These guys rescued me. Hired a handyman to install a set of double doors I had ordered from AA. After two days of trying to get it right we parted ways and I called and hired AA to come do it right. They showed up within a couple hours and installed it correctly. Even came back the next day and installed rain guards I didnt even know I needed. Works great and Im having them come back and install another door in another location. My bill was surprisingly less from them than 3 other places I called including the handyman who almost botched the whole job. Id recommend these guys for sure.

Beware using this company. Make sure you get a breakdown of labor/ install cost vs. product. They charged me what amounted to $600/ hr in labor. I would not recommend them.

Double A safe and Lock have always been per money they have always been great been in business since I was a kid I love them they have always saved me numerous occasions yes being in Forest Park all my adult life and childhood pretty much they money the best locksmiths in the city actually in the state of georgia. Outstanding service for install of new front door. Appraiser came out in a reasonable time, sent a timely estima, and said theyd be able to install the new door, closer, and mail slot no later than Friday. I expected theyd be here in the next week because nobody comes when they say they will these days. Anyway, today is Thursday before the Friday that was promised and everything is done professionally and at a fair price.

Been using A&A for years! I just turned my carport into a garage. I did everything myself except the garage door and I’m no carpenter, much less a garage door installer. As always these guys were super helpful on telling me what I needed framed on the opening (sent me pictures!) and wires that I need to run and have ready for their tech.Well tech arrived promptly last Tuesday and man I was excited to see my carport that I framed into a garage become a garage! The tech called and said he’d be there in 5 minutes, he lied and was there in 2 minutes... seriously. He was professional all the way and knocked out the entire install in 2 hours.Customer service is BEYOND 5 stars, install was clean and very professional, overall I can’t say anything that wasn’t great. I just installed my garages rear enterance door and I know who’ll be getting me the locks to match my homes other locks. I would t hesitate to use these guys, never a bad experience with them and always a good price for the quality work they do.

These guys are professional and they do great work! They were able to re-key all of our locks to one key, and they had keys at their shop for our cars that none of the other places could make. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I bought new garage doors, garage openers, and locks from A&A and I am very pleased with the service provided. They worked with me with all the different options available and I now have beautiful garage doors that make my house look elegant. The locks they installed on our doors are high security, so that definitely provides peace of mind.

Very helpful staff and always courteous upon every visit. Many items here and fireproof safes too. Ive been a customer for many years and never had any complaints. Always taken care of. If something was not in stock they ordered and had it in a few days.

I manage 80 acres of commercial real estate near Hartsfield Jackson Airport. We have several buildings, and most have older door and latch systems. I have had A&A out to fix doors on different buildings no less than six times. They have always arrived promptly, acted professionally, and have at times, due to the age of our doors, had to use creative methods to save me a fortune in replacing a door. I have also found their pricing to be more than reasonable.I have them saved in my phone and would highly recommend them to anyone. I glanced at some of the poor reviews, and it seems like a lot of people may not understand that getting a copy of a copy of another key, may result in a bad copy. Dont let that sway you. These guys are awesome.

Terrible, Would Never Use Them again. I was told that my job would be complete in 2 weeks, it was a custom job. Now Im going on almost 1 1/2 months job still isnt complete.. If you need your job done in a timely fashion, I recommend staying away from these guys..

Great service, but after getting a bad key copy from this place, I had to get a copy made. I made 2 more from the original. Both copies did not work. Wont go back. Even though not expensive, close to me, and friendly. Useless to make keys if the new ones dont work

IMy door key fell off the ring.I called this company.because it is in my neighborhood. TRYING TO SPEND MONEY HERE. I was tokd it would be 165.00 for them to open the door.No key.I didnt know how wicket locksmith companies are.They prey on your crisis and overcharge 3 to 4 times because they know you are desperate to get back in their homes.Legal criminals.

Overpriced & aweful customer service!!!! I called to have a key made Saturday morning at about 8 oclock a.m. the technician arrived about an hour and a half later. Once he arrived it took him a minute to cut the key and then once he was able to cut the key he couldnt program the key so he had to make another key this key wouldnt unlock the door so therefore he had to make a third key the third key he made it was kind of hard to start the ignition he said that a news technician would come out and recut the key so it will work a little smoother I called the office around 1 p.m. to let them know what the technician said I was told that they will call the technician and give me a call back no one ever called me back I called them back around 3:30 and ask them about this incident and I was told that a technician will give me a call no one called back Ill call back around 7 oclock p.m. to see when would the technician arrive the technician or can i get some type of refund because I cant get in my car the key doesnt work (and i need to call another locksmith bc I have kids work etc) and I get hung up on. I was told I wasnt the one I was speaking with it doesnt matter you work for this company and Im a paying customer and I deserve a great customer service & respect Im paying ur bill @ the end of the day. I called back and ask to speak with someone and ask why was I hung up on she told me she was on the other line speaking to a technician and hung up on me to bad bad bad customer service!!!!! I cannot wait to talk to the owner on Monday and I will have another review after I speak with him hopefully something can and will be done!!!! Im sick of paying people bills and they have bad customer service this makes no sense

We had different people come out 3 times all claiming the solution was different than the guy before. Then the wrong parts were ordered TWICE. This company also tries to get you to pay before the actual work is done. So when the work actually was less than originally thought they will not respond to you to get some of the money back. Not trustworthy, not knowledgeable.
