Ms. Judy is wonderful. She made sure to get me in and secured the last two climate controlled units for our move. She took me to them to make sure I knew where they were and how to ensure they were locked before leaving. Both units were spotlessly cleaned. My experience started out stressful. The online process seemed easy until I got to the gate and tried to use the gate code sent. Which wasnt right. Called repeatedly but no answer. Got there before 10. With a U-Haul full of furniture. My 4yrs old being loud turned out to be a good thing. The property managers husband heard her and came down. Explained and they were great with resolving the issue. Thought the signing of the lease online eliminated going into the office, but ended up having to resign the lease and get the gate code. Gave stars for the property manager and her husband. Unit was clean and nice.

Storage Rentals of America at 1455 Pamplico Hwy is the best!! The service is top notch. It is a very clean facility with great hospitality. All questions that I had were answered in a professional matter. I would definitely recommend it to any of my family and friends. The units them self’s are very spacious and can if just about put anything in them. Take advantage and give Storage Rentals of America a chance... When you go... by make sure you get a good look at the palm tree in the front. It is decorated to a Tee.. well that’s just me.. I love palms!!

The Facility is amazing. I have never had an issues with storing and coming in when I need be. I have never had issues and would say compared to other stores, this one is the best. It helps when Jennifer and Judy are amazing and willing to work with anyone. I would for sure recommend this one over the others.

Great Place. Stopped by on Saturday to inquire about storage unit. Very Kind, Awesome young lady greeted me at entrance to hold door for me. Jennifer Mosley is excellent and very people friendly. Most respecting and knowledgeable employee. With 10 minutes or so she showed me unit, did all neccessary application needed. Provided me and a second customer with bottles of Cold water. 2nd time renting from this location. Miss Judy even came out after hours and helped us get our furniture out, thank goodness! Always a pleasure doing business there. They’re all very helpful and the place is clean and very pretty!!!

I initially gave this location 5 stars, & probably would have kept it that way if just dealing with Jennifer & Judy, who were always courteous & helpful. But my experience with upper management was terrible. I was on auto-pay & when ready to move out, I called & spoke with Judy because my auto-pay was to come out on a Friday but movers weren’t getting my things out of storage until Saturday. I asked if they would pro-rate. Long story short, she said yes, but we unfortunately didn’t cancel my auto-pay. When it came time to me asking for a reimbursement, the regional manager refused to give me one (despite Judy telling me once again that there was a way they could do it). So I basically ended up paying $450 for 2 days worth of rental. And to make matters worse, he refused to even speak with me about it (instead cowardly speaking through Judy & Jennifer) claiming he was too busy. Regardless of what the official policy is, this is just downright bad business & quite honestly theft. I would recommend not dealing with a company that will not work with its customers. But if you must, then I highly recommend you not sign up for auto-pay with them.

Judy and John are angels. We travel from Tampa, Fl to Florence, SC to pack up my sister house and put it in storage. We had an error with storage reservation at Uhaul and had no where else to go. Cube storage helped us after hours. They are super nice including great hospitality.

Excellent management that cares about your business. The grounds and building are clean and well kept. I would have left because of the 5 percent rent hikes each year initiated by the corporate office to a renter who pays each year lump sum in advance. But, Judy does such a good job taking care of the facility its hard to give up a facility with such caring manager. Ive basically entrusted her and her team with all my personal possessions.

We have used this storage facility for many years two separate times and they have all been excellent to deal with! The management goes out of their way to help! The units are secure and clean. After several years of storage our furniture was perfect with no damage at all and no smell. We have just signed to use them again today...wouldnt want any other storage facility!

CubeSmart on Pamplico Hwy has the Friendliest staff, easy to work with. I love the convenience of having a keypad entry with my locked storage. I used them in 2009 for about 10mths and was very impressed. So I returned again this year 2016

Couldnt speak to the girl on the phone without being out talked or have her speak while.being spoken to. I simply wanted the costs of the units and their sizes. If I wanted to go online, I would have. Instead I chose to call. NORMALLY its But since she refused to shut up and listen to what I wanted I simply hung up and i will be taking my business elsewhere. I didnt call to be disrespected, I called for prices. So the three units I need will be taken elsewhere.

Excellent customer service! For those needing storage buildings, this one is excellent. The company offers boxes and packing materials for sale, too. All rental buildings are safe, lighted, and have climate control.

The space was great! My stuff was taken care of in the climate controlled storage. Rent goes up a bit but I’d rather pay for storage I know my stuff is going to be taken care off than pay a cheap storage and my stuff get messed up.

They even went above and beyond and helped me find a place to live, and people to help me move.
