Only been here once. Arrived 15m before close on a Monday evening. I simply needed to tape up a box and affix a prepaid shipping label to it. The silver-haired woman who assisted me was so kind & helpful.

I ordered a package internationally and paid a ridiculous amount to have it shipped in as soon as possible. Not only did my package not a ride a single day early. It did not arrive at all. I have made a claim and it is nearly a week later and I have heard nothing in return besides they’re trying. I sincerely hope they are able to find my package otherwise they will have ruined some thing that I was super excited for. This is not the first time this is happened with FedEx. I am highly disappointed

Ordered an item needed for work a week and a half before needed. 3 day shipping. This item and another I had ordered were both put it for delivery the same day. One item was dropped. 6 days later and I still DO NOT have the item needed for work TOMORROW and NO ONE can tell me where it is. This entire company is a joke. Unprofessional. Lazy. Everyone has a different answer. I’m truly hoping the inperson staff can find it when I walk in tomorrow morning.

This is the Bermuda Triangle of FedEx sites. Be wary of this place, the dark depths of this facility seem to absorb expensive packages. Perhaps a creature of old rests beneath this place and needs iPhones, high end cosmetics, and designer shoes to feed his insatiable appetite. The expensive merchandise purchased by unsuspecting online shoppers keep him docile so he will not wake and destroy us all! Thanks FedEx for saving humanity I guess my missing iPhone isn’t so bad when I think of what’s at stake!

Complete lost my package. It was a new iPhone pretty sure someone at the facility stole the device. This also happened to a friend of mine. I’ve had to file a claim with Verizon (which they were beyond helpful), but due to FedEx “losing” my package my deliver has been pushed back over a week as well as several hours of my life lost contacting customer service.

Paid $65 shipping to ship a beach cart for a trip. Package took longer than was supposed to. Then when the tracking showed out for delivery I called to see when it was gonna be delivered due to it being after 5:00 and then they tell me its NOT gonna be delivered because there were too many packages to deliver so it will be following business day which is MONDAY bc today is Friday. We have to start voicing our opinions when we order and ask do you ship Fed ex? If they do order from somewhere else. Fed ex does not care about us so why do we care to do business with them? Two months ago my package disappeared couldnt be found so the company sent another and had to eat that money. I will now start asking who my businesses use to ship. This is unacceptable.

They need better drivers and better GPS. The driver parked on the street beside my house and never delivered my package, even with the gate open and several places to leave my package in a secure location. Then updated the status to say they could not deliver the package. I will never use FedEx again.

I order from chewy for my dogs food which uses FedEx express and this is the 3rd time I will end up with a late package. I am out of dog food now and have to go to the store to get some because they cant deliver their packages on time. Due to FedEx i am probably never using chewy again unless they switch carriers.

Two shipments a day apart delivered to the same wrong address. I spoke with someone named dexter at this facility. He laughed at how upset I was and made lite of the situation. He then proceeded to tell me the driver would go back to where he supposedly delivered the packages and get them. The driver would then call me when he was on the way to my house. This was of course a lie. When I called back after being hung up on, I was told Dexters supervisor wasnt available. I asked to leave a message on his voicemail and was told he didnt have one. Then I was hung up on again. Its always their word against yours and they protect their own. This facility as well as fedex as a whole is garbage

Zero stars! Terrible delivery service! I have had 5 package problems in the past 3 months. Two were put in my mailbox, one of them got picked up by my mail carrier and shipped backed to FedEx took a couple weeks before they figured it out. The last two were delivered to the wrong address - two DIFFERENT neighbors. Thankfully the neighbors were nice enough to let me know. Both said how stupid are these people? They cant read address numbers? Got one on the truck for delivery from 5 days ago and everyday the delivery date changes to the next day. Oh and customer service wants the shipper to follow up.

I received a rude voicemail today from one of the employees who advised me that she called several times throughout the week to edit my address for the apartment number. She threatened that if I didnt respond by Monday, the package that I was expecting would be sent back.Its frustrating to be called by three different numbers during the work day about a simple error on the senders behalf.1.The driver called me from his personal phone and left a voicemail message. Which Im not sure thats within company policy. However, I called him back but his voicemail was full.2. The local shipping center answering service is automated, and directed me to the national 1-800 customer service line.3. I called the 1-800 automated line and had to wait to speak with a customer service representative. I gave the representative my full address on Monday 7/20/20.The rude voicemail that I received was sent today (four days later). I had to call the national customer service line again and explain the situation. I was told that my information was not forwarded. I was told to hold and was informed that the local Center has my apartment number now.Although the package that I expected on Monday still hasnt been delivered on Friday afternoon.The organizational structure is poor, because I couldnt and wasnt encouraged to contact the local shipping Center directly which is more convenient and wouldve eliminated the possibility of my information not being forwarded.The sender wasnt contacted until Friday and by company policy the sender is the only person authorized to changed the address.Finally the customer service is very poor. There is never an excuse to speak to a customer in a rude tone. The goal is to rectify the situation. Not enough effort was displayed to rectify the situation after I received lackluster service.Be aware of the Fed Ex Shipping Center on West Lucas Street.

Horrible service. For 3 days I have been getting notifications that my delivery is schedule for the day and its being push back. The worst thing is that Fedex has the nerve to lie and say they made a delivery attempt, while I have been sitting in front of my window waiting for my delivery and I even have cameras around the house and no delivery. There is no phone number to talk to someone, the phone number provided is automated. But I figure, the only way to combat this is holding the shipper responsible for not holding fedex accountable. You see, Ill give a call to the shipper and tell them that I will refuse and send the order back and that for future orders, I will be ordering from Amazon and you will see how immediately they will give fedex a call.

I paid extra for express shipping and still have yet to receive my package. Our local FedEx delivery driver in Little River, SC is NOT doing a good job. Tracking for our FedEx packages show delivered to front door. That is NOT happening. The driver just throws our packages in our back yard or driveway. Luckily, nothing has been damaged. Also witnessed same driver throwing a package into a neighbors yard. This is unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand taking precautions during COVID-19, but we as a customer, deserve more than a tossed package. All of our other carrier deliveries DO leave our packages on our front porch. This has been going on for about 6 weeks or more. Not sure if we have a new driver. If I have an option, I will never purposely choose FedEx. Someone needs to fix this situation.

I ordered a package that was coming from Texas it took 2 days to get from Texas to Charlotte and I still haven’t gotten my package because it took 3 days to get from Charlotte to Florence. I was sent messages saying package will be delivered on this day and as of 4/4/2021 I still don’t have my package will never use this company again.

Worst shipping service ever. Packages are constantly being dropped off at incorrect addresses. Whenever packages do arrive they come in a unmarked van which makes me believe that they are outsourcing the shipping. I never have any problems with UPS so it seems like the workers at FEDEX just dont care. If you have a choice go with UPS

I tried calling to let you know that my $205.00 order has been delivered to the wrong place and not my house and nobody or your recording was no help or you have done nothing but tell me it is closed. I ordered my item on 7/20. It arrived in Florence on 7/31 @ 6am and then was placed on the truck at 10:10am. The tracking updates said that it would arrive by the end of the day on 7/31. It was never delivered and the arrival day was changed to 8/3 then 8/4. After it did not arrive on 8/4 the status then changed to “Pending” with “No delivery date available”. I called Fedex using the only number they provide and spoke to an automated message every single time.. I finally got to speak to a representative that could not give me any information regarding my package other than the information I already had. They said that they would open an investigation and someone would call me with any update they had. I have yet to hear from anyone from Fedex regarding my package. This is disappointing to say the least. Based off of my review and many others, something needs to change within this company.

The service was okay and they always do a good job with my shipping needs, but the person on duty didnt seem to be very interested in getting to me in a timely manner. She was going about her daily routine of beginning a new shift. Most of the time when people cant get to you quickly, they always make sure you know that they are aware that youre there and they will be with you as soon as possible. My customer care person was very polite, but probably needs some training on customer service. I am disabled and would have liked a little more help getting my package which was large into the building.

They’ve lost an extremely important package and the phone # listed is the generic one where you get connected to some foreign person who doesn’t have the power within the company to actually do anything other than tell you to contact someone else. I need the phone number for THIS SPECIFIC FACILITY to see if my package is even here. I ordered on the 18th, it shipped on the 21st, and has been sitting somewhere since the 26th because they rescheduled my delivery for the 27th yet it’s not here and totally mia. Screw this company.

I will never use FedEx ever again. I paid for delivery and all I get is pushed back, day, after day, after day. On truck for delivery and by the end of the day are lies. Every time I call to ask where is my package I get told they will add a note. Now I feel hopeless, what do I have to do to get them to deliver what I have paid them to deliver? Horrible. Was supposed to receive a delivery 2 days ago that I need tomorrow. For the last few days all it says is Delivery Exception with no further details and no severe weather whatsoever.. I can not get in touch with the center because they do not post their phone number anywhere. This is the worst Fedex location ever!! I recommend for shipping use UPS or DHL!! I was scheduled to have a package delivered and the driver instead of dropping off package 📦 ties it to the mailbox because it was getting dark out and when I ask the customer rep why didn’t he just call because my phone number was on the box she stated that’s not policy but when I ask her was is policy to tie it to the mailbox she then states she can’t answer that question. 🤔🤔 I will be reporting them to BBB. Boxes clearly marked 1 of 2 and 2 of 2...first box delivered Thursday when expected...instead of sending the boxes together...the driver somehow did not get the address correct...i was told by 2 employees that it would be delivered on Friday...at the end of the day called to find out it is scheduled for delivery on Monday or i could pick it up for the 3 hour drive even though they have been paid to deliver it! they do not care...i would not order from Hayneedle because they use Fedex

Fedex, Florence SC is horrible. Customer service does not exist at this location. They never deliver on time. They always have excuses like due to weather conditions there was a delay. Yes it rained in Florence the day of my scheduled delivery, but not in Kingstree where I live. Whenever I order things going forward from Walmart I will use site to pickup.
