Omg where do I start they never answer the phone at the pharmacy counter the heavy set black lady in there ALWAYS has the nastiest attitude she yells just to talk to you normally as if something personal is bothering her and she brings it to work. You can be polite and patient she still has an issue I do not know why they never want to fill your prescriptions at all or say they aren’t in stock. (For important medication) needed ASAP. I just wish this company can hire men and women who actually want to work with customers in a professional way or just quit already because WE all have things going on and the last thing I believe an ill person(s) want is a confrontation just to get helped. Her attitude clearly rubs off on everyone in that department and it is unfair to be honest terrible experience coming to this CVS
I waited over 30 mins on the line for the pharmacy to no avail. I do not recommend this location.
*THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE PHARMACY ONLY *The staff, especially the young female in-take person (so mad that I didnt get a name), is not only RUDE, but she is so UNPROFESSIONAL. First, lets say that even though a company is busy YOU STILL HAVE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!CVS gives you your medicine and say to call the pharmacy if you have questions or concerns - BUT YALL DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. My sister was on hold 20 minutes and walked into the store to hear the announcement over the speaker stating that two calls were still waiting. Had they answered the phone she could have avoided wasting gas to drive from Flatshols to this location - then to be told to come back the next day.Back to the young lady...We asked for her to call someone to the baby aisle because we needed assistance acquiring baby formula and the young lady asked us were the baby aisle was WITH AN ATTITUDE...WHAT THE F! Come on CVS, yall reputation and customer service over the past years has declined.
Claim they give walk in covid vaccine. They lied, said you have to make an appointment after I get there.
The worst customer service ever. I was on hold for 40 minutes while standing in line in the store. I asked the pharmacy cashier what was the telephone number there and she stated she didnt know. I asked how could you work at a establishment and dont know the telephone number. I will not be returning to that location.
Very long wait time when I called to fill my prescription. It was over an hour until I actually spoke to a representative.
You would think that if a Doctor prescribes you something and youve been taking the same thing for years that you wouldnt have to check right away to see if they give you the wrong prescription. Well folks, they gave me the wrong prescription for 3 months of coming here each time. The lady said she will make a note in the system so that it will be corrected. She said this two times before this 3rd time and theyre still giving me the wrong medication. I dont care what you guys prefer me to get. Give me what i was prescribed and what I have been taking for years. Simple. Then they had the nerve to make me go back around the building to the end of the line which there were 4 cars in front of me to have me wait another 30 minutes when none of this is my fault to begin with. Get it together.
Stopped at this particular location yesterday to purchase some items courteous and friendly personal always helpful and very clean store I like going there easy access from three different roads. Its people like those people that make the difference if you want to trade there or not I will be definitely going to purchase some items Im interested in.

The staff in the store are super friendly. The guy that calls himself a doctor in the pharmacy area is VERY RUDE! He didnt want to answer any questions and when i called he said to come back in to get my question answered that I had originally asked. Nevwr coming again.
I absolutely hate coming here. The pharmacy is the worst and terribly slow. My prescription is always wrong, and I will be changing my pharmacy soon. Today was a reminder to do so.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been on hold for over a half hour with the pharmacy. After 10 min on being on hold an individual picked up the phone told me to stay on hold for a min and did not wait for a response. They promptly placed me back on hold. I have been on hold since. About the 27 min mark, I hung up and called right back. No one has picked up the phone and I have been on hold an additional 8 minutes. This is the pharmacy closest to my residence. I work a solid half hour away and all I needed was a question answered about flu shots. I am going to call corporate tomorrow morning and make a complaint
This review is only for the pharmacy. Loved it! Spent a grand total of 10 minutes waiting for my prescription to be filled. The entire staff was courteous and very nice. Easy in and out.
It has everything you need and more. The employees are VERY nice and helpful. The pharmacy is another story they are not very friendly and they are very slow 😨 😨👻 👻 I felt as if I was a bother to them for needing to ask them a question that only one of them would have the answer to. I am so sure its the place to go for anything else you may need just not the staff in the PHARMACY.

The pharmacy staff is rude. I interacted with 3 different pharmacy techs and each one had an attitude & a sour face. It was 10:00 in the morning like seriously.
This pharmacy has very rude employees. I called just today to ask a question concering the Western Union. Before I got 3 words out, the person who answered the phone jumped off and begin talking to another customer without asking me if I minded holding. Very incompetent and rude staff. Customer service here is by far the worst I have ever experienced with CVS and I have been a loyal customer for over 21 years. Horrible!

Purchased an allergy medicine from a pharmacy tech and wasnt able to see the ingredients on the box until after the purchase. After noticing that some of the ingredients were acetone, isopropyl alcohol, talc etc...I decided to return back to the pharmacy a few minutes later to exchange it for the Claritin D that I originally asked for, but was told that I couldnt return it(Allegra D). I explained to the pharmacist that the product was recommended to me by the tech and all of those products are very harmful. She said Im sorry, I cant allow you to return it, nor can I sell you the Claritin today. Im highly upset and Im out of $25 for a product that I refuse to use.
The employees in the front store are great very friendly and helpful.

Sit on hold with the pharmacy for 25 minutes and still no answer. I could’ve drove there and drove back home in that amount of time. Every single time I call the wait is that long.
Whoever answered the phone hung up as soon as I said thank you . Very rude she didnt even ask if there was anything I wanted or your welcome or anything. Not very helpful if she only answered half my question.
