I needed to unlock my AT&T phone, which required a SIM card from a non-AT&T company. I called, and the owner said he could help at no charge. I went there, and got great help, even though I never got the phone or anything else from the shop. Really appreciated it.

Recently had my phone screen fixed here while visiting Forrest City, & within 48 hrs of it being fixed half of the new screen stopped responding to touch while the top half still worked and there was no damage from what i saw and i did not drop my phone. I called them back and told them that the person repairing my phone now with another new screen said their screen was defective, & now they won’t issue me a refund and offered no resolution. Terrible customer service! Think twice before going here !
