Karen at Pharmacy did exceptional service when I walk in for Covid vaccine. My son insurance information was incorrect in system. She corrected it and seamlessly schedule the appointment.Aliza, administered the vaccination to me and my family. She explained me about the vaccination, its details and what to watch for. Very well informed and professional conduct. She did a great job and exceptional service.
Went to the clinic for covid 19 rapid test, was told that I would receive a call and physical proof via email in an hour. Email comes, and is for lab results, not rapid tests. So basically walked in to have my nose swabbed for nothing besides a quick, undocumented yeah youre good bro. Hours and hours trying to get a hold of a person to get me a document of the test and received absolutely nothing. Absolutely appalling unprofessionalism.
Don’t even waste your time trying to print photos with their Kodak kiosk. I left frustrated and without any photos. It’s slow and the touchscreen is dead like a rock. The rest of the store is fine.
I had an appointment for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The pharmist was not very friendly and asked me for identification and an insurance card. He then asked if my wife came with me and for her Texas drivers license. He then declined to give me the vaccine because my wife did not come with me and sign consent for me to get the vaccine.Seriously I asked, my wife has to sign for me to get the vaccine? Yes, it is CVS policy for her to consent he said. I laughed and said I had never heard that the free COVID vaccine required a person to get consent from his wife. I walked out and called Baylor Scott White and scheduled an appointment. They were able to get me in with no consent from my wife required to get the COVID vaccine.
Iv gone to this pharmacy on several occasions over last few years both to shop to pick up medication and to the Minute Clinic with the kids. I have found that I have found that for the most part this is a very decent location. Most of the people we have encountered in the store and at the pharmacy seem to be professional and helpful.
Clean and organized, has a minute clinic too.. Got my vaccine shots here too.
Ridiculous that they have only one person working at the minute clinic. Was scheduled for my second covid vaccine and was told it would be an hour and half wait behind other clinic appts. Unacceptable when most people come on their lunch breaks.
All right setup for covid screening
This is only for Lisa Nguyen, she is rude and hostile, disrespectful, loud, mocking, and threatening to customers and does not treat any patients the way she should. We were shocked to see someone so unfit working in healthcare everyday.
Their one-minute clinic is very bad. Beware!
You have to call the pharmacy to make sure staff check the voicemail for prescriptions left by doctors. Sometimes its hours before they check the prescription voicemail. So always call before you go to pick up a prescription that was called in by a doctor that day. The pharmacist are polite and professional, but some of the techs are rude and short with customers.
Their staff were very friendly.
Visited the Minute Clinic with my grown kids. We were in and out very quickly. The lady in the pharmacy was wonderful and helpful.
I came here for vaccination. The lunch time was from 1:30 to 2:30 pm. However, I waited from 2pm to 3pm. The staff was still having her lunch at about 3pm, even though the paper on her door claimed that her lunch time would be end at 2:30pm.
CVS can thank Lisa in the pharmacy for this 1 star review, because she was very rude when I was picking up my prescriptions in the drive thru by asking personal questions about my allergies to medication . I told her I have never been asked that question & she replied back VERY loudly stating that my medication is a controlled substance. To my understanding, that’s between my doctor & Me, NOT for the entire line of people behind the counter inside waiting in line to know. Then, she said my license to carry issued by the state of Texas with my DL Number on it wouldn’t work because it doesn’t scan, however, my passport card worked & she didn’t even scan it.
Terrible experience on behalf of a manager.I had taken a vacation down to Dallas, staying in Flowermound. I had lost my toothbrush, so I stopped in to the closest place to buy one. I walked up to an employee and asked where the toothbrushes were located. The employee was very helpful. However, as soon as I had walked away, I noticed a manager had come up to the employee and began berating the poor dude for not SHOWING me where the product was located. I even overheard her call him worthless. That’s no way to treat an employee. So I turned around to defend the guy, saying he didn’t do anything wrong and that he was pretty helpful. That’s when she glared at me and told me to go mind my own business. So I did. I grabbed what I came for and went to check out. I ended up having to wait through a long line with only one register open, the same employee that helped me earlier was running the drawer. The manager from earlier was just watching the employee now, not even opening a second register to help out. The guy in front of me even had a coupon for whatever he was buying, but when the manager was called over to run the coupon, she obnoxiously said “No, I can’t help you. This coupon isn’t valid here”. I was up next, and I checked out with the helpful employee. That freakin manager was right behind him saying “Hurry up, you have a line waiting on you”. Like seriously, you’re gonna rush your employee while you sit back and do nothing? Carrie HAS to be the worst manager I’ve seen. She was just mean. But props to that one guy who was working.Fire Carrie. Promote Mike.
Lisa at the minute clinic could not have been better. I needed to get my boys flu vaccinations to protect the new baby coming. The problem is that they have a lot of needle trauma from their bio family. She was insanely fast and completely amazing with them. She was kind and listened to what I needed to them. Give her a raise. Like right now. Or a bonus. Something.
I’ve been using this pharmacy exclusively except for a compound pharmacy I obtain hormones from, for many years. I enjoy seeing the same faces who are not rushed and do not seem over-tired or overwhelmed, overworked like an old pharmacy I had to use a long time ago by an insurance company. The pharmacists are exceptional and friendly, always willing to help go the extra mile for me. They give my dog’s treats, which I find out one pharmacy tech pays for out of her own pocket. They are very nice treats not cheap. I really appreciate the consistency, ease or ordering, customer care discount coupons, so many online refil and paying in advance and app options for privacy or what not. They have a texting system which works excellent for me and my communication preferences. The drive thru lines move quickly. Inside are great discounts. When copay coupons have been avaialable or a particular medication recently may be less, they have mentioned that. I feel grateful that means everyone is going the extra mile for my needs. Which of course, makes me feel taken care of. And when issues have come up such has being out of state when my dad passed or was ill, and prescriptions had to be filled, or certain ordering was not quite approaching, the pharmacist Lsb communicate well. They have even offered to call other CVS locations or call me personally ASAP when a med comes in. Just little extras and always seeming to have a good attitude and being friendly. Providing receipts, helping as much as possible professionally, personally, and consistently. I appreciate them very much.
I went to the minute clinic for a wellness exam. I was in and out in no time at all. Lisa was so nice.
Difficult to navigate thru. Otherwise helpfull site.
I like the Cute chick with tattoos there.
This CVS also has a medical clinic if you are sick. Great option if the doctor is closed.
Neighborhood drug store with pharmacy, good service.
Excellent service and reasoinable rates
Service and caring attitude of the store employees.
Friendly staffs. Quick services.
Pharmacy staff are the best
Friendly staff and A+ Pharmacy, just wish this location was 24x7
Pharmacy is unprofessional, ugly attitude, Arrogant and rude pharmacist.Received alerts prescription ready, get there its not ready constantly. Poor management.
I have gone to this place and I have felt like an animal or simply an object that has no life, the pharmacy staff is inhuman I have gone for asthma to check me out and they could help me, the pharmacist tells me what it feels like to wait and very briefly Check the time and then tell me that you cannot check me because they have already closed. I would NEVER go back to this place and much less recommend it to ANYONE
