This black owned beauty supply store has now become one i frequent. Between the amazing customer service from i believe the manager Shamika and employee goldie and their product knowledge, i was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism! I love to support black owned businesses so i was elated to find out that they have suites in the back of their store filled with other black owned businesses (boutiques, hair stylists, skincare, etc). Definitely recommend! 10/10

Worst store and service bar none. Never returning

Stopped by today after leaving price busters. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Dont have much product, but they had what I needed. Did I also mention, they are black owned as well!!!

Excellent customer service. I was the only customer, but they didnt crowd or ignore me.

Im never stepping my big toe in that place again. Lets talk about the mice. There is no way in hell I should be shopping with mice running across my foot. I wouldnt be surprised if a mouse ran across the cashier desk as you are checking out. It shouldnt be called beauty couture it should be called beauty and the mice.

I only left one star because they made me .....Rude employees....THIS IS THE REASON WHY I DO NOT PATRON BLACK STORES IN PG COUNTY! Stop acting like the people that come in your establishment is either a bother to you or beneath you. I wouldnt take my worst enemy to this location. There is DEFINITELY better place to go...

The vibes in the store were awesome!! Soon as I came in I was greeted and was assisted with help! I would definitely come back again!

I would highly recommend not renting here if you’re looking for a place to start up your business. They are very unprofessional. This isn’t a 24/7 place where you can do hair if you’re a hairstylist. They close at 9 so if your appointment goes past nine they will literally turn off the lights while you’re doing hair and tell you, you have to finish somewhere else!! They do not hold their word. And they do not give you back your deposit. Management changed while I was there and all of a sudden my contract was “lost”. Also i got jumped in this shop by two females for ten minutes. No one broke it up. It resulted in me losing my hair. The owner accused me of starting the fight and let the individuals that jump me stay in the shop until the police came bc they lost their phone while jumping me. I had to lock myself in my suite until the police came. The fight was caught on camera and it was shown that they really attacked me from the back and I never started the fight. I have the actual video bc I pressed charges. Till this day the owner has never apologized about the way she came at me. After that i never felt comfortable at that place again and only stayed for a short time. I was very depressed about my hair lost. They never asked me how the court case was going or anything. When it was time for me to move out they treated me terrible and actually kept some of my belongings. I had a sofa that I had to get a uhaul to take out. I put my sofa in another suite owner room that gave me permission while I made arrangements to get it pick up (which was the next morning) . They told her she had to throw away my sofa or they would evict her. It was a very nice sofa in her closed room and she didn’t have a sofa for her clients to sit on, so she was actually very happy to let it stay in the room until I came to get it. At that point they were just being vindictive.

Very friendly, maintained safety precautions by enforcing masks AND making customers use band sanitizer upon entering. Black owned and operated!

I will never shop here again i purchased fake nails that were literally straight there was no curve to place on my finger at all. Total rip off. WATCH what you buy from here. The woman at the cash register knew the nails were a rip off and still took my money.

Will never spend my money there again. Their staff in unprofessional and their products are knocks off and broke my boyfriend skin out.
