I always love stopping here when in in florence. The staff are awesome and always have answers to any questions I have. I love that I can get coffee when I visit that alone is A one because lord know my a... needs coffee. I love that you can hang out if you want to especially if you need to change your coil. I went in today to get a pod device so I can down grade from my mod due to my new line of work. The young woman who was there was very helpful and recommended one to me she has and I am not disappointed at all. Took great care of me as they always do. Always love shopping here, especially when I get all the help I need from great employees.

Always helpful and answers my questions. Sad they quit selling one of my favorite juices but not their fault. Love their coffee and games and that you can just chill for some quiet time.

There are some better places to get your stuff. Especially offline its aoat half of what youre paying inside stores like this. BUT the staff here is friendly and they have a decent variety of products here

I didnt know that they work on comission. I am new to vaping. Using it as a quit smoking tool. The girl told me the cheaper vape would work for me. Bought an $85 vape and I hate it. It leaks. Used two days and it leaks out everything out. Brought it in twice to fix or replace. I replaced the seal and it did not help. Asked to speak to manager. Never available. Left my number and No response. Never again.

I went into club vape today wanting to start vaping again because i hadn’t vaped in a while and I missed it. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I had a man that was helping me and he was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He is the only reason why I am writing this review. His name was Josh Z. He was full of information and he knew answers to all of my questions and comments. He sold me on a new vape new tanks, new batteries, and new juice. I loved his upbeat attitude, helpful demeanor, and patients. He did so well I had to ask him how I could give him a review. I would recommend this location and company to anyone looking to get into vaping. Thank you again Josh and Club Vape!

If youre looking for anything Vape but you cant find it anywhere...youll probably find it at Club Vape. They have it all here from atmosphere, a lounge and most pleasantly a friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to assist.

Came in and bought two of the Home Life batteries and the guy said they were already charged, put them in and they were totally dead, popped them in the charger and they were both around 3.40V, which is way lower than they should be coming from the manufacturer, so now I have to wonder how used the batteries are. Also when I called they gave me a different price I just noticed on my receipt I didnt get the $3 discount on the pair of batteries, he charged me full price for each. You can see theyve been charging for over an hour @750 mah and just got above 3.70vEdited below.Update 3/1 : the guy switched out my batteries just like he said for fresh ones. I was concerned initially that I had gotten used batteries but it appears they just arrive with almost no charge so it wasnt as big a deal if thats case. Either way that solves that.

Are masks required here? Every time Ive gone inside there is a maskless customer who ends up standing right next to me at the counter.This has been my go to place for well over 2 years. Would easily give 5 stars if they actually enforced a mask policy.

Best customer service, the people behind the counter are very familiar with most devices behind the counter and have always been a huge help. Ive used this store to help my friends and family lean off of cigarettes and into the vaping scene!! You can do it too with the right mod!! I recommend the new smok fetch (it has a magnetic coil). Only thing that sucks is the new age law but thats out of our control so its easily 5 stars for me!

I asked what coil I needed for my vape and the one the staff gave me and I purchased was the wrong one. I tried to install it at the store and they wouldnt let me return it despite their recommendation being why I bought it in the first place. I guess Ill be buying my supplies online mostly

Went in on Monday. Ive no clue about pretty much anything when it comes to vape devices and both employees were awesome. They took their time to help me find what I was looking for. Overall great place to go and enjoyed talking with the employees, will definitely be going back.

Went in to get juice. The people working are knowledgeable on their products. They have a great selection on juice and they make it themselves which is cool. The prices are very fair. I just wish they carried salt nic. Its clean in the shop as well. I definitely will go back.

We used to love this place and then after they refused to return something we bought and walked outside with and literally walked right back in with after a broken our car and then every other time we try to return anything they won’t give us our money back and that’s after we do have to jump through a bunch of herbs and call a certain somebody on a certain day or come up there or go to a different store. The place used to be great.

I cant speak much to the pricing for anything but juice from this location. I like the setup they have for the juices they sell. Club vape has a good selection and was much cheaper than the smaller shop down the street. Theyve always been helpful and informative, and its definitely got a laid back atmosphere to it.

Never been in a Vape store and was unsure about what to ask for; to our pleasant surprise Jonathan was there to greet us. He politely and professionally provided all the information we were looking for and more. We will be return customers for sure. Thanks Jonathan your a 5 STAR guy!

The lady that helped me find my juice was very patient she named off all the juices and explained what she liked and why and didnt rush me the reason Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because while they have alot of different product they also had quite a few flavors in the salt nic but they didnt carry razzlemelon by mr. Saltee and didnt carry a lot of the known brands like candy king or aqua or air factory but thats just me being petty.

I have been going to them since they first opened on 42 Randy the owner is such a pleasant person. Everyone that works there is so nice. Still every time I walk in I get a warm welcome and I know Im in good hands. They know their products. Very smart employees. I dont go anywhere else for my vape needs.

Was there today 4-10-20. Around noon. Due to restrictions we cant go inside. My vape broke recently so I had to call the store and order a new one site unseen. The guy working went above and beyond to help me pick one out while dealing with other curbside customers. A+ customer service.

Store looked great like always but I dont think I will ever return now. Asked for a certain brand of juice the employee said they dont carry it and that was fine but when I asked for a juice similar to that he said they dont have any ( mind you I never even said a flavor choice or anything just a brand) lost my business I feel like I was inconveniencing the employee by being there to make a purchase.

Be careful of the fireloop coils. They are a hit or a miss. I would suggest changing coil at location so that if you would get a dud you can exchange it on the spot otherwise the staff and vape flavors are on point.

Love the coffee shop here. Best frappuccino and mocha, in my opinion. Granted, Ive been here three times... its not a Starbucks, but its good and the staff is friendly.

I went into Club Vape yesterday with my mother. She was looking for that final push to stop smoking. A small vape, nothing too complicated for her, and some nicotine juice. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE WE GOT. We were helped by the assistant manager, I believe his name was Johnathon. He was really kind and super insightful. Went through all the basics and answered any questions she had. When we got home we even raved about how clean, professional, and friendly this shop was. And how it was nice to be able to test out the endless variety of flavors. My mom had the best experience I couldve asked for. One that will not only keep her coming back, but me as well. There are plenty of vape shops in the Florence area. But I can say without a doubt, this is the best shop Ive been to and would recommend it to everyone.*Update*6 months later and Im still very pleased with the AMAZING customer service this place has!!! Was helped by a gentleman named Garrett today and he was extremely helpful, kind, and kept small talk extremely well which leaves a lasting impression on buyers forever. Club Vape is one of the best places I know to just hangout and enjoy some nice company. The atmosphere is wonderful and the prices on all of their products are very good. Everything is easy to get to and the staff are very friendly.

The customer service has gotten much better here. I went to buy a ecig for my grandfather to help him try to quit smoking. The person who rang me up was very helpful and attentive to all the questions that I had. And even help me ring it up in a way that maximized my savings earning and spending points. It was a great experience and I appreciate all the help. Five stars would definitely recommend
