If I could I would give this company a (-1) Purchased a portable cooling ice chest, the item worked less than 25 hrs and stopped. I have tried calling, emails. Received nothing in return, I believe their loop hole is to remain quiet until the 30 days have lapsed, the. Reach out to you only to say you are past your warranty timeframe. Just a horrible experience!!!

I bought a chafing dish 8 pack 8qt for catering and I received them after being delayed couple days. And I opened the first box and the frame is all rusted and same with the other ones! And the dishes tops were scratched. And some were washed cuz they were used and there’s washed stains on them. I provided a video of all of them to the seller and they replied saying they’ll give me $30 refund?!?! I paid almost $400 for this!! And they offered me $30?! I wanted a replacement and they said they have to pay FedEx for the return. Okay that’s not my problem! And now I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. I’m gonna give them couple days and open a dispute with my bank if they don’t reply! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

MISSING PARTS! WANTS BUYER TO PAY TO RETURN ITEM! I received a chair and it was missing the hydraulic cylinder, all screws & all washers. Seller would not send the missing parts but offered me a $15 discount to find the parts locally myself. Seller accepted my return request but I have to pay to return this 15lb chair at no fault of my own. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS SELLER EVER!!!

Dont order from this company. I ordered a 20ft flag pole through walmart.com. zeny created a shipping label, but for several days no tracking information was available through the tracking number after several days of it saying shipped. FedEx actually went to this company and requested the item by the tracking number. FedEx was told it was given to a FedEx driver several days before and argued with the FedEx corporate investigator. No package was ever given to FedEx. This company is a third party who are out to rip off Americans. Do not buy from them. If you do then dont complain when you get ripped off. All the good reviews they have on here are from their employees not customers.

Dont buy their portable washing machine. The water intake and drain are not set up to easily fill and drain water. Drain is VERY short and will not reach the sink, and has to connector for the sink. Instructions do NOT address this at all, and of course is written in broken English. I cant even tell if this works because I cant fill it our empty it. Very much regretting this purchase.

My Pastor purchased a 10x30 Zeny canopy tent was so cheap when we put it together for Sunday by Tuesday one of the poles collapsed,I contacted ZENy co. The representative told me in order to purchase the broken parts she needed information regarding the tent the purchase number and tracking number I Got the information from A Pastor when I called back I was unable to get in touch with anybody at this corporation and right now today I’m still trying to contact one of the agents.

I ordered a picnic basket for $30.00 as advertised on their website. I received confirmation they were preparing my order to ship out. 5 days later I received an email stating the item was ONLY $13.00 more and if I would send $10.00 they would ship out the item. They stated the picnic basket was $42.99 and it was advertised incorrectly due to a new system they are now using. They refunded my $30.00 but I didnt want my money refunded. I wanted the product at the price I paid and that was advertised. THIS WAS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND BAIT AND SWITCH !!!! WHY WOULD THE COMPANY NOT EAT THE $13 OR EVEN $10 INSTEAD OF LOOSE AND HAVE A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. Surely a company of this magnitude could afford $10-$13 but I guess the money was more important than good customer service and doing the right thing. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER RINGS AND THEN GOES TO A BUSY SIGNAL, NO ONE EVER PICKS UP!!!! BEWARE!!!!
