A wonderful Hardware store.They have tons things repairing home projects and also kitchen ware of all ki ds and for patio etc.you have to visit, i cant list all their products.you dont have to walk and walk like other stores east to get in and out. Good parking. Ware your mask.

Service is 5 stars but this store doesnt stock any specialty items at all. Not even textured paint rollers. Basically like a really nice hardware store.....in 1995.

Im thoroughly disappointed in my True Value experience. I went in about a week ago to buy a board and have it cut to make 3 shelves. They cut the board for me and when I got home all three boards were an inch too long. Mind you, I took a shelf in with me so there would be no confusion. I went in today to have the boards recut to the size I needed. Again taking a shelf in. Again too long, but as a bonus this time, one of my boards has a huge split in it rendering it useless as a shelf. True Value just lost a true customer.

I have PTSD from price shock $$$$. I had to return something the other day, I was shocked at how antiquated the store procedures are in the store. Customer service person had to write out everything that I was returning on a slip. I only go here if its the last thing on earth.

Cashier was quite lackluster almost rude. Employees seen me spinning around, looking and looking for something and never offered to assist. I had to ask for help and then it was not the most friendly service, nothing like they show on their commercials. I thought a smaller store would have better customer service than one of the big stores, should have just gone to the big boys.

I always prefer this store for my hardware needs. As soon as you walk in and get down an aisle somebody is there asking if you need help. I think all of the people who work there have good experience with repairs and give good advice.

I went in to get a male adapter for my good garden hose. Ive had it for years and it is still in excellent shape and I paid a good chunk of change for it when I bought it. I asked Justin for help locating the adapter. He found it right away and started to explain how to install it, of course I brought the house with me! 😃 I asked if he would install it and he said, Of course! Long story short, he was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of! Thank you, Justin for all of your help! I will definitely be back!

Always attentive and friendly. We were in the store barely a minute looking at isle signs when two employees asked if we needed help even though it was busy in the store. One employee lead me exactly to everything I needed and explained what I should know about how items work so I could make an educated purchase. My favorite hardware store in the area!

As with any small hardware chain, prices can be a tad higher than online or big box, but we should gladly pay a little more for the serenity a locally owned brick and mortar store can provide ! I have been shopping here for 50 years and have never been disappointed ! An example of how every retailer should be operated !
