These guys were so accommodating! They were able to get a new windshield installed on very short notice for a road trip I was making. Before they knew the ordered glass would arrive on time they took measures to temporarily stop the crack in my windshield from spreading while I traveled. Super nice crew doing very professional work AND they returned my car cleaner both inside and out! They turned an aggravation into a delightful experience!

From my first phone call with them to the day of my appointment I received kind, professional, service and I couldnt be more pleased. My last window replacement was poorly done by a national chain I wont mention, but I didnt realize it right away. The prior installer damaged the plastic mirror housing that covers my lane departure safety equipment inside the vehicle. After awhile the housing started to sag on the passenger side and I couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. I explained the past issue and concern with the Novus team and they not only took my concerns serious, they explained how it could have happened, and more importantly how they could fix it! Window looks as good if not better than original. Super happy with it and how I was treated which is why Im taking the time to share this with anyone interested. Im also confident that if anything would have went wrong, that they would have made things right.

I will be using this company for any glass needs from here on out. I had a window on my truck shatter 2 days before a big trip. The lady I spoke to (Kathy.. or Maybe Cassie.. I believe was her name? My job site was noisy when I made the call..) was super nice and friendly, quoted me a very reasonable price, and scheduled me an appointment for that Thursday. I dropped my truck off on Wednesday morning and the the technicians were able to work it into their schedule and I had my truck back a full day earlier than my scheduled appointment. The glass is perfectly installed and I couldnt be happier!

The customer service was above and beyond outstanding! I got a huge chip in my windshield on i25, the next day I called them and got right in to get it filled. Chris warned me there was a chance with how big and Knarly the chip was that it might crack when he drilled into it, it didnt!! He was successful at filling the chip and its barely even noticeable now. When I say it was huge, it was about silver dollar sized maybe a bit bigger even. Then my daughter lost a ring(not at all important or expensive) however she thought she may have lost it there, so I called and they checked over the lobby and parking lot for me. I would absolutely recommend them for all of your window needs!

The guys at Novus were reasonably priced, very professional and explained the process in detail.

I called Safelite and they quoted me $750 for a new windshield. Then I called Novus, and it was a lot cheaper. My wifes windshield was replaced within a week of calling. They gave a window of 9-12pm. It was finished by 10:15, and they came to her work. They were very punctual, professional, and open to help me replace my side moldings when they get in the mail. Definitely will use them again, and highly recommend them to others.

The price is great for a windshield replacement, the staff is helpful and friendly, and something that I really appreciated was their timeliness with getting everything done. Highly recommend. Great crew here. Had a water leak in what I was suspecting was rear truck glass/window. They pressure water tested and found the window was fine and didn’t ask for a penny in helping me trying to rule out why I have water leak. Really appreciate honest, down-to-earth businesses. It was absolutely worth the journey from Denver to Novus in Fort Collins! They had the experience to order and install a specialty windshield. The service was what sold me. It took longer for the adhesive to dry than the installation. I felt like my business was valued. I plan on being a repeat customer!!!

We have had a total of (5) dealings with this company. They are top notch! They have replaced (3) windshields for our family, a passenger door window and repaired a windshield (rock chip). I wanted to get it fixed ASAP but it was tough to find a place that could get the right windshield in quickly. I made an appointment and swung down to Ft. I have now had to use these guys twice. Once to replace a windshield and once to repair a chip. Both times went great. They where quick and professional. They handled most of the insurance stuff for us. The recent chip I just stopped in during business hours and was walking out within 20 minutes or so. Follow up to my previous review from last week when a new windshield was installed in my F350. Over the last week, we have had a water leak start in this truck. I called yesterday to schedule a check to be sure the windshield was not the problem. The crew at Novus got me in first thing the next day and found the problem at the sunroof, which was completely unrelated to the new windshield. After finding the problem, they took care of it on the spot NO CHARGE. Amazing local company that I will continue use for our fleet and personal vehicles as well as recommend to all of my friends and customers. Thank you for the great service!!!!

I needed to replace the side mirror on a 1985 Ford F-250. I took it in on Monday morning, they ordered the replacement mirror and they had it done by the following afternoon (Tuesday). Very affordable and great guys to work with.

I had a VERY large crack on my windshield! My client referred me to Novus to have my CRACK fixed (which I did not even know was a thing!) I was so shocked when my car was pulled around and I literally could not see the crack in my windshield. All this was done in 23 mins.
