This place has earned a new customer. Not only were their prices the lowest around, the work they did was amazing. Heres the thing, there were several very basic maintenance issues my vehicle needed that where discovered after what it was brought in for. Instead of quoting me a price, they said they could do it or it would be really easy to do for myself and described how. This speaks volumes for me. It has been the only shop I have ever been to that actually says upfront This is something you can do yourself. This is the highest level of respect in my opinion!

Harry was the most friendly, honest and just an all around great business owner to my daughter Angie and son in law David. We made an appointment and my daughters vehicle was in right in on time, the mechanics were quick yet thorough. Best part of our experience I felt the prices were good and not over charged.. Great place to bring your vehicle even if you need to drive a little out of your way. We have used Charbonier Service Station approximately 6 times in 2 years for oil changes to airing up tires to safety and emissions inspections and a fuel pump replacement.

I am so happy with the crew at Charbonier! They were honest, forthright, and got us in and fixed quickly! I will definitely be using them for all vehicle services from now on!

I am attaching pictures because it seems that they redid the place since the last time I had been there. The changes make the shop look a lot better then it used to. The shop has got some good honest people running it and they do solid work. When I went there last week I had them walk me through everything and they were happy to do it. Coming from a auto repair background myself, I can say that the pricing was very fair.

Had my car taken here cause it wasn’t starting they diagnosed it as bad alternator wanted close to 800$ I took it to another shop found out my alternator was fine and all I needed was a battery lost a costumer cause George wanted to make a quick buck on a car that had to be towed

Love the service and everyone there. I have 2 cars that are serviced pretty regularly by the team here. I am always well informed when I drop my cars off. The are very fast at getting things completed if you are there first thing in the morning.

We took our car in for an oil change. They got us right in. We did have an appointment but were a little early. The people were so nice while we waited - which wasnt very long. We drove away feeling that ou baby had been well taken care of. Will be returning in 3000 miles.

We have all of our vehicles serviced at Charbonier Service, and could not be more pleased. They are honest, friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. If you need a ride somewhere after dropping of your car, they will accommodate you if at all possible (sometimes they are too busy and cant spare anyone). The work is top-notch and the prices are reasonable.

This shop was recommended by a friend, and after a bad experience at Garys auto, I decided to give them a try.As the daughter of an auto mechanic, there are a few things that I look for in a repair shop. 1. Honesty. Hardest to come by. Most places try to upsell services you dont need, or exaggerate the problems of your vehicle. 2. Affordablility. There is a great variance in rates among individually owned repair shops. 3. Convenience. I dont like having to wait a week to have my car looked at, then another week before a shop can pencil me in for a repair. 4. Quality of Work performed. 5. Speed of Work performed. This location met all of my criteria, and then some. I was offered shuttle rides to and from my home, the service manager was friendly and helpful, and when a repair became more complicated and expensive than originally planned (this happens sometimes) they threw in some complimentary services. They got my cars in quickly, got the repairs done quickly, and their rates are super reasonable. If you want a fancy waiting room, maybe this place isnt for you, but otherwise I highly recommend!

This place sucks!!!!! So does Mag Automotive. They both told me my motor was done. Then Charbonier said they could get a junk yard motor with high miles and put it in for 5300 hundred. What a rip. Then i took it to a great shop called Steves old town automotive and it was the catalytic converter. Charbonier Auto Service sucks and i will never take any of my vehicles there ever again. Dont know how they are even in business

Will NEVER patronize this business EVER again. Owner (Harry) seemed nice and friendly _ ONLY until your bring a matter to his attention. Took my car in for a repair, only to have my car damaged in the process. (not related to what I was having repaired) After determination, my car was finally made whole. Took my car there on May 20, 2019 and when I got my car back it was still doing the same thing when I dropped it off. Sparks plugs for my car dont cost no more than $8.00 they charge me $15.00 per plug. So they are double charging on the parts. SMH. Call them and told them that it was doing the same thing he stated (Harry) to drive it around and bring it back up there. I will not be taking my car back up there I would rather learn how to fix it myself than pay them anymore money. I dont reccomend this shop to anyone. My bill was $937.00. Heres my invoice so u dont think Im just an irrate customer. Look up the parts yourself if you think Im lying. 2012 Chevy Imapla Lt

Ive taken several work vehicles to this shop. The owner appears to be a nice guy. But after taking a few vehicles there.. Ive come to the conclusion that this is a rip off business. They are only good at oil changes and maybe brake jobs.I had a power steering leak on my van.. They told me it was coming from both of my power steering lines.. They charged me $385 for replacing the 2 lines. 2 days later.. The van was leaking again. After inspecting the leak.. I noticed that only 1 power steering line was replaced.. Looked at my receipt.. and they definitely charged me for 2... Smdh (crooks). Not to mention.. It was my gear box that was leaking the entire time.I vowed to never go back to this place.. but i was in a jam.. And they were my closest option. So i took another work vehicle there for an ignition timing problem... Once again...they ripped me off! Never totally fixed the problem.. And replaced new parts that were recently installed... Without calling me for my permission. Charged me another $350...and the van was still not running totally smooth. I took it home and replaced the spark plugs.. And the van was running perfect again.. AND IM NOT A MECHANIC!!I learned my lessons.. I will NEVER return to this place again.

Took saftey and emissions 5 months ago at different shop n passed but failed safety here..ok np here I had my waterpump replaced and emissions, passed emissions then after waterpumped was replaced all of a sudden check engine light was on for evap...which would fail emissions...hmmm.then told would take a whole day just for diagnostic this doesnt add up...

I didnt recognize the faces, Idk if it a new owners or what. Anyway I come every so often to have the guys put my engine cabinet filter in .Usually about 20 bucks I supply the filter. This time guy said 47.95, really that more the Toyota, supply and labor only 50.00 and everyone know dealership is alway if not more the going to local auto shop. He goes on say how you have go under, stop right there engine canbinet 2009 camery sits right there not under nothing. Just disappointed where the old crew?

I had my blazer in there shop for 3 days spent $1500 there to do idler arm pitman arm and a few other things they were really lazy with replacements I had a horn replaced and instead taking the old one out and putting the new one in the left the old one in and put a new mount for it on the other side of the car. And a couple weeks later I was doing maintenance on my car and I come to find out that they hadnt tightened down my tire rod bolts. I review my bill and the reason it was so expensive is due to all the parts that they replaced with out informing me that they had. Like ball joints and brakes and a few other things that I had replaced literally a few months prior. I do not recommend taking your vehicle there if your young and unknowing of how the mechanic world works because they will take advantage of you. To top it all after spending all that money and having all those parts replaced they told me my car would pass inspection which it didnt in there shop because there crooks. I took it to auto world and tire and they have me righteous service and passed my vehicles inspection without questioning anything. I will never be at charbonier service ever again

I have used this garage several times and was generally happy. The last few times have been miserable. My wife was treated poorly and was disrespected. Wont go back.

Most auto shops suck but heres one to avoid at all cost. My mom went to this place a couple weeks ago to get the AC line on her Cobalt repaired. She knew where (and why) it was leaking and told them when she got there. They later called her with a quote and she wisely rejected it. (see photo)In short, these shameless bastards tried to take advantage of a 73-year old lady because it was the heat of summer and they didnt think shed be willing to walk out and leave her air conditioner broken. I went up there with the printout below to confront them about it and theyre so pathetic they still couldnt admit to any wrongdoing (but they sure know how I feel, godammit). To top things off, they charged my mom $50 out of spite because she refused the repairs. They claimed it was for diagnosis, but again, my mom told them what was wrong when she took the car in. So, $50 for nothing. Stolen. Criminals.
