I normally go there pay my phone bill great place

I like this store but I wish boost had better coverage...

I went to the store with issues with the new network and Zach took an hour and a half dealing with customer support switching me back to the old network and getting my phone working right, going above and beyond to show me features I didn’t know about too. The store looks so much cleaner and more organized than it did last time I came too. Makes going in feel like less of a chore.

Let me start explaining why I put two stars, I see Boost got new employees well I feel these new employees are kind of rude never smile or greet you correctly if they work in a customer service area their attitude has to change, Old employees were always smiling and they were young so maybe that’s why? Miss seeing those employees that made me feel welcomed, & one thing I really noticed was that the place is not clean as it used too, the phones that are on display were dirty and greasy, and the smell was pretty bad again it wasn’t like that before I used to like coming here to pay my phone bill now it’s whatever because I have to but overall I’ve been with boost for many years now and I’m happy with the service,

Sold me the wrong screen protector and they didnt have many cases in stock. Only a few. I just went online and bought the correct screen protector and a nice case that actually fit my phone the way i wanted it to.

The customer service I received today was absolutely AMAZING! They went above and beyond to assist me with a messy situation and I am beyond thankful for them! I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Went the other day and noticed Paula or Pauline girl (I think that’s her name) is not there anymore!?, ugh I miss her she was the nicest customer service person I’ve ever met and always very helpful but anyways I like this location very small business but sure I feel welcomed all the time

Ive been reading some negative comments about Boost but honestly Boost is a good prepaid company, what you guys expect from a prepaid company? If you are not happy then get your self a contract phone and you will be stuck with high fees and charges. Unhappy people always bring people down. I love this location it is close to my home and the staff is really friendly. Always smiling and makes you feel welcome. Keep it up Boost !

Great service

I went to purchase a phone case and 1.) They only had 2 phone case options however, 1 of the options actually had a choice of 2 colors. 2.) I feel their over priced especially for the very limited options in more than 1 area.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Boost has served me well know for a few years now. No plans on switching.

The coverage map they had was inaccurate. If Im lucky, I might get one bar from home. Purchased two phones (paid in full). Said I cant use the phones with barely a signal. Asked if they could unlock my phones so I could use a different carrier. They said I would have to have the phone for one full year before they would unlock the phones. Do NOT use this service. No matter what time one calls the store in Fort Atkinson, WI they never answer.

If I could give it 0 stars then I would. I’ve got this service now, and I have for almost a year. The customer service staff members have accents that make it impossible to understand them over the phone. I lose bars EVERYWHERE. Literally everywhere. I just got off the phone with them less than five minutes ago because my service keeps completely shutting down. That’s right; no calls, no texts, no internet. It’s been doing it for quite a while. When I bought the phone no one told me that I had to be with them for a year. So I’m stuck with them until May of this year. When I first bought the phone I was told that boost mobile will NEVER ask for my PIN number. All of a sudden I’m being asked my PIN number. When I asked when they started asking, they said that they always ask for the pin to the account for “verification.” I’ve called before and they never asked for the PIN number. Save your time, save your money. Just DONT go HERE!!!

Was not open when it was supposed to be. Saw three trying to go there. I ended up going all the way to Janesville to the store there. It would have been nice to know that they were not going to be so I didnt waste so much of my time. I recommend calling first or maybe just going to Walmart probably a better deal there anyways.

I love this location, staff is really helpful especially the girl that has an accent she always greet me very friendly and she is always smiling. I always go here to pay my phone bill

Its a gimmick! The offers are fake and are only to draw in customers. Once you are in the store somehow the offer doesnt apply no matter the scenario. Customer service is laughable. Steer clear

Good service for a cheap price. All in all though youre getting what you pay for.

They were not open light were on and no note when they will return hours say they should of been open. Now I have to drive to Janesville out of my way to pay my bill. Not happy

I have been with BoostMobile for 5 years and I am very happy with my services, this location is one of my favorites the girl Paula is always in a good mood and she helps me with all my questions and she told me that she qualified to take out a cellphone at payments every month and I did not know and how good they already have another who speaks Spanish is good people too and is always smiling. Hopefully last because they are very good help

Finally they have someone who speaks Spanish! The girl who speaks Spanish has good character and always greets you with a smile!
