I had a HUGE crack appear right before I was set to leave town on a long drive. Rick took the time to fix it as best as possible, and even gave me a discount because a crack of that size is not normally repairable and it didn’t look ‘perfect’ but heck, it’s better than replacing the entire windshield or getting a ticket! It wouldn’t have even been feasible to get the whole thing replaced in the time I had, but Rick got it repaired immediately! While insurance didnt cover the repair, the cost to fix it was more than reasonable and I was happy to wait the 10-15 minutes it took for Rick to finish working on the vehicles before me. This is the best windshield repair experience I have ever had. Rick was very knowledgeable and professional and made the repair of a new crack in my windshied effortless, quick and at no cost to me as he is a preferred repair shop of my insurance! My windshield also had 2 chips repaired by a national and very well known mobile auto glass repair company less than 5 months ago for about $300 out of pocket. If you’re a CO resident who’s always going on outdoor adventures like I am, you know how often you get cracks and chips in your windshield. My windshield crack was too large to be repaired and needed to be replaced but they were very helpful and referred me to a replacement service and put a stop in it so it was safe to drive in the meantime.

Within 15 min of pulling in, I had contacted my insurance and filled out the needed paperwork while he fixed the pit/crack in my windshield. The fix was fast and perfect! I can hardly see it! I also went here a couple of years ago for a different windshield. The repair lasted for well over 2 years until I traded that vehicle in.

Excellent, I have been using him for years. He goes above and beyond to do it right. I got one chip repaired at the place I had my windshield replaced because it was free. Then the next Repair was at cracks and chips where he redid the one that was done at the windshield place because it wasn’t done right at no charge.

I found this repair business to be quick and convenient, and since Rick has over 10 years experience repairing windshield cracks, I new I could trust him to repair the windshield ding on my new truck.

I may have caught him on a bad day I guess. He was severely intoxicated. Not sure what was going on but he was falling all over the place, forgot what I had just said to him, repeated himself many times, rambled about weird things, slurred his words. Went back into his office for 30 minutes while I waited outside. Had to go get him and he forgot who I was! He did work on my windshield that looked very strange to me. Drilled lots of holes in random places. 2 months later and the windshield cracked all the way across so it clearly didnt work. Wish I had followed my instincts when I thought he was drunk and just left. Total waste of money. I went over to Kings Auto as I am a long time customer of theirs and think they are wonderful. I asked is they knew this person and if they knew if something was wrong. They sent a guy over who witnessed the same thing as me and recommended me to come back another time. He had already started working on my windshield though so I had to stay. I hate to write a bad post and normally wouldnt even bother but this wasnt just slightly intoxicated, this was straight up wasted and falling all over the place. Maybe he does great work when sober but not while drunk.

Came in with a large crack that came from a chip that I had repaired by a different company. He fixed it no problem. A month later that same chip caused another crack so I brought it back and he fixed it for free. Great service and super friendly!

Best service Ive ever gotten for a chip. Nicest guy runs the shop, which is sort of a stand along the side of the road. While parking can be a hassle, the care and attention to detail cannot be paralleled.

This was one of the best auto-repair related experiences I have ever had. It was so quick and easy. I had a very long crack that had quickly gone from a chip to maybe just above ~16inches in three days. I was just looking for something that would stop the spread, as my insurance would not approve a repair more than 6inches. He made the entire crack nearly invisible and did some sort of small drilling (beyond my layperson knowledge) that should stop the spread. He agreed to do one more repair if the crack does spread. He agreed to do another repair if it does spr He was very nice, incredibly affordable, and very fast. I would recommend him to anyone with chip(s) or crack(s). As an FYI, he does have a list on his website of phone numbers to call for your insurance company that will get you to its glass division to see what they pay for. Will definitely recommend others to him and return myself if I ever have another problem.

I brought in my car because of a quarter-sized chip. Rick made the process of getting this chip fixed easy, and while he was working he noticed a smaller chip, which he fixed for free. He also noticed an old chip repair job that was done by another shop, and showed me how this repair was failing. He did his best to fix the other shops mistakes, also for free. Several reasons why this is now my go to place to get chips replaced.1. Quality work with warranty. Though Ive never needed to have anything fixed again.2. Efficient. Gave me the insurance phone number to call and within a few minutes was approved and the total process was about 20 minutes.3. Honesty. He didnt fix the chip before it was approved by insurance. We had another chip fixed by someone else who fixed it and wanted us to tell insurance they were going to fix it. Didnt appreciate that.4. Customer service. He took the time to scrape some of the bugs off our window and then clean our entire window.
