Loved this GS. Went in looking for ps4 games which we found a great selection of. I also took my younger son in and he loved all of the merchandise. This store has the most merchandise that I have ever seen in a GS. It is a big store on the inside too which was very nice. It had plenty of Pokemon items and Five Nights at Freddys which is hard to find nowadays (July 2021). I will definitely shop here again!

Extremely nice workers and nice place to go to get games and merchandise. Best GameStop around nky has alot of room and well spread out. My favorite one to go to.

Jacob was so polite and nice! I came in 20 mins before closing and he was by himself and pretty busy with other customers and the phone but was still super courteous and kind. Thanks Jacob, youre doing a great job!

They e really simplified everything, and there isnt as much to choose from anymore if youre an in store shopper; however, they are very helpful when it comes to trying to find something, or order anything, and the store us extremely clean. Trade Ins are still disappointing as far as value, but thats the industry as a whole. I prefer this store over all others in the surrounding area because theres never a hassle when I need to find something or want to know where to go if they dont have it in stock. The polite customer service is appreciated as well.

They were awesome to me and my son. We went for a ps4 they said they were waiting on the ups guy he showed up and the young man went into the back and got us one. He helped with games headset so I dont have to hear it. Great work

I was ignored the first day I went in and all I was getting was D&D Dice, the next day I came in and found that for $20 more I could get the Full Bundle of a game on PSN rather than buy the base game and having to spend a lot on DLC later. Kinda seems obsolete.

Came in to purchase wireless headsets and rechargeable battery packs and docking stations for Xbox controllers. Had a look around and they were almost out of stock in all headsets and they were only available through an online order. This is fine and I understand that times are tough. Other than that they were great. Sales rep treated me like a different customer and looked to solve my individual needs. Still wish we could be in a post covid environment with more games to look at and no masks.

Not a bad place to find games. But also not a good place to sell your games. The customer service is not bad, and the workers can typically tell you if a game you never played is good, and or worth the 60 bucks your about to drop. If gamestop gave better deals on buying games, they well get 5 stars.

Cool place with games and lots of collectibles. I check periodically for clearance which changes weekly. Prices on collectibles are a few dollar higher than other places.

Great store. This location has a lot of space and a huge selection. Besides games they carry a ton of toys and figures from games and shows and pop culture. Game related T-shirts and clothing as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We come here to buy and or trade games. They have and give fair prices, even on games that have been bought used taken back for trade. I dont believe that there is another place in town that will do this. Check it out sometime and find out for yourself.

I came to make a return because I got my son the wrong game and they refused the return because an associate sold me a new game without it being in the protected plastic so they tried to say it was not new and it had been opened when we never opened it. They made a mistake and wanted to punish me for it. That is so unfair. I asked them to run the tapes back and he lied and said he could not but if I was stealing or if they called the police they would be able to run the tapes back.

Way too small of a location. Employees are nice, but you can tell theyre overworked in a small, hot space. I feel for them during the holidays.

Still love going in and walking around Game Stop. This is one of the smaller GS locations though. I find the stand alone stores to be better stocked, and less crowded.

Kellys store is something to behold. The shelves are always well stocked with the most wonderful variety of collectibles and games, the store is always immaculate, and most of the staff here are some of the best in the GameStops in the Cincinnati area. If you are looking to go to a GameStop in NKY, I highly recommend coming to this location, or the smaller location based off of Houston Road.

Two employees were slowly going through trade ins while one person was left ring out a long line of customers. I put my selections done left because the wait was too long

Service was bad when in it came to the process on the games. 2 didnt ring up the price on the tag and had to correct them on both then it seemed like I was wrong for brining it to the attention of them. Not sure u will come back to this location.

This is one of the biggest GameStops that I have seen, great staff and selection of games and gear.

Love the environment everytime I go into GameStop, the staff is always super attentive and kind! They always have some sort of deals going on. They have new and pre-owned items, as well as tees, plush toys, collectables, hats, socks and etc. Whether you are just looking or buying they always have something that will suit your fancy.

Ive used three different phones on two different days to try calling this store - pure static. A retail store without a phone is useless, theres no reason people need to waste their time driving to a store for questions.

Horrible Service!! Not even close to the one in Norwood (Rookwood Plaza). They lack the intel on certain products (games), that should be given at time of purchase OR PREORDER! Update: 5/25/19 review stays the same. Service is horrible. Young, tall black man was absolutely useless. Knew nothing about his job.
