The guys here were awesome. Ronnie was super nice and he said to give him a half hour but I swear it was only about 20. Check out was super fast and easy.Also clean bathroom and a cute picnic table to wait outside if you dont want to wait inside.I will be back!

I was greeted promptly and given an estimated time of service. Even though they were short-handed, they completed the oil change and served everyone else with an aire of professionalism and teamwork. Everyone was working diligently to get us all on our ways and even thanked us for being there when we left.

Ive been using the Folsom Jiffy Lube for years. Theyre fast and convenient. They also have a free top-off service. My 1997 Powerstroke was a quart low recently. They added it for me at no charge. Took about no time at all.

Showed up and they were ready to greet with a friendly smile and professional speed at the same time. My truck was finished quickly, much faster than I expected. Throughout the process, they were communicating with me, and made sure everything was taken care of for my 2017 tacoma. Probably some of the best service in a long time. It was extremely hot outside, they had air conditioning inside and many of the shops were booked up, and they were not just available during lunch, but quick. Ill be back.

Jiffy Lube in Folsom did my oil change on our Ford Escape. Their service was complete and they took careful care with our car to insure that all service were completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. We are very satisfied with Jiffy Lube service and competence.

Amazing customer service, above and beyond my expectations! I went there for oil change, Jack was very clear about estimates. I got there with a $10 coupon and he said he got a better deal for me, and he did! His team did not just change my oil filter but it also needed air filter change. Of course, he called me ahead of time to check if I want them to go ahead and replace it. He was able to get me a pretty good price for that too. He also mentioned 1 more repair my car needed but that will be for next time. Jack and his team were very friendly and give you such a good vibe even when you leave this place. Staff was quick with the service, and very friendly.

I always go out of my way to come to this location. They are always professional, staff is clean and attentive to customers, and there are two waiting areas one outside in a nice shaded area and one inside. They give an estimated time that is accurate and always show the air filters or other items the can if a replacement is needed along with an explanation of where it goes and why it is important. I always learn something new when I visit too!

Stopped in this morning for a quick oil change and there was no wait. The staff were super friendly, followed social distancing protocols (masks, touchless interactions, etc.), and completed the job within about 30 minutes!

They also changed my fuel filter on my 7.3 diesel. They did an excellent job. Very happy with the service.

I went in to the Folsom Store to just have my oil filter replaced which was damaged. I was immediately greeted by their friendly staff. The work work delivered on time as was explained to me upon my arrival and the cost for the service was less than what I expected. What a home run. I was 100% pleased with their services and will return to this location again.

My car has been making a very expensive screeching noise when braking. I spoke to a normally very knowledgeable friend who said the brakes were toast, so I brought it in on a Sunday (when many other places were closed), and was quoted ~$300 for full rear brake replacement.15 minutes later they called and said the brakes were actually way more than adequate and totally safe for quite a while and the screeching was just brake dust and dirt that got in there. No charge, come get the car when I could.That kind of honesty will win customers for life.

As a female it is very difficult to take your car to an auto shop and not feel like you are getting taken advantage of or lied to. Trust is low. My experience this morning at Jiffy Lube was a breath of fresh air! The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, quick and just overall nice. Wish more places could be like this.

They are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The representative who checked me in was very knowledgeable on Jeeps and had good advice on service. Received a detailed summary of vehicle status, which is valuable for a vehicle that is over 25 years old and driven lightly. I have not had good experiences at all Jiffy Lube locations in this area, but have always been pleased with Folsom. I own 6 vehicles so efficient and reliable service is important.

They gave me an estimated time and it took well under that the staff was very friendly and able to provide me with a coupon easily when I asked. So far so good. I brought my vehicle in today for a first time off of fluids and have no complaints. This location has the best vibe over some of the other Sacramento area locations. Like a no stoner vibe. Service techs and management seem competent. I’ll come back for next oil change.

Will and the staff are amazing. I have been to other Jiffy Lube locations and they try to sell me something I don’t need. I honestly believe corporate people sitting in an office put pressure on them. Shame on them. We want honest genuine people like Will. He tells the truth. And I will always go back to him as long as he works there. Corporate people should do the same. Don’t put pressure on selling something that isn’t necessary. Because you wouldn’t want that either. So just don’t do it.

I had my car serviced about 6 weeks ago or approximately 1500 miles ago. Last week we got a warning light which indicated we had either bad fuel or low coolant. I checked all of out fluids. I found the power steering so low that the measuring stick didnt show any fluid at all. When I checked the coolant, the overflow tank was completely dry. I filled the power steering fluid container and the overflow tank with coolant.. I had to drive the car about 10 miles before the coolant circulated enough to cool off the engine. Unfortunately the next morning, the indicator light was once again on. This was because the overflow container was very low again. Since their was no leak, the coolant had to have been near empty. When I reported this to the Folsom Jiffy Lube Shop the supervisor was insistent I must have a leak. That simply wasnt the case. Ive been going to this facility since they opened about 2 decades ago. As they say, stuff happens. However their refusal to accept responsibility for this problem will result in my taking my 3 SUVs elsewhere. Whats happened to customer service? When did businesses stop caring?

The guys at Jiffy Lube were all like Super-mechanics. Friendly & professional .They even offer coffee and water. Great experience for us women that are widowed or divorced or single that have questions or concerns and dont feel like were getting ripped off for extra work needing to be done or the filter was clean enough or if they leave your hood partly ajar when you leave and then it never shut properly after that (which really did happen to me a few years ago at a different location with my second car)Anyway, at completion of the service i received (about $115 worth). The work was done well and fast. One of the team members who walked me to my car even took a few minutes to talk to me about this used Chevy car i just bought that was in great condition with 63K miles at 10 years old. I told him what i paid for it & he said the car doesnt need anything cuz its in excellent condition. He told me i got it at a bargain price and the car is a great find! 🙂Needless to say i am a happy customer of Jiffy Lube! ( i just gotta remember the coupon next time i go! haha

People at Folsom Jiffy Lube are always accommodating. They really take care of their customers. They recommend services for your vehicle but not imposing. I always take my vehicles at Folsom Jiffy Lube because they treat you right.

Needed head light replaced but was not done when I checked out to make sure it worked and found out it was not done.Oil change was done ok I hope. I have used Jiffy Lune for many years but not so sure since new Management has taken over the Sacramento Area.

We have serviced our vehicles there several times previously. Today I went there, was greeted and told there is a 45 minute wait for the service to be done, and Ill be back in a minute to check you in. No problem. 15 minutes later, after still sitting there and not being checked in I left. Second time in a row the service has been horrible. Jiffy Lube has now lost us as customers.

Seemed like the guy who rang me up and finalized my payment was upset or had an attitude about me using a coupon for 10$.... on yelp it says “check in” for an instant 10$ off any oil change and he had a hard time ringing it up and questioned it and made remarks as to “if it was my store, i wouldn’t run it like this” ... just made the checkout process uncomfortable for no reason. Might wanna check that employee 😁

The folks working here are always super professional, and this last time, they helped me out with unexpected repairs for a great price (definitely better than what I would have gotten across the street). I paid the quoted price, even though it took hours more than it was expected to, and they took me back and walked me through all the repairs. I felt so taken care of! Ill be returning here for more repairs in the future!
