I have a Galaxy S10 E and the charger port was completely fried. I brought it here and dropped it off. They had it fixed incredibly quick and cost efficient. Great customer service!! Took my iPhone 8 Plus to them because it wouldn’t receive service and screen was cracked. Told me it would be done in 24 hours. 48 hours later no call, so I called and he said give another 24 hours. Went 48 hours later to visit store, he said give through the weekend. 4 days later again no call or text, visited the store he said couldn’t fix the phone to receive service because the antenna was damaged. I paid him for replacing the screen. The rest of the day, I hooked the phone up to wifi and continued to use… when the phone went dead (SAME DAY), I tried to charge but it would not. I took the phone BACK again and he said he would fix in 24 hours. I went back after 3 DAYS no call again and when he greeted me, he said that when I left the phone was working so it was my fault and he didn’t know what was wrong with charging. Cellphone Genius warranty states if you bring the phone back within 30 days and it has no physical or water damage they would fix. He continued to blame me and said he “doesn’t have to listen to me”. $70 down the drain for a phone that was charging before he touched it. & I’ll mention again twice he told me “I can’t fix this” or “I don’t know what’s wrong” your the cellphone genius and you can’t fix an antenna or a charging port that was working before you had the phone. & to top it off I spent $300 on a new phone with him while he was fixing my 8 plus. I spent $370 with him in one week just to be rude!!!

Fantastic experience! My day was going terribly. My phone broke in the middle of my shift. Having a Verizon phone, I was able to find a Verizon store. I was there for an hour to find out that they didnt even have the phone they were trying to sell me in stock. I was on the verge of tears when I left the Verizon store when I decided that I would never step foot in a Verizon store again. Oops was on my way whto Best Buy when I saw the sign for Cell Phone Genius. I thought I would make a stop in, on a whim.Basically, I was able go a phone and back on the road in 10 minutes. Best store in north county when it comes to cellphone repair or computer repair i came to this store July 5 I have my phone water damaged I dropped it in the pool . apple said not fixable but I called they said yes we can it will be$65 plus the parts if need it. Boom ends only $65 and phone working fully functional was amazing experience. And July 11 brought my computer was virus removal fixed in a same day . 5 start and I wish there is more.

I called around and they had the most reasonable quote. I brought my iPhone 6s+ for screen and PS4 for HDMI repair. The iPhone only took about 20 minutes and works good. The screen on my MacBook Pro broke and nowhere was able to order the part and Apple wanted $800 for the repair. Brought it to this shop and they were able to order my part and fixed my laptop in just about an hour for a VERY affordable price. Nick and the other workers I talked to were super nice as well!
