Never had a bad experience here. I recently had an issue and it was handled so courteously. I love stopping by here in the morning before work! Great people!

Order pick up order was suppose to be ready by the time I arrived. I walked inside and told them I had a pick up order. They cleared the inside line and drive through before even touching mobile orders. Dakota was the barista. They should do all orders not clear the lines before mobile pick ups.

Fast, friendly service. Even when my husband is being extra. They helped me find options that were right for my dietary requirements. The employees were considerate & help foster a calm atmosphere for everyone. Love it!

Ill give 3 for great service, but the line is always so long and I dont agree with the owners on their views.

I really like the Matcha Frappuccinos as they are consistent, dont tone down the matcha flavor, and they actually have the tap Nitro Cold Brew that my boyfriend enjoys at this location in Florence (we only have two to choose between in our city and the other does not have the tap and has been out of matcha for days now). However, I cannot give it a better rating as I NEVER know when this location is open or not. The hours are never the same as listed online, they close early at all different hours (seemingly on a whim), and have even removed a phone number from the Google listing so you HAVE to physically drive to the location to either (1) see if theyre open or (2) get the number to call and find out that particular days hours. I gave this location an extra star because IF you can place an order, they seem to do a good and consistent job. It is frustrating, though, to want a drink on a double star day only to get off work and find out at the drive thru that they closed five minutes prior to you arriving and they were the only Starbucks within an hour drive that had matcha flavoring.

People were so nice and the drink was made quick and made high quality.Told them to surprise me and they did they chose a mango dragon fruit lemonade and it is so good 10000/10 would recommend

I had a great conversation with the kind, but stressed, barista. I sympathized with her. They were a little short staffed and people werent being kind about it. The baristas were handling it well though. The drive thru was moving and the dining room was still neat and clean. I commend the team working that day for their professionalism and hard work. Im sympathetic that people were being so awful (drive thru mostly) but it didnt phase this team.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The woman at the drive thru was so friendly. My order was correct and made to order.

Poor communication. Ordered from the app, got there on time. Took forever for someone to acknowledge that I was there. Got my drink. Mentioned I also had food. She said to wait. Several more.minutes pass, then says, we ran out of that item.... Did we not know this when I came in to pick up??

Great coffee, great service. In front of the mall on the main drag. Their Macha is tight. They dont normally get mad at long orders.

Every time I order classic oatmeal they leave out the dried fruit. They put the nut and the nut & seed medley with it instead of the dried fruit... then they look at me like I’m crazy when I ask for the correct thing. Today, I didn’t think the barista was going to give me the dried fruit. I don’t eat the nuts because of allergies.

One of the most inconsistent Starbucks ever. Some days the beverages will be perfect and expertly made but other days youll get the wrong drink crafted poorly almost as if they didnt care. That said, what makes this location the most inconsistent is the fact that youll be rolling the dice to figure out if theyre even open because I would honestly trust any McDonalds ice cream machine to be functioning over this location to be open as according to their supposed business hours. A sub par business is one thing but this place doesnt even know if it wants to be mediocre which is the worst thing of all.

They are always very busy, so you need to expect to stir your own drink, ask for straws, & sometimes they dont fill it up or crush but it is still Starbucks. So its still gonna taste great.

Pulled up to the drive thru and there was a sign of all the different items they were out of. Ok fine, none of those items are things I need. I wait. Several minutes later I get to the speaker and he tells me theyre out of every sugar free syrup! How does that even happen? Ive visited dozens of Starbucks locations in different states and none of them were this disappointing.

This is probably the worst store ever as far as being open and/or having supplies. Lmao, it just kills me how much they are closed. Get it together people!!!

Loved visiting here I had never been and the person in the drive thru was very patient and helped me with the drink I was looking for with a very nice smile when I made it to the window. Their cake pops are amazing and the drink was awesome! Will be going back!!!

I was visiting Florence for the first time ever. I kid you not when I say this was the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to in my entire life. This is not my first rodeo. I have frequented Starbucks thousands of times. Staff was rude. Not organized. Other people were getting their drinks before me when they ordered after me. When I asked about my drink, and the fact that I have been waiting for a while, and already received one of my drinks, I was met with rudeness. And I quote other people are waiting for their drinks too. Right, but I see my cup sitting there, and it hasnt even been touched. I waited 20 minutes for one of their seasonal hot beverages. I bought a Been There mug, and thats really why I went there. The drink was bland. Literally tasteless. Nothing but calories. I meant to call Starbucks about this location. I did not know Starbucks could suck that bad but ta da.

Went through drive thru ordered a grande caramel frappiciano with extra extra caramel drizzle was told I could only get the normal amount that they was running low an wouldnt get a truck til next week I asked if Im willing to pay for the extra drizzle an you have it then why couldnt I get what I ordered I said it should be a first come first serve she said its just what were having to do that she couldnt give me extra caramel drizzle. Was not satisfied with my Visit.

Great products that are very expensive but a nice treat, The order is sometimes wrong but since its a liquid you dont realize it until youve already driven away after people have tasted their item. The tip jar is too high and you cant reach it. The employees are very kind. I have rarely ever been in a Drive-Thru thats as slow as this one. The store looks super clean from the outside and the parking lot is well swept. Nice Landscaping. Every Christmas I get $100 gift card & I do enjoy their products. I give the snowman cookie five stars! I give the double Bravia creme brulee 5 stars. It would be extremely nice if they had a small more affordable menu section kind of like Taco Bell for specific things. So instead of going there for just special treats and special occasions we could go there almost every day. They can improve! Sorry for typos Im using speech to text.

My drinks are typically made correctly here. Only a few times has there ever been a mistake. However, this is the second time I have interacted with an employee who has been extremely rude (both female). I understand everyone is under a lot of stress and things have been hard during COVID. However, the poor attitudes makes me not want to come here anymore and take my business elsewhere despite the fact I may not like their coffee as much.

Love their Frappuccinos! My favorite is the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. Very nice employees and my order has never been wrong. My pup loves the puppuccino. Nice to drink coffee inside and do schoolwork. Extremely long drive-thru lines but that is typical for every Starbucks.

Extremely slow customer service. For being the only Starbucks drive thru within 30+ miles, you’d think management would’ve stepped it up at this point and hired more employees, as they constantly seem to be short staffed. I just waited in line for 35 mins with maybe 8 cars in front of me. I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but it’s just not worth the time it takes. Also, my drink is made wrong/different every time. I get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with light ice and extra sweet cream. Whenever I get it from this location, it looks and tastes completely different. What a waste! I’ve never had this problem at any other location. Starbucks, please hire more staff at the Florence location to handle the volume of customers or open more locations. Until then, I will not be back. I don’t have time to sit all day in a drive thru for a half correct order.

I love Starbucks but the service is awful! It is obvious I am getting racially profiled. When I place a mobile order for 1 drink I have to wait 15 minutes & when I pull up I would be the only car waiting & when 3 more cars pull up she comes out go to their car 1st before me. Ofcourse they are white! When I finally get my drink its sweaty so its obvious it had been sitting there ready for awhile. So sad.

The employees there are so friendly and inviting. Honestly, its hard to find a lot of places these days where the employees are actually kind and nice to you. Most of the time when I go places, the employees act annoyed you are even there. However, I feel welcomed when I go to Starbucks which is one of the reasons I keep going back. They recognize me and call me by name when I go here (probably says a lot about how frequent I go).I love going to get a cold brew. I used to love going and ordering from their Clover machine, but unfortunately, they dont have it anymore.Say what you will, but I love Starbucks coffee. Its one of the few places I can actually get a really good dark roast. I absolutely LOVE their blonde espresso!

I got to Starbucks all the time I’m Florence but the 2 times that I have been there one time I had placed a mobile order and came through the drive-through and got there at 3:08 and didn’t leave until almost 3:50 and my drink was not fresh the whip cream was melted also were my topping were too and I had work at 4:00 on Saturday January 25, 2020. And Tuesday January 28 I got a caramel macchiato with extra ice and whip cream and chocolate curls the drink Tasted awful there was are very little ice in my drink. But my blueberry muffin was good though.

I called to find out what time they close due to they have been closing early and was told the drive thru at 6 and that they stop curbside at 5:30. Got there at 5:50 and they were closed with a sign blocking the drive thru. I called again and they said they stop taking orders 15 minutes prior to closing. When I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I called the first time I called, he hung up on me.

I enjoy Starbucks but when I order a drink and pay over $4 for it I expect the drink to have everything that comes with it. This has happened to me a few times and it annoys the mess out of me.. today I ordered the “pink drink” And when I received my drink through the drive thru the I noticed no freeze dried strawberries. I asked the girl working wasn’t it supposed to come with the drink? She said yes but they were out but it won’t affect the taste of the drink. If y’all are out of something why don’t you say it before someone orders and pays?

The employees are always very friendly, there is speedy service, and if there is ever a mistake with an order they fix it quickly and without complaint.

Fantastic baristas. Drinks are always right and come out quickly, even during rush.However, the seating is ridiculous for the amount of traffic this store has. I have to leave at least half the times I try to come do work because there is no seating.

Very nice experience. Fast service. Comfortable atmosphere for conversation. The seating area could be kept a little more clean, but it wasnt to bad. There were just a few used cups and napkins around and the floor needed to be swept. But, overall its a nice place.

Big fan of Starbucks. The prices are a bit nuts, but theyve got a lot of good specialty coffee drinks that are a bit of a pain to make yourself. The service is generally fairly fast and the staff has always been friendly. They keep the store clean and orderly as well. Even with the higher prices I keep coming back. The Flat White they have is hard to beat!

Starbucks is expensive, the wait is crazy, which is a bit of an Oxymoronic statement.They advertise Bubble Tea on their website, they dont sell it. And thats why we drove there and waited.

I go to this Starbucks on a daily basis and sometimes 2 and 3 times a day. They are very cordial and friendly. They have gotten to know me by name and know my preferences in food and drink. In addition, they are clean, accurate, fast and efficient. I cant think of a single thing that I would change or that they need to improve on. This particular Starbucks rocks!

The key to enjoying Starbucks for me is going when its not so crowded. Early morning, etc. When I can ask barristers questions and they arent covered up with other work. I especially love the app- ordering and paying are a snap and I hardly ever wait in line.

Never had a bad experience here. Food and drinks are good, if pricey. Staff is nice. I just wish there were more seating options considering how busy it can get in here. Also, mobile ordering speeds things up considerably. I can order 5 minutes out and then walk in and out in under 1 minute.
