Went there to try and find a replacement part for my shoulder press and the employees were top notch they found what peice I needed and called me when i could pick it up. This place sells extremely good gym equipment for the home gym I would recommend it to anyone thank you guys

Terrible experience all around. Awful customer support and communication. Our order was delivered a week early that we had to refuse since the space was not ready to take the equipment. Half our order was not delivered as it was out of stock and we were not informed. I had to dispute charges on my credit card. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for a much better experience.

We purchased an elliptical and at the time were told they’d move it (to a new home) one time for free. This was a huge selling point and impacted our decisions to buy from them and to specifically buy an elliptical, rather than smaller/lighter equipment. We returned to the store this week (after zero luck reaching anyone by phone) and were told “We don’t do that.” My husband offered to bring back the paperwork and the woman responded “You can, but we won’t do that.” So, the equipment is great, the word is not.

Incredible customer service! We had an emergency at the home with a treadmill that we didnt even purchase from Fitness Factory, but we were able to call and get extremely detailed help over the phone from Adam. He literally saved our day and I could not recommend Adam or Fitness Factory enough. Customer service like this really makes a place shine! I will now be going to Fitness Factory for all my needs.

Fitness Factory has all the equipment you need to reach your fitness goals. However, the staff is what makes this store great. Theyre polite professionals who practice patience to ensure you leave with the right equipment. Kudos to Adam for his personality and people skills.

Literally walked in looking for a treadmill and not one person greeted me or asked if i needed any help. Oh and there were 3 employees working at the time i walked in. They also don’t have much of an option in weights or equipment. Don’t waste your time.

Lori, the store manager is the best! I have been in the fitness field for 15 years with my own business. I have been getting equipment from here just as long. From Lori for 12 years. From cardio to strength to bands, etc. So I am critical of the sales, the equipment, the customer service. Everything. The parts department is awesome also. This store and Lori go above and beyond with everything. This is THE ONLY place I buy my own equipment and send my friends, family, and clients to also. Going anywhere else is just a waste of time in my opinion. If I could give more than five stars I would!

If you want some good quality equipment for economical prices, but dont care about a warehouse-like store experience, this is certainly the place to go. The staff is very courteous and helpful at showing you around and explaining the equipment. The best part about the staff is that they arent the salesy kind.

Stopped in pick up some small dumbbells for Christmas gift. They had a great sale and 3 different styles to choose from. The staff was friendly, helpful and not over bearing. Scanning around the large warehouse, it looked as if they had a huge inventory of anything one would need in the fitness arena. Definitely worth the trip.

I bought my olympic bar 6 years ago and one end bolt got stripped. Called and Rich Konagel found in stock and shipped out to me completely free-wouldnt even let me pay shipping!

Went there website to possibly purchase a dumbell set. They site shows you what they have available but dost NOTshow the prices. The website advises you to call the m directly for price info. I call them and unfortunately no one answer and I leave a voicemail. I see that they have a chatting service available and I used that service but no one responded. You guys lost me as a customer before I even became one

A little out of the way but worth the trip. Better, friendlier service than most sporting good stores. Prices are better than some chain stores, too! A great selection of weights, cardio equipment, elastic bands, ropes, weightlifting gloves, wrist straps, etc.

After shopping for treadmill mats at another large sporting goods store and being told we dont have any and dont know when well be ordering I remembered Fitness Factory. Adam helped me find (yes, this is a big place) the mats told me I was in luck they were on sale. And they were, but had actually been discounted even more. The whole shopping trip lasted less than ten minutes, even with Adam helping me take the mats to my car, but the entire experience was wonderful. Adam gets thanks, again, for his help. Ill definitely look here first for my next sporting goods purchase.

Has lots of equipment but hard to get weight plates.

Ordered some parts for my smith machine that they had in stock. Had to literally call for a week straight and ask them when they were going to send it out. And the bad part they’re only about 2 1/2 hours away. It’s going to be almost 2 weeks before I get the parts that’s really ridiculous.

We had a good experience here at the Forest Park store, having never been there and not being all that familiar with home gym equipment. The staff was very helpful and professional. We were able to get what we were after and were in and out in short order. Now just hope the delivery and set-up goes as well! Thanks, Adam!

We purchased an exercise bike from FFO over the holidays. We were very satisfied with the service we received from the Forest Park store! The staff were all very courteous & personable from start to finish. I will definitely refer their services to others.

Majority of the staff are some of the RUDEST people I have met (sorry to those of you who actually werent jerks) They talk down to you, they are very rude to you (especially the older lady), it takes forever to get help and half the time they dont actually end up truly helping you with what you want!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very friendly anything you would need for fitness

Kelly and I stopped at the store to buy a set of 20# dumbells. The guy working the floor was helpful and efficient. He went to the back and took our dumbells to the register. When we got to the register there was no other customers and a woman behind the counter. She was doing something with a caculator. She didnt acknowledge us for over five minutes. I finally asked her if we were in the right place? Without bothering to hide her irritation she told me she was busy and I would have to wait for the guy to come from the back. As we were walking out the door she looked at me and said whatever.
