I called by phone because my pick-up order was wrong. I called two times they kept putting me on hold and would hang. So when I called the third time. I asked to speak to the manager. N the lady hung up in my face.

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. They lose prescriptions, not organized, dont have a clue what they are doing, and never anyone that knows what they are doing is there to talk to. It is a battle every month to get meds. Worst customer service. Definitely do not recommend. I will be making a complaint.

I recently transferred to this pharmacy and I just received a courtesy call regarding my new prescription. The pharmacy called to just check in to see how I was doing. It was a pleasant surprise, as I have never before received a courtesy call from a pharmacy - I didnt even know it was a thing until now. I recommend this pharmacy based on my initial experience.

Where to begin? Terrible wait times, not enough staff, poor attitudes, the list goes on and on. I sent my prescription in on Wednesday and it still wasnt ready by Saturday. I decided to wait for it in person and sat there for over an hour. Maybe if the staff spent more time on filling prescriptions and less time playing on their phones in the back, they might be able to get the job done. I have tried calling, in store, and online, and it is always the same. If I could give 0 stars I would. I no longer use their pharmacy and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Pharmacy screamed at boyfriend for not knowing the laws acted as if he was robbing the place. He is sick and just wanted some medicine and she screamed at him she couldn’t help him. Very poor experience. Never in my life had I’d seen anything like this and I’m in costumer service. Poor poor poor.

Unbelievably long wait time...with no one in front of me and my prescriptions faxed over 2 hours before. Been here 45 minutes now... STILL WAITING! I wont be back .Its worth driving the extra 40 minutes to Caldwells in Wynne

Closes up early terrible service and wait time Walgreens doesnt care about the people of Forrest City 24 hrs no good luck getting your meds if you work all the time switching to a mail sevice

Pharmacy is the worst. My medication was supposed to be ready at 10:30am but it wasnt ready at 12:30Pm.
