Never again, I will never use this company again. Everything was fine until we got our unit, quick and easy. How about the insulation is coming out of the ceiling of the unit. I asked the young lady if the could tape it up just for the sake of me being uncomfortable with it and she said I would have to put in a service order. I then asked why wasnt it put in when it happened. Her response was the tenants before you didnt have a problem with it and the tenants before them didnt have a problem with it. Just because people dont have a problem does not mean that you should not be maintaining the upkeep. So, we asked for an indoor unit and she said I would be charged a second time and it would cost more. Youre moving me due to inconvenience not because I want to move. None the less I would not go back here. If the worker on maintaining the property of course. But its a no for me.Im only giving 3 stars based on them allowing me access after hours.

Dante at Public Storage in Forestville is so Ah- Mazing! He goes above and beyond for his clients. He will make sure that you get the best customer service out there. Since he has come to this location I have seen a drastic change. He just doesn’t sit behind the counter but he will come out and make sure that your ok. He helped me get a fee removed and even cleaned one of my items from my storage that had dirt and debris on it when I didn’t have the proper tools to do so. I can’t thank him enough for his dedication and commitment to his clients. Thank you Dante for being great at what you do! ❤️❤️❤️

When renting a storage unit at Public Storage in Forestville, MD recently, I was lucky enough that Cornelius working there that day to help me. Cornelius is a pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful employee. I was rushed to get a place to store my son’s things in a unit because he was in danger of losing his apartment. This was a stressful time for me because my son is also in the hospital in critical condition. The first unit I rented online and when I arrived with a truck full of my son’s things, I found it was not adequate. I began to panic. Cornelius was patient with me and recommended a unit that was within my budget. He also helped by bringing a cart to help in the move. For me, he significantly reduced my level of stress, giving me one less thing to worry about. Thank you Cornelius! I appreciate the level of service you provided.

Lea was great! She was friendly and highly knowledgeable about the storage unit. The storage is in the cut so thats a big plus. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended. Thanks Lea for all your help!

Horrible customer service all the way up to the district manager who has not returned my phone call regarding an incident that took place 1/28/21. When I pulled the representative ran to the door so I wouldn’t walk inside. They have signs displaying correct operation hours. I was in town for 24 hours and needed to check my storage and add some items. The representative just sat there while I attempted my code. She didn’t acknowledge me. After the third attempt I went inside. Leah ( the representative) told me gates closed at 5 pm along with the office. At this time it’s 5:30 and I questioned the sign. She informed me the sign was incorrect but didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. I spent $200 to change my flight. I contacted the District Manager Mr. Johnson via phone call and email. He has yet to respond. Once I return long enough I will remove my belongings and never use this region’s facilities. I would suggest you do the same to avoid similar issues of a company not taking ownership.

I had a wonderful experience with Denna at the Forestville Public Storage facility. She was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. This was the best customer service I have ever received at a storage facility.Once I moved my property in, a second employee that lives on the property was very rude. My rent was raised $90 after only 5 months. I was told it would only increase $25 every six months. I had to put mouse traps in my unit, because it smelled of mouse piss. I caught two mice. No camera surveillance on the property. The front gate key pad is too far away. You have to get out of your vehicle and bend over to unlock the gate. The key pad sits very low. I wouldnt recommend this place for long term storage. They also give you a bucket of tablets to adsorb the humidity, so obviously their is a problem with humidity at this storage facility.

Came in to pay a bill with Charade and she was so welcoming. Then as she tried to print my receipt the computer wouldnt allow her. She was so patient and didnt get upset and it amazed me how she kept her cool. She definitely a amazing person.

Moved into a storage unit today. The unit I originally wanted was clean and available. When the truck arrived with more than that unit could handle I was quickly ushered into another unit. The Staff - Brittany - was very personable and accommodating. They offered me other packing and storage supplies to keep my items safe and clean Fortunately i had all of that already covered. This was an emergency move and I hope to be out of the unit in 30 days or less but yes I would use Public Storage and this location again if I needed to for my storage needs.

I just want to thank Chardae for her kind words and welcoming spirit. She provided me with the perfect space and let me vent to her about my irritating morning. I truly believe she deserves a raise because she so polite and professional.
