The guys at Sonsray are great. That goes for all of them. From parts to service and sales. Ive been going to them for 2 years now and they always help get the right parts and as fast as they can.
Good price low
The people who work here seem to be very unhappy with their lives and their job. I was there a week ago to inquire about some parts and they didn’t even say good morning or can I help you or I’ll be with you in a minute. They were just there in their computers waiting for me to talk. It took me an hour to finally get and paid for what I wanted. I then called a week later for more parts and Roger was rude when I asked him for parts, he said I needed to be more specific pretty much wanted me to give him parts numbers he was ZERO help. This is the reason people take their business elsewhere because of poor customer service like this shop has. I went to their other store in El Cajon and what a difference. I rather drive 2 hours and deal with the staff from El Cajon than these idiots in Fontana. Terrible terrible attitudes, they are definitely in the wrong field.
