Today this young lady would not help me stood there looking at the one cashier told me she had to get someone else to come to self check out. Just rude and nasty looking customers up and down. Not being helpful I should have looked at her name tag. I pushed the help button on self check out left all the stuff there and walked out.
The cashier was elderly and trying to do her best, but it took 35 minutes for a UPS drop off 😒
I hate the pharmacy the never want to answer the phone or help you in the drive thru. Its the worst
Drive thru is packed, no one is answering the phone. Ive called to see If my prescription is ready. No one is answering. I was on hold for 15 minutes at a time. Bet you BOWIE no issues. #ijs

The manager at this location during the day should be fired. I went there today and the way he was talking to the customers was unacceptable. I told him I was definitely going to reach out to corporate but he could care less and thats a reflection of upper management.
Don’t answer the phone called two hours to check on prescription. The recording ask checking on prescription and then ask for RX number the problem is the doctor called it in . So how in the world would I have that info. All CVS needs to update info when asking questions.
CVS should close this store. Please don’t come.Management doesn’t manage anything. Staff are rude. There’s no signage to provide guidance on how to do anything in the store.Trash all around. Avoid by any means.
Drive through is always slow sitting for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window i understand things can be hecked but wow
I had an Covid test appointment at 11 and sat in the line for an hour. I honestly don’t know who’s running this store, but they’re not doing a good job at all. Don’t waste your time and come to this location because you’ll be beyond disappointed.
Straight forward when I pick up prescription and never had an issue so far. Employees seem friendly and helpful.

The coupon machine is never working in this place! I decided to try since my purchase could benefit some help☺ I was notified my coupons were actually printing. Of course excitement for nothing so I asked the cashier. She never acknowledged my question but went to get the manager. I never seen either of these two before. The staff there was always pleasant, friendly and customer focused. I usually visit early AM hours reconizing the employees. Here the manager comes with attitude, opening up the printer. She said its not working. OK what about my coupons? She walked away in mid-sentence turning her butt to me. Really???? My response I was still speaking to you. She gave a look to her cashier as if I was bothering her. Wow, nice example to show your subordinates how to mistreat customers. I had to discuss this matter with corporate !
I have had a pretty fair treatment at this cvs. They helped me with my metro bus pass. Excellent service. The pharmacy was a little slow. But i was pleased when i was seen and done. It was my first time visiting the pharmacy probably my last.
I have always had a good experience at this store. There are always friendly workers. New foreign employees are having a difficult time understanding what customers need. I am a frequent customer.
Worst cvs ever especially the pharmacy department they taking forever to answer the phone and then they take forever to give your prescription and they don’t even be that busy. Then when they do answer the phone they hang up on you, they just need all new staff.
Very rude and unprofessional schedule appointment to get a covid-19 test done they refused to give me one because I was not in a vehicle and then when I asked for the pharmacist name he refused to give it to me

Called pharmacy this morning check on medication was on hold for 40 minutes about 10 am called back at 1230 pm line busy kept calling back 3 times lone busy called back at 4pm was on hold for 30 minutes called back put on hold for 20 minutes agian listening to same commercial in fact i know them from hearing tjem all day what are they doing in the pharmacy that they cant pick up the phone bad customer service.
Terrible store! Stopped here at 0830 on the way to work and was shocked. The store is a disaster, shelves widely empty, empty products on the shelves I could go on. Little sense of urgency in employees, yelling across the counter about a voided transaction the night before. I will never come here again.
Was hung up on twice and then the third try I was placed on hold for 15 minutes before anyone could help me. Terrible service once I finally got a hold of someone.
Took a picture Film Roll to get it revealed. Typically 7-10 business days, waited 28 days and no call about my pictures being ready. I drove there on 3 different occasions only to hear the same story of them not being able to locate my pictures. By far worst customer service, they lost my graduation pictures. Stay Away from these unprofessionals. Very important pictures lost due to the stupidity of people not caring. Hiring staff should be fired for hiring people who dont care about anything.
The drive thru is the worst it takes forever to get out I have never come to the drive thru and not sat there for less than 40 mins. Some of the employees in the store need customer service training due to bad attitudes.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy Ive ever had!!! Every single one was rude! I feel like they need to hire more people but if not please just great and treat each person like youre supposed too. I can go on and on! I stood in the drop off line for 5 mins no one acknowledge me. So I proceeded to wait in the pick up line and after 10 mins of waiting when I get to the pharmacist she tells me I cant drop off here I have to wait over there in the drop off line I told her I already did and I wasnt going back until somebody helped me this instant. So I walk over the other lady hears me in the back and comes to help me but was so rude! I wish I wouldve went to the Walgreens next to it.. Also they told me I would be able to pick it up in one hour had to wait the next day! Just poor poor customer service!
Cashier was very helpful but one pharmacy employee was alittle rude. Pharmacist was friendly and helpful.

This is just one intance on 06-01-16, The young lady is very rude and all around the evening crew is too...she will not acknowledge you in line, unless you interrupt them. By far the worst customer service.

The pharmacy is so rude and unhelpful if they dont like there job they need to find another one that doesnt have to do with customer service. And when you ask for a manager there never there I will be right to the corporate office
