The friendly staff were on point the whole time. The wait was a little bit, but worth every minute of my experience. The prices weren’t too bad either! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you all for my wonderful experience!

I was seen, on a Saturday, at Harrington Vision, in Florence. A very professional and pleasant experience, including booking the appointment. I had the good fortune of being placed in the last minute cancellation list, and was given the appointment of my choice. Most notable was the cleanliness and the kindness! All questions were answered in a thoughtful and clear manner. And, the entire staff were all serious, happy and motivated towards patient/ customer satisfaction.

Ive been trying 6 years to get correct glasses, from 4 other places in Florence. I went to Harringtons for the first time, I told them upfront all the problems Ive had trying to get glasses that are correct. They tested my eyes and had my glasses made, glasses came back and they were wrong. Adam the technician for Harringtons questioned that there was something else going on with my eyes, which there is. (Finally someone questioned I was having other vision problems) Picked up my 2nd pair 3-25-21 finally someone got my glasses correct and that was Harringtons. Will definitely return for my next pair. We made an appointment for 3 got there 15 minutes early and were still waiting after 4 just to be seen, absolutely crazy wait for someone with an appointment. The staff was good but the wait just to be seen was way to long.

I have to say of all the vision Drs Ive been to Harringtons 2 is the most helpful Ive ever had. Everyone is so nice and respectful. They really give 110 percent to make sure you are satisfied. Anytime Ive called there is no put on hold and when they tell you they will call you back they call that day. How refreshing is that. They take pride in there work. If I could Id rate them a Happy Satisfied 10. Thank yall so much for making this loyal customer feel appreciated.

We had an appointment for 10:15 and arrived a few minutes late because we weren’t informed when making the appointment that there were two separate locations and so we initially went to the only location/address pictured on the Google website, the one that is close to where we live - after some confusion regarding our appointment that precipitated a call to the other location by the receptionist, we were told to go to the Cheves St. office - once there (10:25), we were made to wait a full 2 hours while other patients came and went before being seen by the Dr. on staff. Since the error was in no way our fault, this seemed entirely inappropriate and no apology of any kind was ever made for the overly long delay.

I ordered glasses on 1/15/2020 and it is 2/272020 and I still have not received my glasses yet, and when I call or stop by to check on the glasses the workers are acting as if Im bothering them. I had to place a deposit on the glasses before I could order them. I tried to cancel the order after a month of waiting and was told I couldnt because its been over 30 days, but no one gave me the option to cancel before the 30 days.This was the worst experience I have ever experienced I would not recommend anyone to that business terrible customer service.So I need to update my review, once the manager was informed of what was going on she called me and apologized and had me come in this morning and picked up my new glasses and also provided me with a brand new pair at no cost. I am very satisfied with the outcome, I cant remember the managers name but she was very efficient and kind and apologetic to the situation. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

I found at the doctors and the staff has been very knowledgeable and the prices are always reasonable. I would Strongly recommend this business to anybody in need of glasses, contacts glasses or any eye care.

I brought my prescription to Harrington to find new glasses. The people are friendly and they helped me find frames that I love! When the glasses were ready, they helped to get the frames to fit just perfectly on my head. Theyre great!

Have been here before. Brought my elderly mother here (she is in a wheelchair). No greeting when customers entered the door (a smile and a Good Morning! Welcome to Harringtons would suffice). Office is not set up to accommodate those customers in wheelchairs. Did not get the feeling that the staff put the customer first. Makes me not want to come back.

Harrington Vision is our family’s eyecare provider. I like the hometown business atmosphere of Harrington Vision . They know me and know my family personally, not like the big box chain eyecare businesses who don’t know you . Service at Harrington’s is top notch too!

Harrington 2151 w evans street has become better and better over time and i believe now have the best core of employees that they have ever had. The optometrist was very patient and thorough, and the optician was very intelligent and in tune to what i was looking for in glasses.

The black woman that makes the orders for contacts and or lenses is very rude and obnoxious! No customer service training AT ALL!!
