I do not have cricket service, I just needed a generic cell phone charger from the closest retailer. They tried to sell me a phone and a plan instead and I kept asking for a charger. I finally was able to purchase a charger at a cost of $38. Wow

I was at the location at 8452 Lindbergh these owners at this location are thieves and thugs. First of all I was there for hours trying to switch my old phone to a new one. After he switched my services to the phone I have he then told me he couldnt do it and both my phones was locked after paying them $100.00 so I said just give me my phones back and my money I would go back to the original company I was with. He refused to refund me then his wife came out and they basically became thieves and thugs at this moment told me they werent going to refund me my money and if I didnt keep their services he would keep my number and all my business would go to him because they would have my number. I am a small business owner and felt like I was violated and forced to settle with a government issued phone which is what they gave me. I know Cricket Wireless is a franchise but these owners makes the company look horrible. I will be calling corporate and filing a report with the better business bureau about this. Horrible.....

VERY RUDE owners, who will sell you refurbished phones for new ones. Was told by the owner too SHUT UP when I was trying to get him to adhire to the Cricket policies and switch my phone out within the 7day policy if your phone is not working properly. I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid this store and the owner. He and his wife are just money hungry and dont know proper customer service. Worst experience ever with a cellular company. I took my business elsewhere and got respect for being a customer!

I went to this store today. The sign on the store said it was open. I looked around and didnt see anyone inside. The door was locked. This is crap! Why would you say you were open if you werent. I will never go to this store again!

I was hesitant at first to go with Cricket. I was aware of several former customers who were very unhappy with the carrier. Cricket has however changed ownership and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T. I have been with Cricket now for over one month and could not be happier. Call clarity is crystal clear. Never a dropped call and strong LTE/HSPA data service everywhere. I can stream YouTube without hesitation. All for about half of what a post-paid carrier would charge. If you are on the fence about Cricket, don’t be. They are awesome.

Everytime my mother who is older or myself go there, its hands down the best customer service your going to get anywhere around. I live in Wentzville and I still sometimes make the trip because I know whayever my problem is theyll take care of it right and friendly the first time. Ive known them 4 probably 10 yrs and everytime its the same great care. WAY TO GO GUYS AND GALS ! Keep up the amazing job performance you deserve to be recognized for all your hard work .
