Found a good parking space not even using handicapped parking which is usually full

I was so disappointed when I went into shoppers under the fish on the shelf there were memos it looks very disgusting the manager shoppers on silver Hill road needs to be replaced he needs to do a better job at keeping the store clean and sanitize the pictures is proof that he do not look at the mold

Overall this is a nice Shoppers if you are trying to pick up a few things. They have good prices and there produce isnt that good. The cashiers and staff are polite and helpful. However, there bathrooms are not clean and have a bad smell.

This store is o.k. the fruit and vegetables dont last when you take them home . If you wait 3 days the onions mold, the oranges are molded once you peel them open. It is convenient at times reasonably priced.

Checkout is usually quick. Store us brightly lit and clean. The meats and seafood look fresh.

I just returned from the Shoppers at Pen Mar 10:17pm 4/20/21Initially, I Googled for the operating hour. 6am-11pmTo be sure, I called the number listed on Google. 6am-12amI have a heart condition so, I needed to be sure that they were open beforehand.Upon arriving, approx 9:30 pm. Picked up 2 rotisserie chickens & 2/$6 Turkey Hill Ice Cream. Heading for the register to pay. Only register 10 was open. All the lights were off at the self service. There was a line of 5 people at register 10. There were 4 people ahead of me. The second person in line had 2 shopping carts full of food. Another, had 3 items in his hand, next person had 2 cases of water. I walked to the self service area leaving my cart in line. A woman was leaning on the supervisor stand, Kim. I asked if any other registers were open. She replied, 5 ! I grabbed my cart and let the others know, as well. I suggested to her that it would be helpful if the lights were illuminated at the perspective open registers. She said, all the lights were burnt out ! Huh ?I told her about the line at register 10.She became angered with me.It turned out that all the self registers were open unbeknownst to all the shoppers in line.at register 10.Shaking my head,Please hire people who are more respectful and that care.I’ll just start shopping at Lidl or Aldi, both are around the corner. I’ll just shop earlier.Kim was Pathetic.I did not tell her or say anything to her but, she knew that she failed as a lead. She should be in the back stockroom.and not dealing with customers. I know Mr. Hunter, Mr. James, Renee, Eric (Whom recently passed away). Someone needs to train Kim.Utterly Unacceptable— Reprehensible Attitude.Sorry to have to inform you of my horrible experience .Bill Robinson

Im usually able to find everything I need at this location. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

Shoppers Food offers 10.00 off 50.00 coupon ...dont be fooled tho. Their prices are also higher than Safeway and Giant. They found a way to offset the 10.00 off.

Fresh produce is lacking and always a tad...outdated. But the store usually will have everything else you need. They keep it clean, and their prepared fried chicken is probably the best of any Shoppers location.

First time at this location. The best Shoppers I have been to clean well stocked and many cashiers working. The seafood selection was great. I live in Va and will shop here.

A bit pricey. DO NOT BUY PREVIOUSLY FROZEN SEAFOOD. Sometimes customers pick frozen items up and they do not go back into the freezer for hours and this can happen several times a week to the same product and now its ruined. They simply need more staff 🤦🏿‍♂️

Please double check the expiration dates of your products. I have shopped here several times and stuff will be on the shelves that expired or has a sell by date of two months ago.

The shelves were very empty. One of the cashiers (on lane 15) had her mask pulled under her chin. I immediately got our of her line.

Forestville Maryland Shoppers has done a fantastic job with restocking. They have bread, milk and a great assortment of canned goods. This morning, they even had toilet paper! Managers were walking around and stocking shelves. When the lines had more than five people waiting, the managers opened up another! I really hope that this store does not close! I love this store, the cashiers and the management!

The shoppers has everything you need to suit and satisfy your grocery list. The prices are less than Safeway, Giant and Harris Teeter groceries stores.

Busy store. It stays stocked for the most part. Customer Service is going down a bit I assume because the staff has changed a bit. It seems only the Cashiers greet you & the other employees except one of the managers look upset that you even stepped foot next to their area. Lady in the Deli asked me what did I touch an item for if I wasnt going to buy it. Do she not know that even the delivery person & stock clerk has to bring the supplies & foods in the store and that it is impossible for her to see every delivery to that store or what they have on their hands lol Busy Busy shopping center.

Had everything I was looking for and I was out in about five minutes

At 6:30 this morning I went food shopping for items that were on sale in todays paper. I was looking for the sausage links made by Essential that were 2 for $5.00. The shelf were empty so I asked this gentlemen about the item and he directed me to the lady working in that section. I asked this lady about the sausage on sale and she told me that it was on the pallet and that she wasnt going to break it down to fill up the shelf. She was very nasty and rude therefore I went seeking out for a store manager. The manager went to the lady and I watch the manager go get the box off the pallet. Meanwhile the lady is cussing me out because I went to the manager for assistance. Too many people are out of work and if you do not want to do your job then retire or quit and let someone else do that job. Too often employees forget that if customers stop coming that they wouldnt have a job in the first place.

Please be very careful when you shop there. They offer expired items either intentionally or inadvertently. I am not kidding.

They need security to stop people from begging for your money as you enter and leave. And stop those drivers from bombarding older people to take the rides.Food is nice and fresh. Nicely organized and maintained. Just be careful going in and coming out.

If I could do this review and give them a zero I would. They have the worst customer, I was on hold for 14 minute for someone to tell me if they had any Dungonus Crabs.

The Store is always dirty, at 630 in the morning and the entrance carpet dirty with trash, the store floor are dirty! The grocery carts and hand basket dirty! Bring it to management attention nothing gets done. But when corporate comes to the store they hire a cleaning company to come and clean the whole store just to impress corporate. What about the community that you serve? I use to shop at Shoppers 99.9% of the time. Now I go to Giant 99% and Shoppers 1% and I live on Donnell Dr. We would love to support the Shoppers that’s located on the same street that I live on. I’m not the only one who feels this way in the community. I am just the voice of the community. I’m just one of your loyal customers who knows your staff from day one.The community spent too much money to be treated this way!!

Large, clean grocery store with a pretty decent selection of items. The store is impressively clean and well organized. Theb produce section was particularly attractive. Prices, however, are just okay. There is a pharmacy here along with the usual departments.

I shop here regularly when Im in town and can say the appearance and operation of the store reflect very negatively upon management. There is almost never shopping hand baskets stocked at the entrance; the store routinely operates with minimal cashiers forcing consumers use the self-check-out machines (these machines are often malfunctioning); the check-out lines can be quite long during peak shopping hours; food and merchandise often litter the floor aisles; in short the lassitude and indifference of both employees and management is telling. Recommend you hire a retired military senior NCO to hire, fire, and create order.

Neighborhood grocery store. This store has a great variety of items. I especially liked the diversity of foids.

Their parking lot is always filthy and dirty with trash everywhere. They always have lines and the shelf are not stalk well.

I always enjoy shopping for groceries at this store. It is always clean and bbn the food and meats is fresh. Staff is always and pleasant to customers. When the lines are too long the managers will open up another register.

The party wings were of cheap quality

Its okay. Not the best in terms of cleanliness outside of the store, etc., but also not the worse grocery store in MD. Good prices, if you want a quality items at discount prices, this is the place to go. I come here for quick shopping trips and go to Giant or BJs for big shopping trips.

This is where I do the majority of my food shopping. Most of the time I can find everything I need. The wait time is the same here as with most stores during the first of the month. Expect a lengthy checkout time.

A lot better than the nearby grocery stores.Still not perfect though.If this was a 10 scale star system Id probably give it a 9 though
