We were a day late coming in due to weather. Alex was very professional and friendly on the phone. The day we arrived, he showed us a couple options for storage and made sure we had the locks we needed. He was very helpful and made the process extremely easy.The unit is big enough for our needs and was very clean.I would definitely recommend Compass Self Storage.

I love my new home here. The neighbors are nice and I have plenty of privacy. No outlets inside my apartment though and my front door is a garage style one.

Excellent service there and people are nice but it is over priced and they increase your rent after a few months. There are other local storage locations nearby that are half the cost do your research to save you a lot of money. I understand it is a month to month business and that is your business model to up the price soon after clients move it. The new storage facility right by you is half the cost with a locked in rate for the first year so I took my business there. I am saving over $100 a month.

Compass Self Storage is an excellent place to store your items. It’s always clean, safe and in order. Definitely my best storage experience anywhere. The whole staff is knowledgeable and exceptional, especially Keara. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Tried to rent a spot for our RV. The initial person we spoke with was friendly but stated we had to speak with another person to reserve our space. Played phone tag for two days and when we finially spoke to him we were told we could go online and reserve our space. Two days later we received a call from him stating we lost our space becasue we did not complete the lease. No one mentioned a lease and we received a message that our space was reserved. When I went back to their website it still had the space but the price had increased by $130.00.

Everything about this business is professional. They are fast, efficient, and their customer service is always outstanding. Their security is effective, and it feels safe on the property. Weve used a small unit twice over several years, and been completely satisfied with every step in the process. Rates are reasonable. If you need extra storage, Compass is a high quality option. The we got there it was raining and one of the ladies showed me and inside unit and I knew it was going to be to small so she showed me a bigger unit on the outside. They also listen to me b——-h about things. Prices seem good and the grounds and units were very clean. The office was nicely put together and welcoming. Was surprised they had a space available for our RV. A great space at that, easy in, easy out, not cramped at all. Reserving space was quick and easy. Keara was easy with the quips and quick with quote, a quick and simple process to reserve and our MH was in its new home within the hour.

Had storage spot for one week and terminated contract. Refused to prorate monthly fees. Corporate said they would, manager at this site said they dont prorate.

Rented a U-Haul van to move my daughter. Keara was professional, knowledgeable, and super-friendly. She worked through all options to make sure I rented the right vehicle for the right amount of days and mileage. When I returned, she asked how the move went and wanted to make sure we were hapoy with everything. Van was new (1700 miles). Reservation and return were both quick and efficient. There are U-Haul rental places closer to my home, but I will use this location for all of my future needs.

This place has the best costumer service but,, you must read the fine print and understand that your rate will increase considerably. Its the old bait and switch. It will go from $100 a month to $160 pretty fast. Its a shame they have such great people working there but the business model is horrible .

Last week after moving all day and running out of room I had to rent a second unit, I was totally exhausted and forgot to put lock on my unit, sure enough I received a phone call telling me They noticed I hadn’t put a lock on and to be safe they installed a managers lock on the unit. In approximately 3 1/2 years time my 10x15 storage unit’s rent has literally almost doubled, starting at $125 to my current rent of $246!!!!I only choose Compass Storage because it was the most affordable option in my local area, had I known the rent would consistently be raised an average of $20 on a consistent 6 month basis I wouldn’t of ever chosen this storage facility!I’ve spoken to management, who advised me to call the office & speak to management the next time I received notification the rent was being increased to see if there was anyway for it not to be raised. I was also told if I’d already received notice & made payment of the new increased rate there was nothing that could be done. Well, I called & spoke to management 6 months later when I received another notice of an increased rental charge & was told nothing could be done.I will be finding a new facility to rent a storage space from when the weather warms up & I would NOT recommend this business to anyone looking to rent a storage space for longer than 6 months!

They have a nice place. Very well organized and professional. The problem that I had with them was they didnt seem to care about the customers. I was moving from out of town and had to leave a very small trailer of my own there until the next day. They knew it was mine and that i would be back the next day. Still they decided it would be best to have a towing company tow it away like an abandoned car. Needless to say that cost me almost $200. On top of the already over priced unit. It wasnt until i was signing the contract that i heard the price which I know was my fault . Their rates are considerably higher than the competition I found the same size unit in other places for 40 $50 less per month. And the last thing is that I didnt care for his you can only get into your unit up until 10 at night and not again until the next morning at 7 which I find inconvenient.

Very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very helpful. I have used them at least twice now to rent uhaul equipment. I rented a trailer from another location before and they just had me sign the papers and pay the bill then sent me on my way. This place asked me if I needed any help hooking it up and before I left they actually came out and verified everything was good. I was very pleased with this because if this was my first time hauling a trailer I feel like they would have taken the time to give me some pointers. I will definitely be back the next time I need to rent equipment.

Lindsay was amazing!New comment: Recently we discovered some water had gotten into our unit due to heavy rains and flooding in our area. Once again, Lindsay and the management were terrific. We were immediately offered another unit and were provided information on how to file an insurance claim (fortunately that was not necessary). Lindsay made our move to the other unit smooth and hassle free. Compass self storage raises the bar on customer service!

I have used this facility for storage several times. The staff has always been amazing and I felt my items were safe. They explained everything to me, and they took time to make sure all of my needs were met. I misread my paperwork one time, and I was unhappy. My husband and I were referred here by friends of ours that have a unit at Compass. We took a tour of the property and saw they have top notch security. The units are well lit, cameras everywhere and even the GM lives on sight. The process was fast and easy. We were in and out of the office in 10 minutes. We got a great deal on a unit and our friends received a discount for referring us. Highly recommended!!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The facility is clean and easy to get in/out of. Kiera was especially helpful since I rented the unit but it was being paid for by someone else. After leaving a review venting my frustration at the time (somehow the key to my uhaul I had reserved disappeared) someone from this location reached out to me and I was told that precautions would be taken to ensure this didnt happen again. Also, due to the incident happening on a weekend, my refund took a little longer to post to my card but I was given assurance that it was indeed refunded. I can confirm that it was refunded along with the uhaul 50$ reservation guarantee refund
