First time customer here-I made an appointment online for a windshield chip repair and new windshield wipers. Even though the shop was busy, I was helped as soon as I got there. The staff was super friendly and my repair was finished in the time frame they said it would be. Ryan, the tech that helped me, did an amazing job on the repair and was extremely kind and helpful. He also installed the new windshield wiper blades that I ordered for free-I walked out no-charge! Will be going here for all of my future repairs, cannot recommend this place enough!!!

I really wanted to get a quote from Safelite. We have a unique situation, but you cant even talk to a person anymore. You must do everything through their website for our convenience. That would be fine for standard windshield replacements, but were trying to see if they can work on the seals around a windshield. Love automation, but frustrated that I cant just talk to a real person.

I will not be back. Instead of an at home repair they needed to see our vehicle in shop, which is fine. Had us drop off by 9:30 and when I hadnt heard anything by 4:30 I tried to call and could not get through, I drove over there and they had still not moved our vehicle from the parking spot. They acted as if they did not know what vehicle I was talking about and said Oh yeah, that wont take us anytime at all, give us about a half hour such horrible customer service.

I got a big crack in my windshield a total of 2 days after moving to Fort Collins. Safelite was so easy to work with and the appointment was incredibly quick! I would absolutely recommend coming to Safelite for any issues. They even vacuumed my car! Which after driving from Iowa to Colorado a week prior, it needed it! 😄

Had to get a repair on a rock chip in my girlfriends car, and needed to get back to Denver as soon as possible, before she had to leave for work. Quick and easy windshield replacement with this safelite shop. Unfortunately some damage happened to the paint on my roof during the windshield replacement but Rryan from safelite took care of me and covered the cost of damages. Very professional services.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer care. My husband made an appointment and they kept pushing it back all day to the point it became too late. We rescheduled for another day and they never showed up or bothered to call. We made another appointment and they showed up without the correct windshield. They were given the make and model of the vehicle yet they showed up unprepared. I tried to call the local number only to be put into a phone tree and hung up on. I will not do business with them. They are cooperate and disorganized. Im going with a local company who gave me a better customer service experience and a better price. Dont pick the first listing in your google search. These companies pay big money to be listed at the top. It doesnt equate to top service.

Safelite installed a new windshield. In the course of things they broke my original, factory installed antennae. I called and they replaced it. BUT, they replaced it with an easy fix antennae not an original part. I now have very poor reception - nothing like original.

Was disappointed. Maybe it was a fluke but I went in to fix a broken drivers side door window and when I recieved the vehicle back none of my electrical worked on my door. I took the door panel off, half the screws were loose and there were three unplugged connectors. I fixed it and all is good now. The glass looks great but the lazy finish bothered me for the money I paid. Expected better service.

They said the small crack on my windshield couldn’t be repaired, even though it was smaller than a dollar Bill.They replaced it. Now the car has lights on all across the dashboard, several functions don’t work, and the windshield washer fluid won’t spray.The car worked perfectly before leaving it with these butchers

My Safelite windshield cracked & I have been trying to contact Any office to inquire as to the procedure for repairing it, under warranty. Two locations in Loveland have closed, & you cannot talk to a real person on the antiquated telephone services . Online does not work for me when the warranty is not an option on the website. I want to speak with a person! Dont give us a bunch of BS about convenience & expeditious service. Now I have to drive all the way to Foco to chance this location is still brick & mortar and not virtual now. So much for my warranty windshield. Not professional at all.

I was able to schedule online for the next day. I received email, text and phone updates and reminders. The staff was friendly and courteous. The technician did the job faster than estimated, cleaned the windows, and even neatly folded my ratty old blanket that I had covering the opening where my old window used to be. Highly reccommended!

I was checked in by Ryan who walked me through the process and assured me they could repair two chips in the glass. His professionalism and understanding were exceptional. Spencer was the technician that repaired my windshield. He again walked me through their process ensuring that Any questions I had were answered. The repair process was quick and seems to have held up well so far. 10/10 would recommend their services.

Receptionist at this location poked my chipped windshield with her pen, made the hole/chip bigger. I told her to stop and she said its filled (from an old safelite repair so warranty wont cover it) and its repaired? How can it be filled if she can put her pen in the hole? They did nothing to it and offered nothing to me. Now every time I see it aka driving, its a little reminder not only did they make it bigger but they did nothing to fix it.Thanks Safelite!

Check your interior after the work is done. Guys left a giant grease stain on my arm rest and passenger headrest. I was in a rush and didnt notice until later. Other than those unremovable stains, no complaints. EDITED: changed from 3 to 5 stars after the owners response. I found that safelite does indeed offer the warranty on its workmanship.

First of all it took 3 days when I was told it should take only 1. Second there were screws out of five missing from the rear spoiler. Third was the condescending comment made when I was told that they couldnt secure the hood because they dont have duct tape. (The hood couldnt latch from the accident) and forth there was still glass all over the car. I dont know if it was because it was an insurance claim but I was overall disappointed at how it was handled.

Safelite has evolved nicely over the years. I was able to make a reservation online, dropped off the car, and 90 minutes later I was off with a brand new windshield. The team was great. The installer even came out to see if I had any questions.

Tech was nice and courteous. He came to replace the winsheild at my work which was convenient . When he finished he came into my job ran my card and left. When I walked out to see my windshield had yes been replaced but the body damage that was cause was ridiculous! They refuse to get me the prior inspection photos and wont let me talk to the quality control team to find a way to make things right. They didnt even come to the warranty appointment at my home I had to go to them and he maybe spent 5 min with me to figure out what happened. Ive just gotten a run around the whole time.

Had to replace my Audi S7 windshield and was told by Ed Carroll Audi service rep to bring to this Safelite location. It’s a good thing I did cause they knew all the electronics involved with Audi windshields, wipers, calibration. Finally, they told me if I had ANY operating problems regarding the windshield that I should take it to Audi service at their expense. No problems arose. Great service!

Not satisfied...I dropped my car off at Safelite around 9am this morning, and it was not until well after 5:00 when they were done with it because they were running slow and backed up all day. Inconvenient, but that wasnt the problem.When Safelite installed my new windshield today, they replaced the wiper blade arms (bolted on under the hood) back on in reverse, *swapping the left and right arm sides* and causing the blades to slam into each other and tangle up when running. I discovered this when using them on the way home in the rain, making it difficult for me to see the road!!!So, of course, when I got home I tried calling them (but they had already closed) to complain about how they rushed to get my car done at the end of the day, and in doing so, were extremely careless in their work by not checking the correct orientation of the wiper blade arms before releasing the car back to me.Very unprofessional.Hopefully, when I contact them tomorrow with this issue, they are willing to correct their mistake ASAP!

After a few days a stress crack developed, they replaced the windshield again and its been great since.

Fast service. Staff is also very accommodating. I expressed that I thought the disposal fee was a little ridiculous if youre getting services at their shop and they waived the fee immediately. I could understand disposal fee if you get the mobile service and they need to haul it away but paying $20 at the shop was nonsense. But, like I said, they waived it with no questions.Will always go here for windshield repairs and replacements.

I had Daniel come to my house and do a windshield replacement, WOW do I recommend this company! Daniel called before hand and was on time, professional, fast, and really took care of my car! I dropped my car off at 9:30am and they told me my car would be ready by 5pm but it was ready at 11:30am! When I came to pick up the car they were incredibly kind and sincere with me. Seriously, these are some of the most sensitive and thoughtful mechanics Ive ever worked with. As for the car itself, the new windshield is beautiful and Ive had no problems with it so far! Im seriously impressed with these guys and so grateful I took my car in here.Pro-tip - If you call and get an estimate over the phone, theyll save your information in their database and keep the estimate. Wait a week or two and theyll email you a $50 coupon. Ended up paying $350 instead of $400 for a windshield on my PriusV!

They exceeded my expectations on service. They made it so easy to get my window fixed by doing everything on their website I couldn’t help but schedule them. They communicated when they would show up and actually showed up at that time. It started lightly raining right before he started working on my car and he not only drove my car back to their shop to fix it but also gave me a refund on the on site service. They then gave me another refund due to a minor scratch to the window they installed. All refunds combined they ended up giving me almost right at $100 back and they told me to come in to their shop and they would fix a chip in my front windshield for free. Could not be more pleased with their service.

These people have taken great care of me for the past 20some years. Numerous vehicles with different problems. I have never had a complaint. They are friendly, work hard to serve the costumer, and make working with insurance easy.

I have been here several times for windshield cracks and, most recently, to replace a window after a break-in. Their website is easy to use, its simple to make an appointment online after hours, all the employees I have encountered have been exceptionally friendly and helpful, and their work has always been perfect. This most recent time they even vacuumed up the broken glass in the hard-to-reach areas of my car that my vacuum attachment had been too big to get.

Wind blew something into my drivers side window, completely smashing it. Glass was everywhere. This was on a Friday night. First thing Saturday morning I set an appointment here for same day service, which was a delight right off the bat. On a Saturday! They got me in early, made the repairs faster than promised, charged exactly what theyd quoted, and did an excellent job of vacuuming up those million or so shards of glass. Front office and repair state were all super friendly, polite, and compassionate. I highly recommend them!!

These guys have the most professional, courteous, and downright enjoyable staff I have ever interacted with. I had the glass replaced on my 2018 Honda Odyssey and was quoted a price online. Turns out, that was for aftermarket glass which is not compatible with the Honda camera systems. Safelite worked with me to get me discounts so that the price of OEM glass was much more reasonable. Not only that, but the first installation resulted in the windshield squeaking a bit. Safelite worked us into their schedule quickly, and sent a team out to my house to fix it.I have honestly never worked with a company that has better customer service than safelite. Like I said before, everyone I worked with was incredibly professional and polite. Fantastic service. I hope I never have to have my windshield replaced again, but if I do, there isnt any doubt in my mind where I will take my business.

After a road trip I noticed a small chip in my windshield. Safelite replaced my windshield a few months ago after a chip turned into a huge crack. They were able to add me to the schedule the same day I called. The repair only took 40 minutes and they filled another crack I hadnt even noticed. I got a rock chip in my window and let it grow until is was a full-blown crack across the bottom of my windshield. Finally called Safelite to replace the windshield. I called on a Thursday and got a Saturday appointment at my home. The guy called me to tell me where I was on the queue and when hed likely get there. Then he called the morning of to say he got a cancellation and would be there even earlier. I met him outside my home, he told me hed ring the bell when he finished in 45 minutes. I came back out in 35 minutes and he said he needed three more minutes and would done! Very pleasant, chatted with me as he put together paperwork. Windshield looks like new (cause it is, I guess!) A little expensive, I thought (although I didnt do a lot of price comparison) but so easy, so simple, and no hassle on my part. Love it!

Unbelievably friendly staff. Dropped my wifes car off with manager Ryan, to have a smashed front windshield replaced. (Apologized for an annoying problem I was having with the driver side door latch.) The turnaround was faster than I could take advantage of, and the damn door was fixed. Price was excellent. My wife said driving home was like VR because the glass was so clear. Quality products, fast and friendly service, excellent pricing. I dont do many reviews, but these folks deserve your business and six stars.

Office staff was friendly and helpful despite being very busy. I had a sealing strip on the passenger side come loose. They prepped it and reglued for nothing and just asked that I come back when I needed a windshield. I will!
