Worked with Scott after experiencing sudden hearing loss. He was knowledgeable, supportive and answered all of my questions, even though I was a last minute add to his Friday schedule. He asked that I keep I’m appraised of everything and responded immediately when I told him the ENTs prognosis and treatment. Ladies up front were very professional and polite. Overall, I would highly recommend Family Hearing Practice.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I received a through exam interview covering many auditory and hearing behavior topics and situations. This was followed by a speech and tone based hearing test in a sound proof booth. The speech part was new to me and important because it directly related to the hearing impact of being with people in public settings. Afterwards, the post interview and test summary brought everything together so it made sense. Each step was taken at my pace with attentive queries to insure things were going well and to insure I understood what was going to happen and to check the impact while it was happening. I left with a really good feeling and look forward to the next step to improve my hearing among family and friends.

We chose to get our sons hearing tested here instead of the hospital he was born at. We are so glad he did. We were able to be in the room with him the whole time and I was able to hold him while he was being tested as opposed to the hospital where they wanted to take him by himself and test him without us in the room.The Doctor was very patient and kind. Im new to this area and extremely hard-of-hearing. Finding a practice that would help me with hearing aid related difficulties was a priority. I was concerned that my having purchased my aids out of state would result in local specialists not accepting service-related issues. However, Family Hearing Practice has been wonderful. Dr Allison Liberio was absolutely phenomenal! She really listened to me and offered to talk to a specialist about my case to see if there’s anything we’re missing. I had three other doctors tell me I had Ménière’s disease even though tests came back negative before I found her, and she’s the first to actually listen about another medical issue that I tested positive for, and confirm my suspicions of it possibly being the culprit of my symptoms. I’m very thankful that she’s willing to go out of her way to talk to her colleague and get her opinion as well. Whether there’s another route brought to our attention that would be more beneficial, or whether I end up on needing hearing aids, I’m very pleased with my appointment with Dr Liberio today, and look forward to working with her to find a solution that works for me. Visited Family Hearing Practice today. Staff was helpful and friendly. My wife is planning to pick up hearing aids next week. Office was observing covid 19 protocols.She has had the Hearing aids for about four weeks now. The hearing aides are working great.

As someone that doesn’t enjoy going to the doctor of any kind I found Dr. Liberio and her staff very nice and the overall visit a very pleasant experience . I moved to DFW a couple of years ago and had to get a ‘squeal’ out of my hearing aids. Ms. Liberio fixed new up and grated me like a long time client.This last month my hearing aid just quit. She was always so kind and patient with him and figured out his hearing problem.Then in 2019, after the death of my husband, I moved to Texas to live with my daughter. When it was time for me to update my hearing aids I went back to Dr. Liberio. I have been very pleased with the service I have received.Her staff is very friendly and she genuinely cares for her patients and what is happening in their lives. At 94 years of age and being under COVID-19 lockdown at her Assistant Living facility, Mom broke her hearing aid. We were not sure how we were going to pull this off. Dr. Allison Loberio took much of the stress from us, she ordered the parts needed to repair her hearing aid and once she got them in we just bought Moms hearing aids to her and while I waited a few minutes they were fixed and adjusted for sound. Mom said that they are the best she has ever had. Awesome 👍 job Dr. Loberio.

Dr Liberio was very helpful and thorough. My teenage daughter loved her and how kind and informative she was. My 13 yr old son started showing signs of hearing loss and after a visit to our pediatric doctor and ENT we were given a list of names but provided no insight on the list. It wasn’t an easy road to find someone. Hearing aids are very expensive and many of the doctor’s offices and companies we called tacked on even more expenses just to get fitted for one.
