I have been trying for almost 3 months to buy out my least and have little to NO contact from anyone. Ive spoken to 5 people and got the leasing managers personal number, sent her EVERYTHING she asked and needed then heard nothing for about a month. At this point if I didnt have to keep the car Id leave it and walk with my three kids and tell them this is better then dealing with ford. I will never NEVER get another ford after this. Maybe its because Im black and they dont think I can afford my car?? I dont know but this is crazy. I make more money now then I did when I got the car Initially. I just want to buy my car. Also this is the SECOND dealership Ive had to go to the first ford was even worse. I never want a ford again.

I took my truck in for issues on my sun roof. They ended up having to reorder the parts which delayed them by two days and then I didnt even get off the lot when I was able to see that they didnt complete the work correctly and my sunroof wouldnt close all the way. Really disappointed in the quality of the service on this trip and that a 2 day job took a week. Would rank them lower, but the guy I worked with went out of his way to try to fix the poor service in the end. He was really good, but my confidence in their quality took a hit.Update: Went in a car wash and the roof leaks. Looks like they still did a bad repair job on round 3.
