I simply wanted to fill my car with gas. Instead, the latch that keeps you from having to hold the handle to fill your car with gas got stuck, and I got covered in gasoline. I paid to be covered in gasoline. I went inside and got told “Oh I’m sorry it’s not supposed to do that.” Wow. Really? I received no compensation for the situation that was blatantly not my fault. I literally would’ve been happy with, like, a dollar off a drink coupon. Now I feel sick and tired and smell of gasoline. Great!

There is actually kindness and decency in the world there is hope for America. Friendliness Of the management and the staff at this location make me want to drive out of my way to go to the gas station at race track in Highland Village and Im normally a Quick trip kindof girl🌞 thank you!

This is one of the better locations.

The gas is usually the lowest around but for me the coffee was the one that brought me back, alas no more.I would rate it lower than 3 stars but service is always friendly here, always.The coffee has been weak the last few times (even the bold) and they have done away for the extra caffeine coffee (not cool). For nearly $2 for a large I would rather go to, dare I say it... Starbucks for the extra $1.Pro Tip:. When their coffee was better to my liking, free coffee week was a dream, look for it in the future.

This store is always tidy and the staff is always top notch. The Store Manager, Steven, is great and always makes it a point to address each guest that he checks out individually. Best staff around!

This one location has chronic issues with the credit/debit card systems not working. Got there at 9am the other morning and there was no one even there. Only a handwritten sign that they would be back at 2pm.

Always tidy & clean. Great snacks, competitive fuel prices, and they always have window cleaner as well as paper towels. I make sure to take this way home just to refuel at racetrack !

The cashier was very unprofessional. Several of my friends past the age of 18 (Grandfathered In) went in to buy pods and they saw a friend from high school who they didn’t even go to the gas station with. The cashier saw them talking and assumed he was with them so when they went to buy juul pods he denied them service after questioning why their friend (who came separately) needed to be ID’d. They called him over and complied with the requests and when they called him over to show his ID the cashier told them to leave. Don’t purchase tobacco products from here they’ll give you a hard time about it. Spend your money elsewhere worst experience buying tobacco products.

Watch out if you walk in NOT SMILING and the Saturday morning cashier catches you ladies! Hell be sure to point out your WRONG state of NOT SMILING! And dont worry if you have a reason such as it being too early and not feeling like it because hell also be so gracious as to point out that your answer and opinion is WRONG because hes been awake since 5 am so obviously he wins the who has it worse competition too! So dont forget to SMILE lest you offend the delicate sensibilities of the on duty cashier despite HIM being the service worker and YOU being the CUSTOMER stopping in to spend the money that funds HIS PAYCHECK!

Walked inside to ask for the airpump to be turned on and called frm the air pump itself for them to turn it on.... been waiting for about five-seven minutes now.... nothing. Great customer service....

Recent change of management has changed the culture of this store. It used to be my favorite place. Ive been going there for years and I avoid iI now. . Theres a Quiktrip down the street..
