When first introduced to hilldrup I thought it was another salesman at another moving company calling me yet again. But we did a virtual tour and the price was right. I bit the bullet and hired a mover. I was immediately contacted by a move coordinator who was very helpful and very responsive. Fast forward to the move, the team that showed up to move us where punctual and moved with a sense of urgency. They packed our entire home in 4 hours and unpacked in 2 1/2. We are still unpacking but so far nothing is missing or broken. The guys worked hard didnt complain despite some VERY heavy pieces and several flights of stairs. Overall, I am very satisfied with the move, would recommend to others, and will hire again in the future when I have to move.

I used Hilldrup through United Van Lines and the process went relatively smoothly. Items arrived intact, save for a lightly damaged TV stand, and timely. It did arrive two days after the desired delivery date, but they were very communicative of the timing on my delivery. The price is a bit steep, but worth it considering I moved across the country.

Absolutely stellar job packing and loading my stuff. Their color coding and QR code system for each box was on precedent. Krystal and Moe were extremely professional and outstanding. The only reason for four stars is because there was a mixup and I found out the packers were coming less than 24 hours before they arrived. They were originally scheduled for three days later but there was an admin mixup. Fortunately we worked together to get it all done. I definitely think this was a one time incident and would 100% use the company again.

Hilldrup refused to pick up the remainder of boxes after delivery, as the driver said they could be picked up at a later date.Several times were missing but since the majority of the boxes were opened the driver said there was nothing he could do to track items.

Angel and his crew arrived on time and were very understanding considering that I was not at home, but out getting coffee. They were patient because I still had some things that needed to be packed but they worked around that as well. I also had a stop off as some things were being placed in storage. The second part of my move was trying Im sure because it was on the third floor and some of my furniture was extremely heavy (so sorry), but they handled it like the professionals they are. They also reassembled all the furniture, and I am very happywith the service they provided. I can say without a doubt that on my next move I will call Hilldrup and I hope that I will be fortunate enough to have Angel and his crew.

Hilldrup packed our 2400 sq foot townhome and moved us, the process took 2 days total. All of the hilldrup employees that were in our house were courteous, kind, professional and excellent. There was some confusion on day 1 as only one packer was sent and all of the packing was not completed in the singular day, however the day 2 team finished packing and moved everything out. I was able to reach a service person when necessary and everyone I interacted with was helpful. There may be a big discrepancy between what was quoted and what we moved (weight wise) but that’s not known at the time of posting this review

I used Hilldrup to pack and move in January. I had used them previously two years ago. Both experiences were great. The packing crew was careful and made sure everything arrived in the original condition. There was a lot of contact to make sure crews arrived promptly and that the process was proceeding smoothly. My items were dropped off at the agreed time and placed in the proper rooms for unpacking. While packing cost was pricey it was worth it.

Subpar. Failed to send the driver with my items in a timely fashion. Failed to make enough time to deliver accurately, twice, once on July 2 and again on July 8 2020.On July 8 they missed the scheduled pickup entirely for two hours, then sent an empty truck.I am told these guys are reputable, but based on my experience they are wasting a lot of time and money sending empty trucks around without knowing what is in them and infuriating customers.The only thing I got on the 8th was books sent on someone else’s load
