Staff is always polite, courteous and custoner centered. I have never had a bad experience when shopping at this location.

On 12/14/2017 around 2:45am, I came to 7/11 on 3004 Forestville Rd, Forestville, MD 20747- specifically ordered a CHEESE pizza and bought some other stuff. The guy rung me up for a cheese pizza but then made me a pepperoni pizza. I told him I only wanted cheese, he argued with me that I said pepperoni! Why would I tell you I want pepperoni when I’m a vegetarian? He was very rude and unprofessional, video chatting and picking with his feet while making my pizza, smh. If your workers are going to prepare food for the public, they should wear gloves. You don’t touch money, then touch your feet, then make food. When he originally made the pepperoni pizza, he put an oil obsorber pad underneath of the pizza and cut it. After he found out he had to remake a new one with just cheese, he then decided to not cut the new pizza he gave me, but then did not out the pad obsorber under the pizza- which caused the oil from the cheese to leak through the cardboard box, all on my seat in my car!!!!!! 5 years ago, I would have went back and threw the pizza across the counter and asked for my money back, but I am writing to you all to address the issue. Then he didnt even close the box properly when he gave me the pizza. It’s not my fault, you made a pepperoni pizza instead of plain cheese, after you rung me up for a cheese pizza. Then he didn’t even give me a receipt! Smh
