I bought an E400 Eliptical, which has been excellent. Heavy duty and smooth, but ingeniously designed with a small enough footprint that it doesnt take up too much space in my home.Then, bam! We had lightning strike surge which damaged a number of electronics including those in the ES 400 unit. Kevin from Body-Solid could not have been more helpful in advising how to get it back up and working 100%, in the least expensive way.These guys are great - highest recommendation.

We have owned our Body Solid leg press/hack squat machine for 20 years. It is so well built and has withstood vigorous exercise sessions. I have had to call customer service only once. However, I was so impressed by Jesse and how he handled my request with such professionalism! We plan to utilize this amazing piece of equipment for many more years. Thank you!

Im very happy with the Body Solid product and support. Ive been heavily using my home gym for 23 years without a single issue. Misplaced a protective cap somewhere along the way and they promptly sent me a replacement. Terrific customer service!

My wife and I bought a complete Body Solid home gym in November, 2001. We have used it 3-4 times a week ever since. It has been an awesome home gym and we expect to get several more decades of use out of it. Whenever we need spare parts (and any gym used that often will need occasional maintenance) the parts are always in stock and shipped fast. Body Solid is a great company making solid products.

I own a few Body Solid equipment for my home gym. I have been very happy with the quality. During the move, the movers lost the hardware for one big equipment...bolts, washers and lock nuts. I went to the Body solid location to get these items. I was all ready to pay for this. However, after telling them about what I need, 5 mins later the guy came to the lobby with box full of hardware. No charge. Small thing from a dollar perspective but big thing from a customer experience side. Thank you.

I bought a BodySolid home gym almost 15 years ago. Recently one of the cables snapped. Ive been using this machine almost every day for over a decade so Ive more than gotten my moneys worth. As a last ditch I emailed customer service and dealt with Rodney. I figured they wouldnt even be making the parts anymore. Well, 2 emails later my order was confirmed and a couple weeks later, at no cost to me, I had a new set of cables at my front door in Canada. How can you beat service like that? Fantastic. If I ever buy more equipment you can be sure it will be a BodySolid product.

Horrible customer service. I purchased about $15,000 of Body Solid equipment through Bob Block Fitness. Bob Block ordered a wrong piece of equipment then went out of business shortly after. As a result I could not get the piece exchanged for the proper piece through Bob Block. I called Body Solid customer service thinking they would be willing to exchange the piece. I was totally wrong. They told me it wasnt their problem. They were unwilling to try to help in any way despite having purchased $15,000 of their equipment. I would never do business with a company that could care less about their customers like Body Solid. Please steer clear!

Just wanted to say that Ive had my Body Solid equipment (Pro Smith Gym Package /with 200lb stack) since year 2000. Thats right, over 15 years!! I still use it at least four times a week. Never had to replace a single item, no cables, absolutely nothing. Best purchase Ive ever made, by far.Best regards, Mark

Body solid is great! I buy my equipments from them and I gotta say the equipments are solid. I also recently bought a power rack and had some questions about installing them and Kevin was kind enough to drive to me to give me some tip and drop off parts.Body solid is a reputable company and I recommend them.

Great customer service

I purchased GCAB370 CAM ab / back cruncher. I am an awerage sized woman at 5’6” and the foot bar is 4” too short inorder use for leverage. There is an adjustment element but is too short. I called customer service hoping to buy an extension. It is not available. Now I have an expensive paper weight. I really want is the part so that I can use it.
