Stop by the store at 545 to get some tea. There was a cone blocking one lane so of course I got in the other lane. One of the workers came out of the store and move the cone from the right line to behind the car that was giving their order. The employee could have easily stated that they were closing. There where 3 cars in line behind me also. The young man went back into the restaurant and locked the doors. Now online it says the restaurant closes at 8 so I thought this was really weird.

They were out of cold brew, but the brown sugar espresso that the cashier suggested was even better! They also did a great job dealing with a Karen while I was there. They all deserve a raise.

At this time, the inside of the store is CLOSED due to staff shortages. Understandable due to the climate of COVID. However, it would have been helpful to post a sign stating mobile orders can be collected at that door instead of sitting through the drive through. Communication is important.

Coffee is good when I get it but either my top always smells and taste like somebody’s body’s oil or axe spray and I am absolutely ALWAYS in line for 30 mins in the drive thru and 20-25 mins when I walk in.Either way this Starbucks makes you wait a ridiculous time every time.As I said I like my coffee and food but everything y’all gotta work on.

They are the worst! Drinks are slow to come out... always taste off or wrong. They dont know or have the machine to make cold brews so they suggest iced coffees instead. They are very unapologetic and unenthuesed. Just slow overall! Might as well drive out of your way to go into another location

Every time I have tried to purchase from this Starbucks location recently, there is an issue. One morning, the drive through was down. Just the other day, you could only use the drive through or order through their app because their registers werent working. Im not sure how the register for the drive through was working yet you couldnt walk in and purchase.It has been disappointing!

This Starbucks has been remodeled! Looks brand new and there is a drive thru! My drink tasted great and customer service definitely deserves 5 stars!

I’m just leaving Starbucks drive-through at 7 PM even though they close at eight. They said they closed the inside early there at forrestville Starbucks. I ordered a banana nut loaf and it came out cold, the cashier stated that they turn the ovens off an hour before they close so they can close exactly at 8! Terrible. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks, but this is ridiculous. I just moved back in this area and this is the closest one to my home, but it looks like I will still be going to the one on Clinton, because the service there, is always amazingly above and beyond.

I forgot my mask and asked if they had a spare one...S/o to the gentleman working in the drive-through window today who was kind enough to grab me a brand new one from inside. Excellent experience!

Ive visited this store last an year and never thought this is good one mostly because of the management issue. Always not enough staffs; beverage never come out on estimate pick up time(always waited 30m in total), mobile app order or in store order closed unexpectedly due to staff shortage, new baristar doesnt memorize correct recipe of bev. Also the operational management of ingredient is horroble in every seasons; No tea in winter, no refresher in summer, no pumpkin in fall. In store, mobile order, drive thru all incredibly take long time to wait. I go starbucks in different cities and locations, this location is really the worst Ive ever experienced even considering Pandemic.

I really love this Starbucks. I always order on the app and pick up in the store. A team member always greets me and my order is always completed on time. It’s nice to have such good service in my neighborhood.

Long wait time, short staffed, never have items on the menu. Drive thru was closed, the times the drive thru is open they stop taking orders 20 minutes prior to closing.

Couldn’t warm up my food because the ovens were turned off at 7pm?? They close at 8pm so i’m confused. My drink tasted like straight milk no chai. Asked for sweet cold foam they put whipped cream. It also took 10 mins for the drink. Never again

They did all that work to make this Starbucks better and the service still is sub-par.Drive thu is so slow. Took me 30mins to get through the line today. I ordered a cafe vanilla FrappuccinoI but received a Java chip Frappuccino.Also this is the only Starbucks Ive been to in the DC Maryland and Virginia area where you have to specify that you want a coffee based Frappuccino at a coffee shop, usually you have to specify you want a Creme based Frappuccino at a coffee shop. I miss downtown DC and Alexandria Starbucks but since we work from home theres no need for me to go all the way there. this location is like the peewee league of Starbucks. Ill try to upload a pic of what I order and what I received. Lmao. How they print out the right instructions but gave me the wrong drink is both sad and comical. Oh I also ordered the double bacon sandwich, received a sausage one, it was Clarkes. Sorry Clarke, I returned it and just got my money back.Tips for ordering here:1. They need better baristas, every time I go there my drink is always nasty! You ask for something & end up giving you something else like they don’t know what they’re doing, I was really exited when they opened since it’s my closest Starbucks, I rather go somewhere else.

They mess my coffee up almost every time. If you don’t have a normal coffee order DONT GO THERE! They can’t handle changes like making the milk different or making it sugar free. This time they basically gave me a cup of milk with two ice cubes and what looked like maybe 1shot in my venti macchiato. Even when everything was mixed in my cup looked like a glass of milk. I’m just so annoyed that almost every time something is wrong with my drink.

I spent 40 minutes stuck in the drive-thru line to pick up a mobile order. Service is atrocious.

I stopped by this Starbucks location for the first time very recently because I was badly in need of a cup of coffee to help keep me awake on my way to an appointment. I also wanted some of their fantastic lemon pound cake. I met with the Manager and he was very nice. The rest of the staff here was also very kind to me, and I noticed that many customers who were already there before I came in appear to be frequent/repeat customers of this location. I liked the fact that Starbucks is still considered by many, including me, as one of the original innovators of an Internet cafe. Even though I do not play Chess, I was very pleasantly surprised to see a wonderful long table with chess boards integrated into the top design of the table itself. This location is also fully Accessible to include Accessible Parking and an outdoor ramp that can be used to enter this location as needed. This location has a fantastic sound/music system and I found the atmosphere to be very relaxed and quiet. I also found out that this location will be open on Christmas Day/2018, but as with any business you want to visit on a major holiday, I recommend calling ahead to confirm the hours for that day or days. This Starbucks is not near me, but I will be glad to come back here as a customer the next time that I am in the area.

Plenty of parking around, space is limited inside but there are extra chairs outside to sit.

Today was my first time going inside of Starbucks. It was not the best services. They just looked at me, they finally took my order. It took 15-20 minutes before I got drink.

No sugar at this place so hopefully you bring some with you! I addressed this to the cashier who kindly stepped away from her post to check on her supply and only had artificial sweeteners to offer? Unacceptable!!!! If coffee is what you are looking for then heres the place! If customer service is what you need you might want to go somewhere else.

No matter how busy this Starbucks location can be in the morning. I always feel welcomed and treated more like a guest in a friends home then a customer. Great service and energy and always a pleasant experience.The ladies and gentlemen who work for this location work in perfect concert with one another. Which provides an incredible coffee buying experience.

I have never had a bad experience. Be it ordering from the app or waiting in line, I have not once had a bad experience in the past 7 months.the atmosphere changes the second you step through the door. Everyone is so pleasant and calm no matter how busy it is and the food and coffee is always fresh and great .Because of that this place is one of my go tos during my bad depressed days!Keep up the good work guys! This location is a favorite. The service is great. Its like a friendly, neighborhood Starbucks. The music is a great R&B mix. They take time to get your order right. The only thing missing is a drive thru.

The customer in front of me paid for my coffee, the barista tells me he is a regular and does this often. I paid for the customers coffee behind me. A great experience at this Starbucks location.

Omg for the 4th time this Starbucks was horrible. Over ten people waiting for mobile orders and others waiting to place orders. People including myself demanding refunds storming out. The professionalism wasn’t bad but the lack of people behind the counter was ridiculous . I dont usually buy coffee out, but this morning I was early for a meeting, so I stopped at this Starbucks. The baristas were friendly, welcoming and efficient. They were pushing out orders very quickly without ever seeming rushed or like they didnt have time to be pleasant. Starbucks is still a chain, but these folks made it feel like a home town coffee shop.

I requested a cinnamon roll which they assumed I wanted warm I requested a cinnamon roll and I did not request it to be put in a warmer I dont like mushy pastry the customer should be given an option at the time of ordering and for that they get to Stars.

The sign says open at 6 am I see 1 person jnside and Starbucks is not open. As I am writing this review the time is 6:37 am and they are not open. Neither is the drive thru. I even tried the location off Ritchie Marlboro Rd and the same with them. The store should be open but its not. If they are not open then they should post a correct time. Starbucks is getting worse and worse with this. This make me want to start taking my business elsewhere.

The staff have a very bad habit of putting drinks out and not calling them out. Too many time this has happened and not just to me. The brewed coffee is mostly brunt at any given time. I let them know that Ill wait for a new batch but still get serve brunt roast. I let them know it taste brunt and it has coffee grounds in it, they tell me they ran out with my cup and have to brew more. Had they noticed and listen...

I received my frappe in no time but please tell me why does it take 20 minutes to receive one danish and then when I told the girl that I missing one she said I gave you one. I know I ordered TWO. Small but service was quick and folks overall nice. Did not get a receipt for my purchases and my name wasnt taken for my order even though it was in a personal cup. The call came up for a Venti although I ordered a Tall. I had to ask for my additional item ordered.
