Great place and they have a bunch of stuff in a small place.

I like going to the one in Palestine, it seems like they have a better selection to choose from. Employees are helpful and friendly also.

I have been shopping at this store for years and once a few years ago have I had any customer service issues. They are the best! P. S. The employee with a bad attitude was fired. :)

I am very fond of the dollar store. My go to place for all my simple needs while on the road working. Workers are always good people are good to deal with. If they could maintain the togetherness of the store better they would be on to something. But I will always keep going to the dollar store. If it aint broke dont fix it.

Had a motion light that didnt work but didnt keep my receipt & the manager let us get another one, VERY IMPRESSED. Do more 🛍 there now because of that.

Had a new employee with no help even though the other sales associate came up to help him correct an.item that the customer messed.up he was very professional about our wait time and he was very polite to everyone

Its Dollar General! You expect just ok. Plus no outside trash cans. So if youve got trash in your vehicle, its either litter or take it home!

You can find just about anything you need at inexpensive prices.

It could have been cleaner stopped in 2 times in 2 days and the stock was still just sitting in the aisles

Both Forrest City stores need more cashiers. A customer should not have to wait 15 to 30 minutes in a long line to check out!!!! The employees are nice at the store on the north end of town and thats why I shop there.

All the local dollar generals have their isles on comfortably narrow. It makes me feel claustrophobic. And if they have just received a shipment it can turn the store into a message of dead ends.

Always convenient. No long lines an I always find what I need. Happy Customer😀

I love this Dollar General. It is in a great location and the aisles are jammed packed with a cool assortment of stuff.

This store is always clean when I go inside. Its not over crowded, making stuff hard to find, like some stores in the chain have been.
