Update: I received a call right away from someone in management promising to give more training to the employee. I trust this issue will be settled and we will be visiting again tonight to buy some more brake pads. Thanks for contacting me and taking I Tereso in bettering customer experience. Also shout out to Carmen in commercial sales. My friend wanted me to mention she gives great service.This is my second time coming to this store. It is not a stretch to say this is the very worst autozone I have ever been to in my life. I’ve used autozone in over a dozen states.First off both times we were given very little attention or help. The first time we needed a brake bleeder valve and they said the computer says they don’t have it. Every store I’ve been in has had some hanging in the customer shopping area. They didn’t even care to look and told us another store had them but we’re closing in a few minutes. We went next door to O’Rileys and they were extremely helpful and even opened a package to make sure it was the same size and thread pattern.Today we came to autozone to get bolt extractor sockets. There wasn’t anyone else in the store. Two men at the counter and we got there about 9:30 pm tonight. Eventually he pointed to an empty spot and said they were out. Didn’t offer to see if we needed more help and failed to see what we needed was actually in stock and next to the empty spot. We left to go to O’Rileys and had another very helpful and engaging experience. We’re we’re shown 3 different types of tool sets and given recommendation as to which one would best fix our issue. They then got us the correct oil drain plug for our car. We just arrived back to the shop and we will have this job done no thanks to this autozone. I love autozone and try to used them often but steer clear of this location.

I dont like going to this place. From now own I will let my husband go.So I noticed that 1 of the windshield wipers was broke!!! Dude that put it on made a comment I didnt appreciate, after he put 1 on...he made a remark something like --- u Need to be replacing the other one too --- ( he said it in a rude way & walked off). Now I am not savvy about this stuff, but he could have suggested in a better way that I should go ahead and buy the other one too, he could have showed me what he seen and said it different. They kinda rude over there...

Friendly staff always doing what they can to help out. If they dont have a part, they will send you to another store that does, usually well stocked though.

This was our second stop but also the last. After visiting a competitor who had been less than helpful and directed us to a dealer we choose to try AutoZone. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only found a solution but in just a few minutes resolved the problem. Good job.

I want to thank Thomas and Carmen at this location for their professionalism and expertise in diagnosing. My vehicle probably died in their parking.they were both very knowledgeable and assessing what was going on and I cannot thank them enough !!! I would recommend this particular location as it is so very clean, the staff is very knowledgeable, and as I waited for a my battery to charge, the people that were in and out were Greeted and spoken to when they walked into the door, and taking care of quickly. They were in and out. Just as I was and I appreciate that!

Went to get my check engine light checked out and customer service was superb Manuel helped me out and took it upon himself to check my battery my alternator was able to tell me what was wrong and made me feel at ease. Definitely will go back if I ever need anything.

The staff is very knowledgeable about cars and the parts that they carry. If you need a part, but dont know the name of it, all you ha e to do is describe it to them and tell them where it goes, they can not only tell you the name of the part as well as show it to you to make sure that its the right one.

I went in yesterday to get oil change and wipers for my pickup. Went in the first time and asked Yolanda to look up the wipers for me and she told me the ones I needed and I went to grab them while she grabbed the oil filter. left and went about doing my oil change. Wrong wipers. Went back and told her she got me the wrong ones, right off the bat she caught an attitude. They fit the model you told me you had! I told her again what I had and she looked it up again you must have grabbed the wrong ones no...I grabbed the ones you told me that would fit. Meanwhile I went and looked myself in the book and figured out which ones I really needed and took them to the counter. I told her these the right ones. No they arent, ill look it up so you wont bother coming up here again is what she said. she looked it up grabbed them walked to the aisle and looked up by part num instead of model num, no big deal, but she kept insisting they were not correct. after she realize I did grab the correct ones she stay quiet. Its not hard to look up a part num on the computer, I do this for a living, im a parts manager myself, and she does not have the skills to be manager. She would not even bag customers products here is a bag, bagged that while I cash you out she said that to two customers while I was there. If you dont like your job then quit! another reason why I stopped going to this place, if I need to go I always have to look my parts up myself, staff is not trained correct.
