Amber and Addy were awesome. Took about 1 and half hours for a 2 new phones and a new line activation. Not too bad. They got my quoted bill down by $100. So I feel like I got a deal!

I have been with verizon for quite some time now, and i have never had one problem. Until the last few years anytime i go into the store, Addy, is EXTREMELY rude EVERY SINGLE TIME. Im always so thankful for other employees being in there to take care of any questions or concerns i have. I never wanted to result to a complaint but today i had my last straw with how she talks to customers, and its not just myself. ive witnessed it with others. Today i was lucky enough to be helped by a sweet lady that was new, i do not remember her name, but even bridgett up there helped her when she was still tryin to learn what she needed to do. there was two other gentlemen in there that was working with addy and she just left them and said that the newer lady that was working with me would be with them when she was done with me, mind you, they were in there before me and addy has been there years and this new woman was still new.

Addy was extremely helpful! Ive never been in and out of a cell phone shop that quick! Will for sure be going back!

Terrible atmosphere! I recently bought phones and transferred my service to verizon. upon walking in the white boy working there and the black girl were very nice. Both spoke. I thought I would get waited on when a girl came from the back. not! she looked around with a frown, no smile, hello or anything she just sat over there with her headphone in her hear and not caring. SHE EVEN ASKED WHAT THE GUY SHE WAS TALKING TO WANTED FOR DINNER!!!!!!!!! the other two employees helped when they got done with their customers.. the big black girl helped me and got me my new phone. i wouldnt try this store if youre actually looking for help, kudos to the young girl and guy. i couldnt work with that girl.
