The next day they sent a specialist who was very polite and did a great job installing a new opener and the other components. He then spent time with me to show me how it worked and also showed me the steps for maintenance. I could not have had a better experience. I had been operating the door for a couple of weeks with broken springs which normally burns out the motor, however when the technician opened the motor he said it was surprisingly in good shape. He replaced the springs, gave me a quote on the motor for future use, and did not try to hard-sell me anything I didnt need. Great experience!

More expensive than I had anticipated, but they replaced the torsion bar with a higher quality unit, and the warranty was unbeatable. Definitely worth the extra cost.
