The absolute best in hearing care. Dr Joe is a life saver. He has really helped me with my Tinnitus. I would recommend him to anyone. Very knowledgeable and caring. You are not just a number with Dr Joe. I can’t say enough about him and the staff!!!

My experiences with Kerri and staff at Calverts in Flower Mound have been very good. Very professional, efficient and responsive. They are very accommodating. They are easy to work with and the hearing aids they fitted me with are working great - I highly recommend.

This is my first time going to Calvert Hearing Care. I had to get a DOT hearing test for obtaining my CDL. Angela was extremely helpful in making sure I had all the paperwork and forms that I would need ahead of time, and even though I had a reminder on my phone, still have a courtesy call to remind me as well. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the steps and actions that would be taken. Dr. Joe and Kerri are incredible Audiologists and are very warm and welcoming. Dr. Joe was very clear on the steps that would be taken and made me feel very comfortable during the hearing tests. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else in the future. Dr. Mainord is an incredible doctor and has an amazing team.

The professional, caring attention to my urgent need for a replacement for my lost hearing aid was truly incredible. The front desk person searched all Calvert Hearing locations and found me the only possibility available in Flower Mound. What a fortunate opportunity this was for me! Kerri, the audiologist, tested my hearing, found the perfect hearing aids that better than met my needs, and programmed them so that I can now hear as well as I ever could. The technology in hearing aids has made incredible advancements since I had purchased my old ones twelve years ago. As a result, I was able to replace both of those antiques for two that actually work together to make my hearing as natural as it once was. What an astounding experience! Thank you all so very much.

I went to Calvert Hearing Care for the first time for a hearing test. Being my first time to an audiologist, I was a bit nervous and didnt know what to expect. Upon walking into the office, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk and they made me feel very welcome. They were very courteous and interested in getting to know me. The office was very clean and welcoming!!During the hearing test, the Dr. was great at walking me through the process, step by step. It was easy. I had several questions during the process and they were all answered very thoroughly and detailed. I was not rushed in and out of the office. They treat their patients like family. The staff are very personable and pay exceptional attention to making their patients feel at ease and well taken care of. I will definitely keep coming here for all of my hearing needs! For all of your hearing care needs, this is the place to go!! You will not be disappointed.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to get a pair of hearing aids relatively quickly. They walked me through how to set them up and made sure the levels suited me well. Definitely recommend if youre having hearing issues.

Calvert hearing care had just the right product and just the right doctor for testing. The right match was made for my mother and we are thrilled with the end result. Their office staff is more than polite and accommodating.

It was time for a new hearing device. Technology has enhanced this device and the price has gone down. From the testing to installing the hearing device was very professional. Follow up visits to tweak the device were needed to get the full effect of the device. I highly recommend this office. Kerri Dakin is very personable and professional audiologist.
