Very crowded (typical), obvious selection display with no detailed information about function or installation availability. Found same appliances through a Google lens search for $400 less at home Depot. Flat screen tvs as big as my car!

Bryan in the tire department provided excellent service. I needed air in my tire and he took the time to check all the tires for me. Though they were backlogged and I have to make an appointment for tomorrow I feel like Bryan really helped me out. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Great store and staff I live in the mountain areas and still only use this Costco have been to quite a few others. I will only shop here. You ask them where something is they help you find it not like other stores its over there on aisle so and so and point you know those kind of associates its soooo frustrating !!!! Here I have always had an associate show me where to find something and thats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today, was a great day to shop! I loved seeing the samplers even tho they were not offering samples to eat. It felt different but a good different. I loved being here today extra because everything was back in stock seeing towers of toilet paper was a relief🥲

The parking lot is awful. Its just configured badly and did not allow for flow if heavy traffic. The cashiers are some of the hardest workers Ive seen but management is TERRIBLE!!! On a recent visit, every cashier was open and every one had a line of at least 12-15 people. There were no extra employees to help pack/box carts so cashiers were doing EVERYTHING. My husband and I stepped in and helped our chapter by packing our own cart while she rang everything up. All the while there are FIVE managers standing five feet away... Watching... Having a very loud, very jovial, personal conversation ... And not addressing the situation at all. I would HATE to work here and was actually embarrassed to be a customer. I will probably go to another location from now on

Fuel prices are better than anywhere else. As usual very backed up lines for gas and thats what I usually go to Costco for. I usually find better deals for food and stuff in other stores sucks that I cant find a good deal and all-in-one spot but thats the way life is.

I had a great experience at Costco today. There was an employee named Teddy that was so helpful in finding things that had moved or didnt have prices on them. I saw him throughout the store helping numerous customers. He was very polite, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Very clean. Easy to find stuff. I gave 4 stars because only half the registers were open and each line was 6+ customers deep

Gas station lines are HORRIBLE. I love Costco but they need to get the lines organized. Their was fight that started last time. Cars blocking almost all the parking spaces on South side. People cutting each other off. GM & Management does NOT care when I asked a member to speak to somebody about it. Gets some cones and get organized Costco !!!

The workers are really fast and polite here. Place is clean despite how many people are here. 10/10 recommend 😊

Great store, nicely organized. I love shopping here . Love that they have self check out now but only to pay with card. If you want to avoid crowds i would recommend to go late during weekdays or early in the morning.

This place is enormous😄but trust me; it is worth the buy. Lines go fairly fast, and the cashiers are quick to check out.Memberships range from 60 dollars.Awesome frozen fruit and veggies like cherries and avocado chunks for quick healthy smoothies & juices.Diapers are the greatest quality ever.Baby wipes are very cheap and best ever too!

I went to pick up some stuff and the lines were pretty quick but the line in the food court was absolutely horrible. I waited over an hour for 3 pizzas when I was told 20-30 minutes. It would have been alright if the lady at the front was nicer but she ignored me for a while then when I asked if I could get the pizzas any sooner she just said no and went back to ignoring me.

Pre-ordered a pizza, was told 30 minute wait. Got there, waited an additional 30 minutes and it still wasnt ready yet. Food court at this Costco needs better training and more workers.

I visited the gas station, restroom, & food court. The gas station was very disorganized, as well as the food court. My food was burnt, food that wasnt burnt tasted odd. The soda had no flavor. The restrooms, on the other hand, were very clean and surprisingly smelled amazing. The one staff I asked for help was also very helpful/friendly. Dont plan on going back.

Produce quality was okay. Nice fish variety this week. I mainly come for produce, meat, and toiletries.Im big on customer service and this Costco comes up short in that department. The checker didnt greet me when he started ringing up my purchases. He also didnt thank me when handing me my receipt. The one who checks your receipt when you leave didnt greet me either but did say thank you. The lines moved fairly quickly though. I guess they sacrificed common courtesies for speed.

Costco is fun and always gets into my wallet with items even if I just go to look around.

For the most part is a well organized store, but today theres a cashier name Nikki she needs to listen better and follow instructions correctly, and not process incorrect grocery orders, and get aggressive with customers.

Great prices comparison to Amazon. The holiday toys are cheaper in Costco. Bought this really cool books for $12.99, hatchimals for $25, glitter glam for $19.99, slime for $13.00.

This is close to my home but I like to go Eastvale or 4th st.Food court services are horrible.I went get a strow and they have mentioned costco does not provide strows anymore but eastvale costco provide strows. For Hotdog they only have ketchup and mustard and other costco they started other stuff too.Waiting time is so bad here.

Great place to get the items that you use a lot. And need to be stock up on. If you use buy enough, the executive membership pays for itself.

This is one of our favorite Costco’s. They are very well stocked in almost anything you might need. Such as water, toilet paper, etc, etc. We travel a little farther but it’s well worth it. I love Costco. Even when the lines are long they move quickly. I always find everything I need at this Costco and the employees are helpful and always kind. Sometimes parking can be a little crazy, but I usually park a little away from the building and its fine.

I went to the COSTCO in Fontana because I had not been to this location for quite some time. I was shopping for someone else and was able to find everything except for the ricotta cheese. I purchased their chicken and pork chops and they looked very good. The fruit was very good as well.. I did get charged for something that i didnt buy but the person at the door caught it and they adjusted my receipt. It didnt take a lot of but i was glad she caught it.. For myself I purchased a new chair when Im in my office. My cat likes it too.

We prefer to go to the one in Rancho Cucamonga by the 15 & 4th Street as this one has a weird layout and stuff is not always found in the same aisles. Also, this one is ALWAYS huge lines with tons of people, nothing wrong with the service or employees, theyre all nice, is just that this place is always super crowed.If you need help buying or selling a house call me! I try to buy all my food from Costco because they screen everything they buy by section and pay attention to whats being stocked in their stores more than any one in the game, Alcohol is the best price here also, this place is a life saver when it comes to getting everything at once.

I love to shop in bulk and the have good prices in name brand items

What can be said? Top knot has product selection, great customer service and big parking lot. The only issue is weekends will be hectic. I highly recommend shopping during the week. Tasting/testing stations are coming back btw!

Too crowded, took me 2 hrs just to fight through the crowds. ALL the products shrinking, you get less for your buck, almost not worth going anymore.

We to put in gas. Long lines as expected for a holiday which was fine. All gas attendents were on a obvious break standing by the work office. It took myself and another customer to get their attention. I know that Costco has higher standards than that. Their customer service has always been great. Thank you for staying with us through 2020 and continue to stay with us in 2021.

The employees are great, there professional when they need to be and they can also relate to customers at times. The store is kept clean and organized have no complaints whats so ever about this store.

Not a reflection of this specific Costco but of several Costcos right now. I absolutely love the space saving fridge I purchased from Costco. Every appliance I have purchased from them has always arrived in a timely manner, whether it be 6months later or not yet. I forgot to draw the ice maker.

Where do i start, i usually shop at the Victorville Costco. The floor plan here is all turned around in comparison. I got alot of walking in until i became somewhat familar with this store, thats why a 4 star rating instead of 5.All in all a good place to shop for quanity products and specialty items.
