of coffee isnt consistent, sometimes its good and sometimes it taste like coffee grounds or just too sweet and they dont always have all the ingredients to make their sandwiches also the drive thru customers get too much priority over walk in customers. The inside seating needs work and so does the cleanliness of the establishment so Im not too impressed with this location.

Good coffee with a small table area to sit. They had games and books to read while you sip on your coffee.

This was my worst experience with biggby. I waited in line for 30 minutes only to receive a half melted cream freeze that was supposed to have extra cookies and it tasted like frozen milk. I go to biggby everyday after work but at a different location but i was out and decided to stop and get my usual. I should have just skipped it! The service was awful the wait was entirely too long and my drink was very disappointing.

Im on vacation in Florence Kentucky, and I needed to find a coffee joint for my moms caffeine addiction. We went to Biggby Coffee and didnt like it at first, but we came back today and I loved the drink I got. Their packaging is so nice and the workers welcomed us through the drive through.

Its good coffee, but ever since they change the crew there, the coffee is not as good as it used to be. Asked for an extra shot and still weak coffee. A little disappointed. Have to drive to Hebron biggby to get strong coffee.....

Been coming here for months. Love the staff and the drinks but that’s about where it ends. Whomever owns this store needs to learn how to treat their employees. Heard horrific stories of how the owner treats her management, so much so that they left for different biggbys... it’s a shame.

This place is one of my favorites to get coffee, but its also the most inconsistent Biggby I go to. Sometimes the service is killer and the drinks are the best around, while other times it can be extremely terse with drinks not made right or things completely forgotten. This location in particular also seems to advertise new drinks before actually having them in stock, an issue Ive encountered repeatedly. Even so, the drive-thru is convenient, and its still one of the better coffee places in Florence! Just could use some improvement. My review is 4 stars, but itd be more accurate to go with 3.5 or 3.8 if I could.

So usually I enjoy Bigby and their staff. But this location in particular is struggling with quality customer service. I pulled up at 8:20 last night and ordered a latte and a turkey Harvati and the girl at the window said she’s already turned off the bagel machine. Which is odd considering they don’t close until 9. So I ordered a latte pulled up to the window and she was extremely rude. It was like she was mad that I even ask for something off the food menu. I will no longer visit this location because this is NOT the first time I’ve experienced a rude worker. Also, Starbucks is just right down the road on 42

Being from Michigan, I love Biggby! The Florence Biggby did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and my drinks were made correctly. We had a huge order (multiple bragels, 2 lattes, kids magic milk, plus donuts and muffins) and everything was perfect and as quick as can be. So happy we found this Biggby on vacation!

Must try the sweet foam iced coffee! My new fave!

I ordered a large black coffee. Friendly girl but the coffee was nearly cold and the cup was filled to 3” down from the rim of the cup. I took the coffee home and heated it in the microwave. Id rate the coffee on par with Panera, weak and pretty tasteless. For a place that specializes in one thing, coffee, id say they need to take lessons from Pete’s. I buy lots of coffee all over the country and I’d rate Biggby as just fair.

Best Iced coffee in town. Friendly staff, quick drive through. A lot of their drinks are on the sweeter side so you might want to ask for half sweet if thats not your style.

Went here yesterday and had a horrible experience. I was in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and when I got the drink it was wrong. When I told them they didn’t seem to care or offer to remake it. Won’t go there again, staff is incompetent.

Coffee is sublime The caramel is ultra smooth and creamy.

This is my favorite coffee shop! The coffee drinks and service are better than anywhere else! My favorite is the Mocha frozen, my sister loves the Teddy Bear iced, and my friend (not a coffee person) loves the Strawberry Shortcake frozen. They have something for everyone!

Love Biggby. Better than Starbucks. Hour and a half away for me but still go as often as possible and every time I go north to Michigan I hit up this Biggby on the way.

Absolutely miserably slow. Waited no exaggeration 30 minutes for 2 drinks and we were second in line.

Service was horrid and then my butterbear actually had hair. Will not be going back- never not ever.

They will ask you to wear a mask but employees will not be wearing their mask correctly. I saw them ask a guy to pull his mask up but a girl had hers below the nose. If you want people to wear a mask then wear your mask correctly. The gentleman did not say a word, he pulled his mask up, waited for his coffee with his daughter and left quietly. If this was me I would have went nuts. The manager/owner should be ashamed of this.

This is another great NKY location with friendly, fast service. The cafe area is a little small, but the decor is warm and inviting.

I got a egg, sausage and cheese waffle sandwich and a teddy bear to drink. The drive thru was so much quicker than most drive thru placed and the staff was super nice. I will be back tomorrow because it was so good.

Coffee was good. I also got a ham and cheese bagel and it came out burnt. Didnt realize it until I got to work.

My wife is obsessed with Biggby and I am learning to love it too. We recently moved and this location is our new Biggby. We havent had as great an experience here as we did at our former, Taylor Mill Biggby. I would say our order is messed up 1 out of 3 times, but it has been improving.

Biggby Coffee lies right at the center of my work world and I am so thankful! I have visited the Fort Mitchell location near my home but this is now my favorite spot to visit whether its my first coffee of the day or my last. Whether you are a specialized upgrade coffee drinker or just a traditional coffee, black and strong drinker this is your place. The prices are cheaper than their more famous world competitor and I believe that they taste superior as well! The staff is friendly and always get the order right the first time and it is a seamless fast visit with your favorite coffee in hand! As Always, Enjoy!

Biggbys always has amazing workers they are always so nice, even with complicated orders! They never forget anything and they always get it exactly right! I suggest that you go to Biggbys and go get something! One of my favorites Is the frozen chocolate, its really good!

I wasnt crazy about this coffee shop. The staff was wonderful. The coffee and hot chocolate was not so good. The food selection is extremely limited. The pastries we ordered didnt really excite us. I doubt well return. Sorry Biggby, but you need to step up your game.

As a former barista, I can be very picky about my coffee. Certain places to me are too sweet or too bitter. I love the coffee here because they seem to consistently have the perfect balance between the flavor of the coffee, and any additives. I usually get the iced caramel mocha with whip, drizzle, and marshmallow sauce. I know that sounds super sweet, but I can always taste the coffee very well. They do a great job balancing the flavors without overpowering the coffee. Service is always quick and friendly, and the products are always fresh. The store itself is always clean, and I would definitely recommend stopping in if you havent been here before.

This is the second time in two months we have stopped for a coffee at this location and was handed our iced coffees with a ton of coffee grounds floating around. Even after taking them back to get a new one they were still full of coffee grounds. We ordered an iced teddy bear that tasted more like water than coffee.

I love this place, jenna is usually on the drive through in the morning and she is amazing and you can tell she loves her job! The coffee here is really good, mu favorite is the caramel marvel and it tastes like coffee candy! I highly recommend this place !!

If you like good tasting coffee, and frozen drinks that actually taste like espresso, then come to Biggby. They always make a good cup of coffee, and are great with the espresso machine. Not to mention, their Red Bull freeze is addicting.If you like burnt coffee, then go to Starbucks.

I LOVE the Earl Gray tea latte with lavender here! They also have delicious coffee, and a wonderful staff who is always friendly! This is my favorite coffee/tea place!

I thought this place was great the first few times I went. The value is much more bang for your buck than larger coffee chains. But the last few times Ive gone have been odd and not as tasty as when they first opened. They seemed super friendly, but now it just seems like theyre trying way too hard... Pretending to know me and my order, but being way off. Ill probably still go here when Im close, but I wont go out of my way.

Did not get what was ordered. Called them and they said the only way they could exchange it for what I ordered was if I drove to them and picked it up. When you are at work and use door dash obviously you cannot leave your job to exchange something that should have been correct in the first place!!!
