I was just in there last week and got a pink iPhone 13. I wish I would have gotten the ladies name who helped me because she was super helpful and was probably one of the nicest encounters I’ve ever had at a phone store. Like I said I’m not sure who she was exactly, but if you just so happen to see this just know you truly made my day and I love my new iPhone and case 🥰

Taylors is awesome. She always takes great care with getting devices setup and getting us the lowest bill possible. She is truly the reason we come here. MK always has the devices we want in stock, just great people.

There were two agents working. They were both with people, but we were not greeted when we came in and stood there about 30 minutes, and ended up leaving. Even when youre with a customer, someone should greet people.

When you know your busy times you need more employees. Was not pleased to wait just to make a payment

The service in my area is so bad it doesn’t let me make phone calls. when I try to call people it tells me I’m Roaming where ever I go it does not let me make phone calls because it says I’m roaming but I’m really not. Phone doesn’t work without Wi-Fi has to be connected or else nothing plays it doesn’t work. There’s screen protectors and phone cases are so expensive there We got two phone screen protectors and it cost $80 for two. You can drop it on the carpet and the screen protector will crack. We went to US cellular 4 times to get our calling working but every time they said they fixed it it still wouldn’t work. I had to pay $80 to try to get my phone number back from my last phone company and my last phone company said they gave it back to US cellular and US cellular said that My last phone company wouldn’t let them have the phone number. and that was a lie so the $80 that I paid was was a waste of money. Also they told me to turn on Wi-Fi calling and airplane mode to make free international calls to Nigeria which was a lie it doesn’t work because I called 611 and they told me that that wasn’t true you can’t do that. 😡😡

The manager here is a joke! She really loves to abuse the little power she has by taking it out on a loyal customer.Ive been with US Cellular for the last 15 years and have had very little to complain about. The prices are great, the coverage, and usually a very friendly staff.I had a upgrade done and after 2 days of having a glitchy phone that died after 2 hours I had also noticed some damaged areas that had been painted. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me to stop in so she could look it over. When I came in she looked it over and told me I damaged the phone. Then she said they couldnt do anything to help me out with it. As I was walking out already irritated she shouted to make sure and get a case on it right away so I didnt damage it anymore.Like I said, Ive been a customer for 15 years and now I am looking for a new mobile company that appreciates their customers.

Taylor is an amazing help, hands down the best person to work For You. She not only navigates you through all the plans, she actually listens to your needs. Not once did she try and over sell, instead showed us everything that would work and left it at that. MK Cellular is lucky to have Taylor leading such a great staff. The Fort Atkinson location is the only location worth your time in my opinion!

There is no consistency with the workers at this location. They are rude and condescending. Won’t give clear answers, only repeat the same thing over and over. Absolutely no customer service, it’s really disappointing.

Taylor Walsh at the Fort Atkinson location always goes above and beyond my expectations. She has helped me with my business needs as well as personal. Staff is very nice and always willing to help. Usually very knowledgeable. They will do their best to find you the best deal when ever possible. If merchandise isnt available, they will do their best to get it for you. Only issues Ive had are, having to wait for them to get specific merchandise in or having to wait a while because there arent enough people to help a long line of customers they may have. In general I am very happy with there service in general.

Every bill we receive has a different amount on it that makes no sense. We went from paying $300 for 2 phones to $630, and one of the phones data doesnt even work! The last call we made was a run around and was supposed to drop our bill from the last ridiculous amount. Dont go with US. They screw you on payments, lie on your billing statements and dont update service changes.

Sales staff must work on commission. They push you to buy too much. Their follow through after sale is very low. They rarely answer the phone and do not call back when they say they will.US Cellular the actual company makes it better everytime. Great phone service and follow through. They fix up what MK messes up. Shame I cant just cut the store out entirely but every couple years we go in to upgrade. Worth it, absolutely, MK just needs better sales help. US Cellular is a great carrier

I recently went in for a new phone upgrade (Samsung Galaxy S8) and the entire staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and willing to answer any questions I had, I believe their names were Zach, Jacob, and Cassandra. I dont intend to discredit any other reviewers personal experiences, but not once did I feel pressured into purchasing more than I intended or that they were trying to up sell me on anything. I do have to go back and return a defective screen protector I purchased, but I do not foresee any issues with doing so. Very pleasant experience.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about cell phones. I had a problem with my phone and they where able to install a new Sim card and solve the issue. They also gave me tips on what to in the future if it happens again while traveling. (How to connect to the strongest cell tower signal)

I went through this company for nearly two years as a cellular provider. I was more often dissatisfied than i was content with this company. They shut my cell phone service off multiple times throughout the course of my contract, despite regularly paying $100.00 and was charged by the company to have my service turned off. i also had a brand new phone that would no longer turn on after installing a required update and the company made me pay the full price to get a new phone. If you have money to waste and only need service half the time you pay for it i would definitely encourage you to sign up

Very slow help wise

SO UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE. WAS LIED TO ABOUT SEVERAL THINGS BY THE MANAGER OF THE STORE AND HAVE RECEIVED NO HELP TO FIX THE ISSUE. Horrible service, lack of knowledge, and empty promises.

It was great service for what I needed. They just need a 3rd agent for when it gets busy.
