Over many years I have had excellent repair services for my Toro and other lawnmowers. Two weeks ago I brought a Toro lawnmower in for repair work. Unfortunately I was advised that Moseleys no longer provides maintenance and repair services for brands they dont sell. It was disappointingly frustrating. Previously I rated them 5 stars.

My husband carried his push mower there to see if the warranty would cover fixing it. Three days later they call and said that he can pick up his mower, but when we got there, he was told that the motor was browned up and that the oil tank was full of dirt and the gas tank too. They also charged him $20.00 dollars for checking the warranty. Well he gets home to check this out and there was just a tap of dirt in the oil tank because he drained the oil out. There was no dirt in the gas tank. So that tells us that they didnt check the mower out like they should have or didnt want to try fixing it. Either way we were not satisfied with the non service that we got from here. Will not take anything here again. If they didnt want to try to work on small mowers, then they should had said so. We told them it was a push mower to begin with.

Took my Husqvarna zero turn in at 7:30am on Monday to have my deck leveled. I was told this would be an 1/2 hour job but it would be Tuesday before it would be ready(no problem, I didnt have an appointment). I called at 12pm Tuesday to see what time I could pick up my lawnmower and was told I would have to speak to the technician that was working on it but he was at lunch. I called back at 2pm and they put the technician Rusty on the phone. He started telling me about my battery being low on charge,bolts holding bracket over battery were rusted, blades on crooked, air pressure in tires off and so I interrupted him and told him he was talking way to fast I would just come in and speak to him. I was allowed to go back in the service area and speak with Rusty. I asked Rusty if he had even looked to see if my deck needed leveling and Rusty said yes and it would take at least 4 to 5 hours to get it level. Mosleys outdoor charges $70 an hour to work on zero turns. I said no thanks. I was still charged $40 for them not doing anything to my deck. I have no reason to doubt that they do great work on outdoor equipment but be prepared to pay a VERY high price if you choose this place.

I went in there to look at a zero turn, and when I started asking questions Becuase I know nothing about husqvarna he rushed me out of there not knowing I had the cash in my pocket to make a purchase. As soon as he realized I had cash his attitude changed. Just because I was young he wouldn’t give me the time of day. Therefore he lost me as a customer
